I’m Jacob Diggs, I was very nervous when looking for the right dentist and if you feel the same look no further. These people will treat you with special care and will fight for your oral health like Crest White Knights. I have known them for less than 6 months and they feel like friends now, they are very charming, polite, reassuring, & most of all PROFESSIONAL ! I had extractions, root canals, build ups & crowns all with minimal pain & each one of them will make sure you are not in pain very often. This is the place to go to for all your dental needs.

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now and we’ve had excellent care.Dr. Matthews went above & beyond to help me with dental work that would have been a huge financial hardship for me. He fixed my teeth and I paid an amount that was affordable for me..living on social security you have to watch your pennies.I just can’t say enough. I’m truly grateful......

This week I visited Goodlettsville Family Dental for the first time, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. All of the staff were extremely friendly and made the process as easy as possible. Morgan was who cleaned my teeth, and she was so attentive to my personal needs and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. I will definitely be coming back, and this is the best customer service I have received at the dentist before!

I was looking all the best cosmetic medical dentist in Tennessee and found Jeff on his impressive Instagram page. I was very impressed with the results other customers had and decided to go for a consultation appointment. I really liked Jeff and got really nice white pearly veneers. He does have the best teeth technicians in house and I love my teeth now that I have a beautiful smile! The price was super reasonable as well. I’m giving Jeff a FIVE STAR REVIEW!

Definitely hands down the best dentist I have ever had! Dr. Mathews has been taking care of my smile for four years now and, let me say it has always been a great experience! He is very thorough and explains everything he does and why. He corrected my bite with clear braces and then once that was done did six gorgeous veneers!!! My self-esteem has never been better then after having him complete my veneers. My hygienist is always so nice and thorough as well. I love how he always makes time to check me and my daughter at every cleaning! Also he does Botox and Filler and I love how I never look over done but still enough to make me look and feel youthful! I love everyone at GFD!!!! Dr Mathews has done all my dental work, botox, and filler for at least the last few years and they are the best they have ever been. .Dr. Matthews and his group are awesome. I was told I had a blemish on my back tooth and they could go ahead and surface drill it, before it becomes a cavity. I told them No. 8 months later I saw that that blemish had become a cavity and went back in. Thank GOD, I did it then because it was close to being a Root Canal. Thank you Dr. Matthews and team . I was referred to Goodlettsville Family Dental from a friend. I live in nashville and goodlettsville was only a 15 min drive. I saw Dr. Jack Kang he made me feel very comfortable and I had probably the best dental experience I have ever had. I had no pain at all.

I absolutely love everyone here at this practice. That’s have been so nice to me and really helped me get my smile back! Jason and Lish at the front desk are absolutely the nicest people you’ll ever meet and always make me feel welcome. Thank you guys so much for all you’ve done for me.

Before going to this dentist you will want to google Dentist Arrested for Throwing East Nashville house party enters Guilty Plea.  (party thrown by one of the dentists during Covid).Be aware, this business was threatening legal action against people who point this out but has changed the comment to they feel harrassed, if you live in an Anti-SLAPP state you do have a remedy for legal threats. It is not harassment to point out issues that would impact a patient. You do not have to actually be a customer to write a review, only have experience with the business and learning that they plead guilty to hosting parties during COVID is relevant.

This nest of plague rats has no business practicing further until the Good Doctor practices good public health practices including mask wearing and social distancing.Throwing superspreader parties does not help this dentist’s hygiene reputation.

Ive always been terrified of the dentist but Dr. Matthews approach is very calming. He is gentle and explains everything he does as hes working, which provides a nice distraction from the terrifying tools in my mouth. That appointment was definitely the least anxious Ive ever been. Will go back for sure.

I am from Atlanta and I am here to visit a family member I woke up this morning with a terrible toothache I googled dentist that were in the area and this dentist office showed up in the results. I called at 1:19 and I didn’t get and answer and I received a call back in less that 5 minutes the front office was very nice and professional and I was able to get an appointment at 2 the same day on a FRIDAY!!!! Once I arrived everyone in the office were nothing short of amazing very professional and welcoming!! I needed a root canal and the Dr was very personable which is great because I am terrified of the dentist. The procedure went well I didn’t feel anything if I didn’t live so far I would definitely be back by far the best experience I have ever had!!!! Great practice guys 🙂

I am concerned. So many people are bragging about the covid19 fashion house party last weekend that this doctor participated in. Is it not medical malpractice that this doctor did not uphold the ethical standard for his patients by engaging in activity that threatens public health and safety in the middle of a pandemic? Honestly Goodlettsville Family Dental is amazing! Ive never liked going to the Dentist from bad experiences in my past. Dr Mathews is so sincere and caring about his patients. He makes you comfortable and he is always looking out for the patient and wants to provide top notch care. His smile designs are wonderful and life changing. He is a true artist with creating new smiles for his patients. The staff is friendly, heart felt, professional and they really know their stuff! Dr Kang is a new addition and he is wonderful too. He is so dedicated to complete oral health for his patients and sincerely cares about giving them the best care and is amazing at making them comfortable while in the office. Highly recommended! They were awesome! Due to cov19 many places aren’t able to get you in less then 2 to 3 months! When I called Jason he was very helpful and they got to me in within a week. (Best voice over the phone, that is a +). Lish was a life saver when I had mistaken to go in the wrong day and she was able to get me in that day with in a couple of hours (seriously, who does that?) While all staff is friendly I was not happy about denture program they didnt inform me up front that it takes 6 weeks then finally I was suppose to get end result they call and say lab is behind and put it off I was really ready for my teeth it doesnt take 16 days to make teeth my opinion is they are growing their buisness and cant handle it I paid 1700.00 for my teeth they should have been. My sister-in-law recommended Goodlettsville Family Dental and am I glad she did! They took care of everything in advance of my appointment - which they squeezed me in - and did an outstanding job assessing, cleaning and reattaching the crown! Terrific personnel and services! Since COVID I have been nervous to enter a dentist office. While at Goodlettsville Family Dental the precautions that were taken helped me feel comfortable. I was greeting warmly by Mr. Brian at the front desk. My Dental Hygienist, Morgan, was very polite, respectful, Thorough, and kind. She cared about me and my concerns. My dentist Dr. Kang made me feel special by remembering my name and treating as though he was happy see me. I was checked out by a wonderful women who was very accommodating and helpful. She was also very funny. In the times we are living in now, it was refreshing to see people who were happy and extremely Pleasant. Ever visit is confirmation that I made the right decision to switch Dentist and try GFD.

I broke a molar this past Tuesday night, went in Thursday to have it extracted (I have had multiple issues with this tooth in the past). Dr. Kang was amazingly professional and is very friendly to boot, and his assistant, Angel, was absolutely fantastic as well...I was scared that the tooth would shatter once he started trying to remove it, but he got it out in one piece and no pain! Very pleased with my experience and will highly recommend this office to everyone!!!

I travel fulltime so it is tough to find a dental office that can accommodate patients on the fly. I called and was seen the same day. The waiting area is modern and inviting. The staff are professional and caring. Dr Kang discovered I need a crown on a tooth that has a fracture.
