Great place! They can do it all. Install, repair, clean. All types of floors including commercial settings and hotels. They also sell high quality rugs, and will pick up and deliver rugs being cleaned!

Lee and his crews were extremely professional and exceeded our expectations in many ways. Lee sent pictures during the process which was almost a week, keeping us updated on all of the progress. The quality of work was exceptional. We contacted CSSI after another person who lives in our neighborhood recommended them. They installed our new luxury vinyl downstairs (while repairs were made in our HWH closet) and laid beautiful new carpeting upstairs. I know that we got the best job possible in our home.Thank you Lee and CSSI teams.

I had just had CSSI repair my kitchen floor and they did such an outstanding job that I had them come out the next week and clean my carpets! I was amazed how beautiful my carpets looked when they were finished! They looked like brand new carpets!! They did such an awesome job and were very thorough and quick. Mark and his team are the Best! They laid carpet down throughout our home before we moved in. Their service was quick and professional. Mark is a down to earth, honest business man and gave us first class service and suggestions on what would be best for my family! They have continued to service our needs even two years after laying our carpet and we appreciate their top notch customer service! Thanks guys!

First, we are still moving and completing renovation, so dont look at anything but the floors in the photo. lol. The flooring in the photo is a dark hardwood, which I am extremely pleased with. Not shown is the wood look laminate in the basement, with which I am also very happy, even though I had sworn I would never use laminate. CSSI worked with our odd subcontractors schedules and walked me through the process, including acclimating the wood prior to installation. They were here when they said that they would be, and even came back, at no charge, to repair a squeaky spot that was due to the subflooring (which was not even CSSIs fault or responsibility). Overall, I am extremely pleased, and I highly recommend the company.One side note, if you are having work done in your home AFTER the flooring is installed, do yourself a favor and tape down floor covering to prevent the dust from getting in the grooves of the wood, which was a beast to get out, but again, not the fault of CSSI :) Will be using them again, for sure!

Jonathan was fantastic and did excellent work on all of the jobs I needed done- carpet stretching, doorway carpet repair, upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning. He and Scott were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use CSSI again and will request Jonathan.

Mark and his team did a fabulous job replacing our wood floor after we had some water damage. He took the time to answer any questions we had and addressed any concerns as well. Its so hard to find people to take the same kind of care of your home as you would, but CSSI not only did a great job on the floor, but took the time to clean up and attend to all the small details. We will definitely use them again.

When you are looking for customer service this is the place to go for your flooring and air duct cleaning. These guys are very knowledgeable. They did a great job with stretching and carpets and cleaning the air ducts. Thanks Mark.

Outstanding customer service. We hired them to clean our carpets. There were a couple spots that remained after the last several companies we used to clean carpets, but CSSI got them out and I didnt even ask them too. They also stretched a wrinkle out of our carpet at no charge. These guys showed up on time and did a great job at a lower price than the last few companies weve used. I would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning and your flooring needs. 👍🏻👍🏻

This business was recommended by a friend - eek! We had a plumbing issue that flooded the kitchen. Of course, the particle board floor warped. So, I called to have them look at it. Originally, the price was $2000-$3000 and he kept asking about homeowners insurance. I told him I wasnt filing it on homeowners ins and suddenly the price came down to $635. hmmm.... price gouging much? So, I hire them. The first contractor comes out to my house and, quite literally, ripped up the particle board. Were talking about jagged edges everywhere that you couldnt even get to with a saw. The next day, a different contractor comes out, who is not happy to see this mess. So, he does his best (minimally) to correct it. The third day, they bring in another guy to help them. Were now on the 4th day. There are 3 jagged spaces between the cut particle board and the ripped out part, which they say theyll patch. By all accounts, when the first guy messed it up, they should have pulled the cabinets and replaced what he messed up, but instead, theyd rather patch and go the cheap route.I should also mention that they shattered my oven door when moving the stove and tried to get out of paying for it. I ended up splitting it with them, but I am not pleased

CSSI lays the flooring and cleans the carpets in all of our rental units (150+) and I never have to worry about the quality of the job they do. They are very prompt to do a job and get it done very quickly. I shopped around with several other flooring places before I settled on CSSI and was pleased that their price is just as great as their quality. I also use CSSI for my own home as well and 9 months ago had a new floor laid in my home. It is a beautiful floor and the installer was very friendly and professional. The carpet cleaning they do is phenomenal, they can bring new life to the carpet and add several years of use to it. I always recommend CSSI to my friends and others in the rental industry if they want their floors to look great!
