I found these guys randomly in a parking lot on a Sunday in the middle of Summer while my A/C was out. They came directly to my house and repaired it without overtime charges. Shortly after they beat all competitive quotes and replaced my A/C unit. This month they did it again, beating everyone and installing a second A/C unit within the same week I called. It’s always great to find small businesses you can trust and rely on. Call them, you’ll see.

We had 3 estimates. One big name company came out and spent a total of 15 minutes on the estimate after they forgot our appointment and didnt explain much. BC HVAC came out on time and spent an hour explaining and showing us everything about our old unit and duct work. We had one other estimate that confirmed everything BC HVAC said and with some thought, we went with BC because the quality of the new heat pump they quoted was better. And we couldnt be happier. Professional, on time and when we thought there was something wrong, they came out the same day to check it, even did the repair even though it was not related to anything they originally did! We would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Hi our heat went out thurs night called Brian Fri am. He was here Fri afternoon checked everything out. We needed mew heat. Brians team came sat early am and replace everything. I was so happy with All they did

We had Frog Heating out to try to fix our HVAC at least four times. The heat wasnt working. Each time was very expensive and our problem kept coming back or wouldnt go away at all. Finally, Frog told us that the problem was unfixable and that wed have to buy a new HVAC.I decided it was worth getting a second opinion. I had B.C come out and take a look. They were here for less than an hour, had a reasonable cost, and fixed our problem. This was several months ago and weve been perfectly warm during these cold months. Thanks for the help!

Brian and his crew were saviors! I just moved into the area knowing that my HVAC system was down as I moved into my house. Brian arrived as we did with our moving van and quickly gave me 3 options and told me the pros and cons about each direction to go. Next business day, Brian and his crew installed a whole complete system and I had heat by the next day. He even offered space heaters to help us as he was working on the job.

B.C. came out right on time, Our old HVAC unit would cost more to repair than replace, leaked out most of the R-22 freon. We got a new unit installed in less the 5 hours. Everything is nice and cool and quiet.

They came to help my sister out with her heating unit... What they didnt know was her boyfriend is licensed with Carrier and that my husband is very knowledgeable about these units as well. Both states away and could not get back to handle this emergency. They (her boyfriend and my husband) told us exactly what was wrong with the unit before BCs even came. I was expecting them to see 2 women and think they were going to get over on us because they thought we didnt know any better. Well how WRONG I WAS.... they explained the problem exactly the way it was explained to us and told us exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. They quoted a fair price and within in a few short hours we had heat again....They have gained not one but 4 new customers if the need should arise. I want to thank them for being HONEST. My mother is 87 years old. She had no cold air during some of the hottest days weve had this summer. On the initial inspection of her unit (they had NEVER serviced before), they diagnosed an issue with the board & had it replaced the same day. Within a couple of weeks, the unit wasnt cooling again. They made a Saturday call & were able to determine there were additional issues that would require a new unit. Did a change out on the unit the next day...a SUNDAY...credited her the charge of the work that was previously done that ultimately didnt fix it, at a price that she could afford as a retired senior. You just dont hear about this level of service today. I knew she was in great hands & wish I could give them 10 stars. There just arent companies out there that can deliver on the trifecta...product, service AND price, but I can tell you BC HVAC CAN!!! Many thanks to everyone at BC HVAC for taking care of her in a way I know no one else would.

We recently had our 27-year-old ac unit quit on us around 4pm on a Friday afternoon. We were able to get in contact with BC HVAC on Friday evening and they were at our house before 9am on Saturday morning. Another company said they would not be able to schedule us until the following Thursday. BC had our entire system replaced by 5pm on Saturday and the price was extremely competitive, especially with the quick service. So grateful they were able to help us out!

New to Goodlettsville, I found BC HVAC Service online when searching reviews for a local company I wanted to use for a seasonal preventative maintenance service. I just called today and explained an issue we had with the AC. They put me on the phone with a tech who told me what he thought would have to be done. They were able to schedule a visit the same day. They were very reasonable price wise. Both of the guys who came out here were polite and quickly got the work done. What a relief it is to find honest, hard working people in this day and age.

They were amazing.It was nearly 6 oclock on a Saturday and the capacitor went out on my HVAC blower motor. I had someone that came and met me at their store, after I inadvertently interrupted their dinner, and sold me a new capacitor and helped direct on what may have been the cause of my capacitor going bad. My only alternative wouldve, in all likelihood, been waiting 2 or 3 days to have a capacitor shipped to me, or at least 2 days at which point Id have had to miss time at work to run around to buy one then go fix it. All while spending 2 days in my blazing hot, midsummer house. Im so grateful to them for taking out of their own time to help make my house tolerable again! Ill definitely use them when it is time to replace my whole unit.

Short version: I can’t sing their praises enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Definitely 5 stars!I’m new to Nashville. After some unseasonably cold days & a quick ice storm, my heating unit decided to stop working yesterday. My bf is a licensed HVAC tech, but is out of state right now, so I called Carrier to see about the warranty at 7 AM because my house was at about 55° this morning and I cannot wait (8.5 months pregnant and my dog was even shivering). Carrier provided 2 company names for service. I called both (one of which returned my call almost 3 hours later), but at 7 AM, Tina answered the phone at BC. She explained they had a packed schedule today, but they would try to squeeze me in between, although it may be late in the day. At 7:30 AM, she called back to say they’d be stopping by at 8:30 or so to assess the issue, but if their first job ran over, she’d let me know because I intended to go buy back up heat for my family. Before 8:00 AM, Joey called to let me know he was on his way and he was here in minutes. They diagnosed the issue (virtually the same thing my bf said was the issue), quoted a fair price (according to my own and my bf’s professional assessment) and would return later in the day.By 2:00, Joey called back to say he was on his way! About 2 hours later, WE HAVE HEAT! Joey took the time to explain the problem and what they were going to do. Brian, the owner, even stopped by to explain the issue in detail, as well as an ancillary issue they discovered (also noted by my bf) that didn’t need to be handled right away, plus explained some efficiencies I could put in place based on Nashville winters... everything Joey and Brian said was absolutely in line with what my trusted resource said (down to the amount of Freon my system would require)... and at the end of the day, they charged UNDER the quoted cost. And we have heat!!!!I couldn’t have hoped for better or quicker service! If I’m ever in a bind again, I will definitely use BC Heating and Cooling!

Brian and everyone presented themselves as completely professional from the initial phone call from me, to the follow up, to the quote and having my questions answered in advance was a smooth process. The people who did the installation were neat and clean in the yard, performed some additional work at no charge just to do it the right way, and ensured we were completely satisfied and working properly before they left. The payment process was quick and easy. Finally, their price was several thousand dollars less for the same system that others quoted. Would 1005 recommend and would 100% use them again.
