This place is a great experience for a traditional barber shop haircut. Sports on the TV and great guys giving great haircuts. I was very pleased with how I was greated and treated. My haircut was great and the barber took his time and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

The best place in Goleta to get a haircut, bar none! Jennifer always cuts my hair on appointment, and does a great job! Always interesting things to watch on the TV, too. Sports preferred! Always great group discussion on a number of issues. Besides the great haircuts, the talk always keeps the place jumping. I love this place!

I have a simple head of hair to cut. Always done well w/ great personal experience. No, its not a simple buzz cut. People that hate on the shop probably need the $60.00 haircut. Stop complaining and spend your time reviewing something that is worth your time. They are worth my time. Why you would want to hurt a small business is whats wrong with society. Its nice to see old school in an environment of extremely vain people. Fabio style cuts are out there. Go find them and leave appointments to the rest of us. Im 44 w/ 4 kids and will always go back.

THIS IS NOT THE FAIRVIEW BARBER YOU KNEW AS A KID. Sal is not here!!! OK, now that I got that out of the way... no reason to come here. I walked in today with my child and was not even greeted. No “hello”, or “how are you doing?”, nothing. I sat there for a minute waiting to be addressed and the two people working there didn’t say a peep. I got up and left. Change the name of the business because this is not “Fairview barber”. This is a pathetic excuse for a family barber.

I was running short on time as usual and these folks hooked me up with a clean medium fade military cut, one of the few places ive found that consistently cuts hair cleanly and efficiently. Definitly coming back!

Sal was the best. I have had 2 haircuts here since the new ownership....and that is the last time I will pass thru that door.While I was getting my haircut, there were two other guys waiting to get their haircuts fixed!!!Do yourself a favor....avoid them like the plague.

Great service and price for haircuts, usually seen in a timely manner and hardly ever waiting.

The guy cutting my hair spent at least 10 minutes texting on his phone during the haircut. He also stopped to help the woman barber because she didnt know how to taper. This shows poor attention to detail, terrible service, and lack of experience. Haircut itself was not of good quality and he didnt ask my name until I was about to pay. Please avoid this place.

I have been going here for years. With the exception of 2-3 haircuts, they consistently do a very good job.
