The team at Eagles properties Inc. is truly a breath of fresh air. When you enter their main building, you are greeted sincerely by the front desk staff. Their desire to help you rent or buy is absolutley genuine. No matter your budget or background, they treat everyone with respect. Their teamwork is evident from the front to the back- with everyone pitching in to solve a problem or provide you with the best service. Never have I encountered such genuine sincerity in a business, before. Must be something in the water! :-)

The customer service with Eagles is great! Any time weve needed to reach out they are always there. All maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner and they do their best to make sure they get it right and fixed as quickly as possible. Nothing but positive experiences renting from them.

This team has been managing my properties for the last six months. They have made it so simple for me not to deal with the tenants and other issues. The staff is very nice and professional, and available when I have a question.

Eagles Properties advertised themselves to me as a rental agency so I worked with them on moving into a rental property they had listing and currently have been paying them rent on time each month for three years. This August I signed to renew a year lease agreement and they also charged me $75 dollars to renew my lease. I received a copy of the paperwork showing I was locked in until 9/30/2022. They have now proceeded to list the property online and host showings of the inside of the home while I am staying in it. All this is after they had me renew my lease agreement for another year. I don’t agree for multiple strangers to be entering the home during a pandemic. I am currently dealing with a high risk pregnancy and am 6 months. I battle with anxiety since I had a still birth 3 years ago. My stress level has to remain low. I also work full time from home. Ive discussed this with Eagles and was told that If I am uncomfortable with the situation I can break the lease without any penalties. I signed a year lease thinking I had a year to have my baby and then relocate. They are showing the property regularly and not just to 1 or 2 people. The most recent showing included 5 people walking through the house while I was working and in my bedrooms. I never agreed to showings of the inside of the property. Ive been told that since the owner wants to sell I do not have a choice regardless of the fact that I signed a lease. They only have to communicate a showing time, through text messages.

So my first time ever renting was with this company and they really make the experience way less stressful than your average renters experience. My usual agent is Joslyn and she is just an absolute doll, and straight natural with this field. Anything you need fixed the team is usually there within the week and the quality of housing is some of the best in town.

Beware Eagles Bad Bad business!I first was required to fill out a pre move in report, i provided the report and pictures of the issues on my move in April 1st 2020. I had an issue of bad cigarette smoke in the home, they told me the could do nothing about that. I suspected the ventilation after the third request they sent an ac person out. I was there when he and his partner arrived they spent 15 minutes this man did not even go under the house. Eagles Properties charged me $80.00 extra on my rent payment. I felt that if i didnt pay it would have a negative impact on my credit score. I had a family issue had to move to Florida the Girl on there phone only could talk negative to my situation. I found a renter through Facebook myself. they approved him and took his deposit. Xan stated she never got my pre report nor the pictures I had to find and re send them. I spent 3 days cleaning vacuuming disinfecting mopped the floor on my hands an knees scrubbed in cupboards doors and tub. I have pictures of the home the morning I left.I call back 3 weeks later Xan stated that she has no control over deposits and that the rental was inspected plus she told me the owners of the home were no longer going to rent this home. Here is what took the cake they took $256.20 for misc damages labor to clean the home from my deposit.Do not rent from these scam artist`s they only are interested in money to line there pockets. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

It’s been a great experience working with Eagles Property. Finding the right home was easy with their scheduled appointments for home showings. Rent payment is very easy through the tenant online portal as well as any maintenance requests.Hands down, it’s been the easiest transition for me with my move to NC.

We are so disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of care for the customers. Our property manager seems to have a difficult time returning emails (and even worse calls). They never checked on our first tenants during the hurricane. We were lucky to have know our tenants or we would’ve not know about all the damage to our property. Our tenants messaged us directly about everything.We’re happy to no longer have the need for Eagles Properties.

Consistently made errors with managing my property for years with them. They should represent the owner and I feel the tenant views us all as subpar because of their ignorance. Their actions have cost me money. Ive had to research products, pay for maintenance of products which were insured, been charged fees the tenant agreed to pay and had to remind them they informed me of the tenants offer to pay in order to receive my full rent. Eagles needs to reevaluate their dedication to the owner and tenant alike.

The service and people are spectacular. I came to them in a rush needing a place desperately. They worked with me and said they could get one available. Called me with regular updates on the apartment and as soon as it became available I moved in. The little maintenance that needed to be done has been taken care of conveniently with a simple phone call. Definitely recommend!

Eagles Properties Management is a top-notch business! I have dealt with Kim Dewey who is a professional and personable representative of the company. I was looking to relocate and Kim was so helpful! She gave me numerous options and we have frank conversations about what areas would best suit my needs. She was honest and dependable. It was apparent she truly cared about this customer, not just looking to do business. We have frank conversations with choices that were not in my best interest. As someone who is unfamiliar with the area, I was able to trust her intent. While I am still looking for a place, I know that Kim Dewey has her radar on, seeking the most viable solution for my particular situation. If you are looking for someone to help - ask for her! I think they are lucky to have her!

Nothing but GREAT things to say about Eagles Properties. Moving to North Carolina from Philadelphia was stressful but made much less so by the Eagles Properties team. From making sure I could view several properties to following up to see if I had any questions, they took the time to treat me like family. 9/28/20: Update response to owner: If that is the case, then why did Itzel Rivera respond to my Zillow inquiry? Why not continue to ignore me and other people who have inquired from a 3rd party source? Also, after I was given your actual website information and I responded back to Itzel Rivera. How come I wasn’t able to schedule a viewing on any of the properties that I mentioned? How come Itzel Rivera didn’t ask me if there was anything else he/she could help me with? Again the customer service was mediocre at best.9/25/20: Okay, I saw a few properties they had listed on Zillow, Trulia and Zumper months ago up until now. I emailed them from those sites, I got no response. And I didn’t have a number to reach them on so emailing is all I could do. A new listing (1392 Saint John Church Rd) popped up on Zillow earlier this week and I immediately responded the same day. I was sent an email following morning stating that it was unavailable as it had several applications pending! Hold on, what, wait? How can something that was just listed 10 hours prior, already had not 1 but several applications pending? First of all, the unit has to be viewed before an application is done (per their website). Secondly, you took 2 different people’s money, knowing only 1 can get the unit? Shame on you! I’m not a property manager, but I’ve worked with many and they aren’t supposed to process many different applications for the same unit at one time. I inquired to schedule a viewing and was denied the right to view the property. Never mind the vacant unit at 1410 Saint John Church Rd. That has been posted for a month and right next to the one that I was asking to view. It was never offered to me to view or potentially rent. Apparently this is a trend in Wayne County, giving mediocre or nonchalant customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Brenda I feel like she went above and beyond because for one I’m not from around here so she took the extra time to tell me about the area such as schools, restaurants, and etc.. also she is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing for example she didnt tell me what I wanna hear she told me what I needed to hear until we stumbled on the right place for me and my family. Things they are good at: keeping a portion of your rental income as payment for managing your property, per the contract. Sending their repair man out to your property for simple repairs and overcharging you for this.Things they are not good at: actually managing your property per the contract... e.g. coordinating other-than-simple repairs such as storm damage. After 6 months of waiting for action (expecting more than a single call and giving up) I had to coordinate it myself, then was told to pound sand when I asked for a portion of their management fee be refunded since I was doing the work I was paying them to do.NOT RECOMMENDED

Eagles Properties staff were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I am in the military and it was very important to have my house rented quickly. Not only did they quickly find several possible tenants, they screened them very well and I am very pleased with the tenants they put in our home. Our new tenants were also very pleased with the staff and process in securing our home. Everyone is happy, thanks to Eagles Properties. I will continue using them and do refer them to all my friends and co workers.

The service here is utterly terrible...phone calls are not returned and Kim Dewey blatantly lies to customers. I made 10 phone calls with many messages and Kim knew about the calls because I left messages with EVERY MEMBER OF THE STAFF. SHE then lied and claimed I made 2 calls when I made 10 calls. She refused to apologize for her abominable service and hung up the phone when I told her it was BS to claim I made 2 calls when she KNEW I had called more than 10 times. Their company deserves an F!

Eagles Properties has taken care of several of my clients properties when I couldnt sell their house. I am a Realtor and refer all my clients to them if they need to rent. They reason I do is two fold. They care for the properties they manage and they treat people with respect. You cant ask for more. They are top notch!!

Although I was not able to obtain the property I wanted, the staff at Eagles went above and beyond to help me! Bernice and Nicole were wonderful to deal with. They looked at every possible avenue and tried their best to find my family a home. Unfortunately, our pasts catch up with us!

I wonder how much money they make through application fees. I applied for an apartment an was told they do a credit/background/reference/employment check for apartments. I checked my credit report and I dont have a hard or soft pull from them or any tenant screening agency. I wonder if they even checked it. I was told the person before me didnt get approved, then I wasnt approved. They are making a killing with $50 non refundable application fees. If they can run 5 applications per vacancy they can make $250 just in application fees. And I truly believe they allow multilple people to apply and they pick the applicant they like the best, basically screwing people out of there money. If they have super strict requirements for rentals they need to make people aware before they take there money. And I know a credit/background check doesnt cost $50. There are tenant screening agencies that charge a flat rate per year for limitless inquires. They charge you $50 just to punch your information in. It almost seems like your trying to buy the apartment rather than rent it.Just a Rip Off!!

Im a local real estate investor. I interviewed other property management companies before deciding to hire Eagles. After several months I can honestly say Im 100% satisfied with the staff, accounting and maintenance departments. Weve had some maintenance issues and each time the team took care of the problem so our tenants werent inconvenienced. Nichole is super friendly, straight forward and answered all of my questions during the initial consultation. I highly recommend this company to homeowners moving out of the area and/or other investors.

I recently got engaged and even though I am in a credit repair program...my fiance has great credit.We were denied because of me.And it took a whole week to give us this information . Was even able to pay rent,deposit and an extra month ahead.I feel as though it may have been discriminative.

Eagles properties is a fantastic rental company.I rented from them at the end of January and they were nothing but helpful in getting me in a house that I was happy with as soon as possible. And have been extremely helpful in all the interactions ive had with them since.On top of this, we recently had a large tree limb fall on our rental property during the latest storm. The limb and the lightning ended up tearing a sizeable gash in our roof late at night and water started flooding into the house.We were able to get a maintenance person from the company out to the house that night to help assess the damage and what we could do to stop/curb the flooding without endangering anyone before heading to a hotel for the night.Coming back home in the morning we expected the worst or at the very least people around doing work/cleaning but it was already complete, our personal items we had tried to use to stop the flooding were all hanging outside to dry, and every piece of rafter, tree bark, etc that had fallen onto the floor from opening the attic was cleaned up.Besides the water damage in a room and the giant tarp on the house.... inside the residence looked like nothing had even happened the night before. Probably the biggest breath of fresh air for us coming back home ever.Customer Service 10/10Professionalism 10/10

They manage for me and they are absolutly TERRIBLE. If I could leave no stars, I would. Eagles does not even attempt to communicate in a professional manner. When I ask for pictures of repair request they ALWAYS have a reason they cannot get them and treat me as if they pay me and not the other way around. Needless to say, I am now on the market for a new management company, feel free to offer suggestions. Do now allow them to manage your property if you want to save a headache.

During the rare occasions the weve had a problem, the owner has gotten back to the rental company right away, and took care of the issue. Overall im very happy.

Rented a house with damage done to the walls and stains on the carpets.Had to ask for a new stove, because someone took out the heating coil..They were great with their appointments.But we weren’t thrilled to have our deposit taken from us, over someone else damage, also saying there was things we should have done. That wasn’t in our contract.

Not a very good company to do business with. Renters make sure you take many many many.....many pictures of every wall avery damage you find if you want to see your deposit back! They will will make sure to keep some of your money with a lame excuse. Good luck trying to get some decent custumer service it is terrible!Be warned its a very bad company to rent from!

One of the worst rental companies Ive ever dealt with! I knew I should have gone with my gut feeling from the beginning and never rented from them. I lived in one of their apartments for a year. Come time to move out I set up a final inspection for a Friday afternoon. No one ever showed up or called. Fast forward 2 weeks and I get a call asking if I have moved out and to drop off the keys. I go to drop off the keys and they tell me the inspection was done on the date it was scheduled. Fast forward almost a month! and I get an email saying I owe them $2975 in damages! When I asked about when the inspection was done this time I was told it was done at the end of the month a full 2 weeks after I had scheduled it!They continue to drag out this process and are generally unprofessional and unorganized.I advise you to seek housing elsewhere as they are out to, not to help you, but to make as much money off of you as they can.

Eagles Properties is by far one of the best Property Management companies. When PCSing to SJAFB we were in such displace as to how to find a home because EVERY home we looked at was taken very quickly by other applicants. Eagles Properties made a promise that they would only work ONE application per home which allowed my husband and I to get a home and not have to compete with others looking as well. We saw a home, loved it, put our application in on it and notice immediately how honest they were. They get back with us within 48 hours to tell us we were approved for the home. We were even able to move in within days. They made the process so much easier than we had had in the beginning. THANK YOU EAGLES PROPERTIES!

I have been leasing through Eagles properties for 2 years now, I just signed my third lease. They are very prompt in taking care of any maintenance issues and are always very kind and professional.

In order to keep the deposit from my friend they came up with a lot of bs and kept it all and they want more money they are money hungry we have pictures of alot of things that was messed up in the house when she moved in stuff was still in the cabinets and we had to buy alot of light bulbs we had to buy another door knob for a room door they charged 400 hundred dollars for lawn care what lawn care cost 400 dollars they are very bad to rent from but we have pictures and will be contacting legal aid.

Where to begin? I flew to town for a job interview from Florida on 1-3-18 & it snowed. It turns out I got the job & needed to look at properties. Being on a tight time line, I called the the listing agents for the properties I found. Due to the weather, no one was willing to show me any homes, until I called Eagle. I spoke with Nichole, she listened to my predictement & found us a great home! She stayed late that evening & stayed in touch over the weekend to make sure every detail was taken care of. Nichole & her team ROCK! I can’t thank you enough.

My overall experience three months ago at this company was awful. My fiance and I had an appointment to view a house, instead of the consultant setting us up with a later appointment time or date they allowed my fiance to wait outside for over 45 minutes while another couple viewed the house. Needless to say the other couple ended up getting the house which there seemed to have been an issue with discrimination from the get go. Finally we decided to give eagles another chance, we ended up accepting a three bed room town home. We waited a whole week for someone to get back with us but that didnt happen so I ended up calling the company back only for the realtor to come up with all these excuses as to why we could not be approved for the town homes which were in fact not because of any criminal or recent credit issues. I feel as though the reason was solely based on discrimination of race.

Absolutely horrible experience. From the beginning they treated us like we werent worth their time. They would get us mixed up with another property multiple times in the beginning to the point that it was getting to be an issue. Then when the summer heat came, the hvac broke (along with more of their other properties) and they blamed us for breaking it when our filter was clean. So they refused to pay the fee that brought out their A/C guy. If this is how they treat any of the other military families, I have no idea how theyve been staying in business for so long. Weve never been so mistreated by a company as this one has done. The owner even refused to make the situation better.

They were completely unprofessional. I read the other 1 star reviews in disbelief, so I called them the first time and they thought I was some guy named Steve. When I corrected the lady, she got extremely rude. Said some bad things and finally informed me that it is 20 dollars to take the keys so that I can look at the house... Ill never do business with these people. I wish there was something I could do to get this company investigated.

Im not giving this company any stars because of the way me and my husband were treated once we stepped inside( I was forced to in order to post my comment) . To start off we felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable. No one greeted us as there were at least 6 people sitting in the front office area. We had to get one womans attention to speak to us as we were just standing there watching them laugh and talk. Second the lady that did assist us was very snobby. She short answered everything we asked and cut me off before I could even finish my sentences. We could feel the racists attitudes and knew that she was prejudging us based on our looks. We will never seek to do business with them and wouldnt encourage anyone else unless you seem to fit their criteria based on your looks.
