When my car began to miss badly, I ran the codes and went through all the steps I knew to identify the problem with no luck. Someone recommended Parnell’s. They are very knowledgeable and identified that the car needed a relearn for a crank sensor I initially replaced when the issue began. The price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly.

The man who worked with us was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the state inspections for mine and my husbands vehicles. We recently moved to NC from VA and he was very eager to make sure we had everything we needed for DMV. We will be taking our vehicles to him in the future for sure.

Needed some significant brake work done to my van, and where I am, decent auto shops that do good work and charge a fair price are hard to find. I try to use local businesses instead of large chains whenever I can, and Parnells was a great choice. They did the work needed and were more than fair with the price for that work.
