I bough a set of new tires 2 weeks ago and it blew out while i was driving. I took the car to them to show them the tire and they said it only has a 3 DAY WARRANTY! SMH. COURT TIME. I COULD HAVE GOT KILLED IF I WENT TO WORK LAST NIGHT.

They did alright work, got there 20 minutes before opening and still had to wait in line. When the guy got done with my alignment, there was no small talk or info about the work done. Just told me to pay him the $40 dollars I owed. Decent work, quick but NO hospitality or customer service.

My boyfriend went there yesterday and they stole his AC machine out his car, if we don’t get it back we will be going to the police!!!!!!!!! It’s sad how he trusted y’all with his car and you steal from him, got a whole business but stealing.

Fast fare

Went to get oil changed and it took 15 minutes to get the drain plug out and then another 20 minutes to remove the oil filter and finally cut it off. This place is not where you want to take your vehicle if you care about it. Then when I left I had to have the truck washed because the guy leaned against the truck and got oil and grease all over the fender.

Im not sure if they are competent when it comes to tires. I went there more than once and either they put the wrong size tires on my car or they put them on inside out.

My splash guard on car was dragging on the ground and hanging on by one screw. car was lift up and part was taken off took less than 5 minutes charge me $20.00

Really fast, friendly people :) I drove a lady with a flat down there and they picked up her car and replaced the tire all for $80. They have really good prices on tires both used and new, Id highly reccomend them for sure!

Went to get brakes done. Brake Caliber was stuck. He wanted to order caliber which was $90 but would let me get the old one so that i could get $45 core charge back. He wanted to keep that for himself after getting his labor rate. Be carefull. Especially the unkowing women!!!

Please do not go to this shop first they gave my boyfriend a tire with the wires hanging out then when he told them the wires were out the man told him that tire was not the tire he bought from them well who the hell did we buy it from we didnt go no were. Then when he saw he wasnt gonna play us he got mad and said let him go see if he can find another tire. Yea, find a good used tire or give me my damn money back. These people are ridiculous bad service price fluctuates depending on whos there who you are amongst other things just poor service. NO GOOD

Went for alignment left having to pay $600 to get my tire rod n ball joints fixed. Dont go for nothing but a tire

My friend went to get tires from them. Got the tires changed for $80 (which is $10 more than a couple months ago)but when they took off it was shaking like crazy. (Wasnt doing that before) The tire had a broken belt and they took it right back and the guy tried to say it wasnt the tire it was the suspension. My friend asked to just put the old tires back on and they charged my friend $40 to put the old tires back on after they were told the belt was broke on the new tire. When they took off with the old tires back on, what do you know, NO MORE SHAKING! Not very good with customer service, in my eyes. I guess there is no warranty like other tire places and if there is they will just come up with an excuse why it isnt the tire.

JRRA on Corporate Drive is an abject ripoff. Do not do business with them.I and a friend of mine have had bad experiences here and not just simple mistakes.They put a bad tire on my car. The same one they took off of it.They marked all over it to make it look new and I trusted them to do the right thing.I didnt think Id have to go behind them and make sure i wasnt getting ripped off until i had to go to another tire shop two weeks later.Take your business to Ricks or Ash Street Automotive.Youve got too much riding on your tires to trust a bunch of hacks who are willing to compromise your and your familys safety to make a fast 40 dollars.

I had a tire that blew the air over the rim and they struck out to get more money. And I took my truck to be alignment and they left it worse I do not recommend it
