Fast oil change, excellent customer service, very professional. They let you know if they find anything else you may have overlooked in a long time like air filter for car and your engine air filter. You can wait inside the 50s 60s decor showroom and watch Andy Griffin movies, get free popcorn for all. Really 😎

We had an oil leak while taking a road trip to the beach. The low oil indicator came on so we pulled into Reto Lube. They were fast, helpful, kind, and professional. They were not able to fix the overall issue due to the part required but they gave us enough oil to get to a car dealership and advised us about the issue and part needed.

These guys NEVER disappoint. Super great service and they really take care of this loyal customer. Willie and everyone are freakin AWESOME!

Ive been going to Retro Lube for years.Ive always been satisfied with the service.Today I went in for an inspection. Seemed to take a little longer than expected. I sat thru 2 and a half Andy Griffiths.

Great customer service. They were very kind and job well done. Theyre honest on what is needed. After my motor oil change was done, I asked about transmission oil change and they told me it was not needed cuz oil was good. I felt great they didnt rip me off like others do. I totally recommend. I will keep them.

It is what it is. Ive been here three times and the wait is about an hour. Oil change on a F150 is $54. Maybe a little pricey, but those uniforms bro.... Worth every penny. Would rather just have a quality oil change place without the theme but its not my baby.

The store has a retro look to it hence the name. But it is aesthetically pleasing and from the two times that I went there they were very helpful and had amazing customer service. When waiting for an oil change to be finished you can sit and relax in the store but you won’t be waiting long because they work fast but great.

Got my oil changed and my required inspection done. Great place, the employees are friendly, the waiting room is clean and full of interesting artifacts from the Andy Griffith tv show. Plenty of recent magazines to flip through too. Definitely worth checking out if you need service on your vehicle.

Stopped here today for the first time. I went here because of the high rating they have on Google. I was very happy with the service. It was pretty busy. It was Saturday morning around 10:30. I pulled up under the awning and was immediately greeted by a fellow dressed in all black and a red bow tie. He asked what Service we wanted and we discussed options and agreed on services. He directed us to go inside and wait or we could wait outside at the picnic table. We went in and nearly the whole lobby was full of customers. But not for long as the were pretty quick with the service. We waited about 15-20 minutes total but everyone there was so friendly and not just the staff but all the customers were joined in on conversations. We had a great experience and they even applied a coupon to my services without me even asking. I will be back, for sure.

Awesome Full service Auto Shop. The atmosphere makes you feel like youre in the 50s and 60s and the service was grade A. Loved the little touches they did to this place, including the old time TV and soda pop machine

Great ambiance. Took over an hour for oil change but they were busy. Playing Andy Griffith on the TV was a nice touch and helped to pass the time.

Very wonderful and personable people work here, I took my truck for an oil change and due to no fault of retro lube, my truck couldnt get an oil change due to the oil plug being stuck. However the people working there explained what was wrong, they topped off my oil and still changed the oil filter and at no charge to me. Thats great customer service!! And when I get my truck fixed I will be going there for my future oil changes!

Nice staff. Old gas station feel. Even though the broke my wind gaurd on my truck the offered to pay for replacements. They never consider age of them or anything the guy just told me to go get them and they will repay me for them. Now thats great costumer service.

I get my oil changed there. They also keep up with whatever maintance needs to be done. They vacuum out the car and top off the fluids. I can ear all the popcorn while waiting. They keep it made as well as coffee. And they have The Andy Griffin show playing all day. The guys there are polite and helpful.

This place screwed me yesterday! Had a oil change and inspection 95.00 🤔🤔🤔 with a coupon !!! Never again !! 13.00 inspection so wth costed sooo much !!! Nooooopppe not again, another place said it should of only costed no more than 50.00!! Wth !?!

Had two cars to get an oil change and inspection. Dealer took 90 minutes on the first one. Brought my second one here; in and out in 30 minutes. Very nice people too!

My favorite oil change place! Free popcorn and clean old Andy Griffith episodes to watch while you wait. But the staff, especially Brian and Will are always friendly, fast and helpful. The have a customer for life!

Really dont recommend this place they failed horribly in my truck. First stoke they told me my air filter was good and I knew myself it was dirty because I saw it when changing a head light out. Next they leave screws out of my skid plate and it get hung while backing out of a driveway falling in the middle of the road. Last strike they dont put enough oil in my truck and it starts tapping on start up because theres not bough oil in it to lube during cold start up. Thankfully I checked it myself and added what need to be axed to save my engine🤔 Please find some where else to get your oil changed or at least check behind them all the time.
