The Golden Valley Jiffy Lube does great work. The techs are very professional, thorough, helpful and friendly. They always take the time to answer our questions. Far and away, the service is the best we have had anywhere in the area. The shop is clean and orderly. In particular, Josh, Colby and Manager Dashaun went out of there way to make sure everything was great. Their customer service was off the charts. The General Manager Jon Hall runs a top notch store.Thank you Jiffy Lube.

Excellent staff who did a fast oil change with no fuss. Didn’t try to hit me with the upsell everywhere and was able to do the whole thing in 15 minutes after 3 different Midas locations couldn’t accept any appointment times I asked for.

Spilled oil all over the engine block causing smoking and a fire hazard, not careful at all. Put the wrong coolant in the car(you dont top off coolant that is already full...). Need to flush it out completely. Used the cheapest off brand 1$ oil filter possible that leaked. Wouldnt go ever go back. Seemed like the techs were all first day on the job, asking each other how to do very simple tasks. Save the money and change the oil yourself.

Took my car in to get serviced, which it needed really bad. These guys not only took care of my car at reasonable price in a reasonable time but gave me good information on regular maintenance. Office was extremely clean, highly recommend!

This has been my Oil Change location for years. It was super convenient when we lived close; however, even after we moved - I still return to this location. Ive gone to other Jiffy Lube locations and though I do get my oil changed - the service at this location Golden Valley is superior! The shop is clean, the people working there are very personable and I will continue to be a customer. Keep up the great work Golden Valley Jiffy Lube!

The employees at this Jiffy Lube are model employees who can work as swift and sure as a NASCAR pit crew. I will definitely return when my car needs a drink of fresh oil.

Right as I pulled up Santiago greeted me and was very professional. The first thing I said to him was that I was leaving town and needed to change my oil and check on everything else. Santiago told me to get back in my car so we can check my lights, FIRST time ever someone has offered to do that. Everything was status quo and Santiago mentioned how my headlights were in rough shape and explained what he could do to make them look new or clean them up enough to give the appearance they were new. I said go for it and on my drive down during the early morning hours the roads were much better because he went the extra mile knowing I was traveling. I recommend this place and Santiago was awesome and I’m sure they’ll receive the same experience I did.

Came here for an oil change didn’t think it was going to cost me $144 to get an oil change. I didn’t see the actual costs for oil changes until after they started doing the oil change and then let me know that it was going to be $109 for the cheaper oil change and if there’s extra oil there would be additional charges needed. Then I got the grand total of $144 and I asked it would’ve been nice to know that it oil change is gonna cost me $144 before hand! The technician said that how am I supposed to know how much it’s going to cost? Like they’ve never worked on a Chevy Silverado 1500, those are real rare out there I suppose. What a joke. I guess they don’t like repeat customers or just cater to people that don’t pay attention to prices, ridiculous. It’s just an oil change I’ve seen him for $20 before plus extra oil I get it.

Very nice. They offered me suggestions for products that would improve my cars function without being pushy or making me feel like I didnt know what they were talking about.

I arrived at 8:10am before I started work, knowing they open at 8:00am, and there was no other customers waiting. I sat there waiting for 15mins, I can see the workers inside, no one ever came out to acknowledge or help me. I left and came back the next day at the same time.The exact same thing happened again! I left and went to Valvoline. As soon as I pulled up there, I was acknowledged and helped immediately. The staff was nice, quick and professional. I will continue to be a customer of theirs. Thanks Valvoline for gaining a happy customer.

First timer at Jiffy Lube and glad I went. Its not only close to my home but the wait was better than at a dealership and the staff were nice and courteous. The coupon on their site made it less expensive than a dealership too. All-in-all, well worth the ~30 minutes.

Service was fine, but wow have there prices sky rocketed.. I will just take to the dealer next time as it will be cheaper. I paid $99.29 for a oil change with a $18.00 off coupon, I have used Jiffy Lube for 20+ years, it was a disappointment that are pricing them selfs out of business.

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes today. Cant complain about the service. No dirty air filter tricks or otherwise. Super happy, friendly, and helpful staff.My only complaint is the large evergreen tree blocking your view upon exiting Jiffy Lube. I couldnt see around, above, below, or through the tree. Almost got t-boned turning out of the lot.Will be back again

I go well out of my way passing at least 10 other options every time I need my vehicle serviced. Santonio does an amazing job keeping me informed with my vehicle, king did an awesome job very friendly and welcoming and biplap was working very efficiently, i’m always in and out with these guys! Went there with my daughter today to get her cars oil changed with coupon. Fast service and good customer service. After telling them the car was only going to be around for a bit longer, they did not try to do the uncomfortable pressure sales to upsell after hearing that. Plus, they said her air filter was good still. With that honesty and help I will definitely go back.

Horrible. Came in with working headlights and after my oil change my left headlight was out. They refused to do anything for me. They forced me to pay for their premium oil even though I told them I didnt want it, and on top of it nobody was wearing a mask except for a kid named Cody. Not even the manager was wearing one and they repeatedly came to my window not wearing one.Update: GM called me and rectified the situation. And is coaching his team on the issues.
