I just moved out to the Chicago area from Oregon, and I am so lucky to have come into contact with Ibrahim. He answered all of my silly questions (first time moving across country- so I had a lot), and helped me through every step of lease process. This is important to note because as first time buyers we were in a great need of direction in the home buying process. I got in contact with Ibrahim Dababneh and explained our situation. Right away he established a sincere concern for us and assured us he would do all in his power to help us. The sympathy he demonstrated not only established the beginning of our relationship but also got us a glimpse of the type if person we were going to do business with. Having Ibrahim by our side definitely eased our concern of the unknown, his expertise and networking ability connected us to not only a great home inspector, and excellent real estate lawyer but also the people that ultimately got us approved of our home loan in the Novus Home Mortgage company. I loved the team effort we received from all of them and how they individually served their purpose. What I loved about Ibrahkm the most was his honesty, he always had the best interest for us whole being transparent. For example when we looked at a specific house that we liked and was within our price range, he noticed that the foundation was already showing signs of considerable wear. Although we really liked the house and had mostly everything we wanted, the home inspector we hired did indeed confirm structure damage. He was also very professional through our process and he drove several times hours away from where he was located just to show us a house. Maybe other real estate agents do the same but Ibrahim not only did that but ALWAYS at my familys time. Keep in mind I worked at the busiest season where I work at so i was very limited with time. I had to mention all this even though it may not seem like a cordial review, but to me the most important thing is understood exactly what we needed and worked nonstop until we achieved our goal.
