Thomas made an appointment with my wife and I on Thursday to come see my house on Saturday at 10 am.At 9:57am I receive a text from Thomas saying he wont be able to make our appointment, not lets reschedule or what the explanation is, simply I cant make it.If you are looking to SELL your house I wouldnt be recommending Mr. Downing unless you want to be stood up!!!Not only does he miss out on a potential sale but also a potential purchase.By the way I am a mortgage banker that was looking for a realtor partner to help with my Zillow leads.
