Haris helped me find a tenant for a rental property within one week of listing. Id rate Haris 5 starts for local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills. Above all, what I respected and liked about Haris the most is that he is not aggressive and does not employ gimmicks and high pressure tactics that are common with realtors and car salesman. He is very responsive, and generally returned emails or phone calls within an hour or two. I had prior interactions with realtors buying, selling and renting, and I would say that Haris is one of two realtors that I would always consider first in any real-estate transaction. I would highly recommend Haris to anyone looking to rent their property. Im sure that he is just as effective and professional in a buy/sell transaction. Additional detail on my experience is below.I was referred to Haris by two mutual friends that purchased condominiums with Haris. I needed to rent my house as a result of a job-related move. Haris informed me that he generally does not handle rentals but would be willing to help. I was a bit concerned at first because I was not sure how involved hed be, since rentals were not his priority, and I needed a realtor to handle the showing, paperwork, qualifying, etc. I traveled to Chicago on a tight timeline hoping to address everything in one trip. Haris stopped by on a Saturday to take pictures, walk me through the process, paperwork and the property description hed be creating. He was knowledgeable and forward. It was evident that he works on creating a relationship based on trust and openness. I felt comfortable and not at all pressured on the listing price. He researched the area and suggested a rental rate that made sense for the area, and one that I was comfortable with. Within 4 days we received a total of 7 applications for the house. Haris helped find the best candidate and worked with the applicant realtors to obtain the needed documentation to move the process along. The house was rented within a week of being listed! I have to also praise agent David Rybicki (the applicants agent) for his responsiveness and professionalism.
