Great experience. I’ve been using the same dealer for many years and this was my first experience shopping for a Lincoln. Matt and Brian made the process so easy. It was a very pleasant experience. I first went to just look at Lincoln’s and wasn’t sure I’d be making a decision that day. There was never any pressure to move forward before I was ready. Matt was helpful in explaining the different features and packages. The dealer happened to have exactly what I wanted on the lot, I was having a good experience there, so I decided to make the purchase that same day. I would definitely shop at Napleton again.

The sale was great the people are great, but Ive had my car 6 months and I am paying to have the transmission, clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and throw out bearing replaced. I also had to pay to replace shifter cables and gearbox. The clutch apparently exploded at some point in time and a metal patch was welded onto the transmission to fix a hole and ruined bolts reused when the clutch was replaced. The weld patch cause fine metal shavings to get into the transmission, because it was a hole that was patched, instead of replacing the transmission as it should have been. The metal shavings ruined the gears. Displeased that I got a car that I was hoping would give me peace of mind and ended up having to spend money I could have spent on a new car.
I was in search of a specific car and Napleton Lincoln had it. I reached out to the salesperson via the Napleton website and was in contact with the Sales Manager. The interactions were all positive with the sales staff and even the General Manager. Never once did I feel pressured to buy the car and they were very fair with my trade in value and purchase. The Finance Manager was very professional open and honest with every step of the finance process. Overall I am happy with my used car purchase at Napleton Lincoln in Glenview.
The purchase of our Lincoln was made easy with the help of our salesman Matt Hasselquist who showed us the vehicle we were interested in and then put together a deal to purchase the car. He was very thorough with his tutorial of everything the car has to offer which was very helpful for me and was accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. We were also very pleased with Brian Larsen who handled the financial purchase of the car. They both were a pleasure to deal with.
Got the car I wanted at a price I could live with. What more could you want? Plus friendly helpful staff. The whole purchase transaction took about 30 minutes. Much quicker than other places... I did all the inquiry, negotiating, and credit app on line. Drove 3 hrs to do the deal...thats how fair it seemed to me.

The Aviator has so many problems!!! The service doesn’t know how to fix it! Took my car in so many times it’s ridiculous! And on top of that the service department is untrustworthy so be careful taking you car into them!
Terrible experience with the service department. Once Bob realized my under warranty Lincon is purchased from another Lincoln dealership he became booked out for the next 3 weeks.
We worked with Gerry Z. this weekend! He was great not pushy at all and just overall friendly. Brian in finance was super nice. Took awhile to get to finance but that’s because Brian is the only one there. Would go there again for another car.One negative was we were sitting waiting and one of the other salesmen was incredibly rude to a gentleman that came in to pick up a car he seemed to be a transporter of cars and the car salesman was so rude to him and said I’m going to help my customer I don’t know what you want. This man has long white hair in a ponytail. If I was the customer working with him I would have left or asked to work with someone else. I wouldn’t want to work with someone who is so unwilling to help someone that is not going to make him a possible buck. Very sad to see how rude he was to another human just trying to also do their job.
I was on time for the appointment. just inspection of my car voice commend and steering adjust position took five hours. after inspection said we havent spare part in warehouse and we have to order and it will take more than three hours, it is unbelievable and so terrible. so they charge me $330 just for inspection. I spent five hours plus $330 for inspection

Service experience was pleasant though slow. 9:30 appointment for oil change, battery replacement and I paid and left at 12:15. Location spotless and staff professional and friendly. 3 hours? Too long.

Decent service (at least initially). Purchased a car there and the process was seamless. Was promised black paint, told (not promised) that there was another key. Tried reaching Tim in sales but he was very dodgy and I basically had to chase him down on the phone for 5 weeks, finally get told the paint hasnt come in yet (almost 5 weeks later with many call backs etc). Then the mailed key for the car is some shattered key fob that doesnt even work. Wife is unhappy, and now we have to figure out the new key situation. Napleton Glenview associates should learn how to treat people after the car is purchased when they spend tens of thousands of dollars on an asset. Time is money, and clowning around wasting it is not just inconsiderate, but disrespectful. Consider being up-front with people. Its just a key and some paint, I could have just fixed the situation myself and would have still been happy with the service had they treated me like an adult who is spending a considerable amount on an asset. Will not be purchasing my next car there, and am pulling back recommendations I made to friends and professional network in the past 5 weeks.
The maintenance staff is very friendly and welcoming! The manager of the maintenance department and the manager of the parts department were wonderful! The mechanic Nick T who worked on my vehicle did an excellent job!

My initial call to Napleton Lincoln Glenview was to enquire and gain further details of a new 2020 Aviator (found via cargurus) meeting our needs. I will never step foot into any Napleton dealer again or spend a dime in one of their stores. I was screwed there by a salesman named Tim Bernard who while we were writing up a deal to purchase with another salesman pulled a quick one and sold the car we were purchasing to another customer. Total loser! Hes the type of salesman and Napleton is the type of dealer that gives a dealership a bad name. Run dont walk to a reputable dealership.

How disappointing.Tim Bernard at Napleton made us an offer to wait several months(!) for the Nautilus to be built to our specs. It was a good offer. We couldnt refuse.And now he just delivered - right to our door. And it is a fine car. Tim gave us a rewarding experience of luxury, service, and of course price, that weve never encountered before. The sales manager was very professional, I received a good deal for my 2016 certified Lincoln. Dealership was really clean and nice. It was a far drive for me but the inventory here was better than any other Lincoln dealer in a 50mi radius.

The service at Napleton Lincoln in Glenview is great! I was offered the choice of either having my car picked up at my home and given a loaner while my car was being serviced or dropping my car off and given a ride to wherever I needed to go. The service team is friendly and they were happy to review all of the functions on my Lincoln,since I needed refreshing on how everything worked. Ive had cars that were supposed to be luxury vehicles before, but my new Continental puts them all to shame. This is the type of comfort Ive always wanted!

I take my Lincoln MKC for service here. The service advisor takes the time to listen to what I want done on the vehicle instead of the other way around. They always service the vehicle correctly the first time. Napleton Lincoln offers a family atmosphere and never pressure you for anything. I just bought a car that I found online at Napleton Lincoln in Glenview. My experience was great and I am so happy about the car I chose. Sean, the internet sales rep, was amazing. He was very kind and answered any questions that I had. He ended up lowering the price and getting me an amazing deal on the car that I got. If it werent for him being so kind I probably would have went elsewhere. Tom, who sold me the car was also very nice and did not beat around the bush. He did not try to sway me in anyway to get more than what I was asking for. I told him my price limit and he stuck to it. The process took a little longer than expected but I am happy with the outcome. This was my first car buying experience and I am happy it went the way it did. I am more than pleased with Napleton Lincoln.

This dealership is by far one of the best dealerships I’ve been to. I was in market for a Ford Mustang and happened to see a listing of one of my likings at this location. Tim Bernard was at the door and welcomed us when we walked in. Tim just didn’t make sure we were welcomed, but also went above and beyond to work around the numbers that I could work with. Mind you I’m just a 22 year college student with stable income to afford one of these vehicles. Not everywhere you get treated the way I was welcomed here. None the less I drove the vehicle off the lot that day. Thanks Tim !
NO STARS.....BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not do business with this dealer, and in particular, salesman Tim Bernard. I was unfortunate to buy a used 2011 Toyota Camry from Tim. He swore everything concerning the car was in fine working condition and showed me the service department paperwork which indicated this. He also said there would be a dealers warranty which would cover the vehicle for 3 months, or 3,000 miles. Within 4 weeks of owning this vehicle, the battery and alternator went out. Total cost to repair was $670.00. I called Tim to report this and that I wanted it fixed under the warranty. As I soon found out, Tim not only misrepresented the condition of the car to me, he had also lied to me about the warranty. He said it did not cover the battery and alternator, and he would not cover it. At this point Im sure there will also be future problems with this car. The best I can do at this point is to warn the public about this unscrupulous salesman and the fly- by- night dealership he works for.

Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend. We worked with Tom and Nick. The team is personable and I didn’t feel as if they were overly pushy. They knew we were on the lookout for a larger (used) vehicle for our growing family and when one came in as a trade-in, they gave us a call. Our new van is everything we wanted, plus more.
