The person said he couldn’t oil change my car because I had a lot of stuff in the back. I went to another store and they changed it. The person was unprofessional and rude.

I asked to change engine oil at Parks Auto on last December and it was replaced with STP 10w30 motor oil (cheap one) and cost $120. After that, there are lots of problems including force decrease, frequently engine blurring, sometime engine stop, and so on while starting and driving.For the first time, I thought this problem was from my car, BMW 528i xDrive, 2013year but I knew it was due to non proper engine oil. It was disappeared after changing other oil in another shop. (it cost $70)Dont waste time and money at this shop.
