As usual the Service Department at Field’s Lexus was great. I needed a tire replaced. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I relaxed in the lounge while the service was done. Terrific experience!
Came here almost three months ago for a brake fluid flush, as regular maintenance. After, maybe a little bit over an hour, they released my car. I drove it back home. Since my wife mainly uses this car, I didnt have time to check it. But recently, on our trip to a church, upon driving it I immediately felt that a brake pedal was too soft and almost needed to be pressed all the way down to stop the vehicle. I immediately addressed this significant safety concern to the service department and brought it to the dealership to check it out. I have been told that last time the brake fluid flush was done, but now the fluid seems to be brown again. And it is recommended to do it again, and make sure there is no air trapped in. I am glad I brought it to the service department attention and hoping that this time everything will be fine. I definitely will be paying more attention to how properly brakes are functioning this time.I would want to avoid going twice to fix the issue, and basically to perform the same procedure.Jeff from the service department was great to keep me informed of what happened and what they are planning to do.I recommend this dealership for servicing your car.
David went above and beyond in a time when there’s a car shortage. We found a car but we’re still waiting on the insurance payment for the old totaled car. David helped with the hold deposit and then expediting the purchase the following day. Also impressed with the financing department. Easy at home pre-approval process then only had to sign a few documents when going in to purchase the car. Thank you! This is why we’ve bought Lexus cars in the past 15 years.
Or salesperson, Mike was awesome. He let us inspect the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in. He let us take a test drive for as long as we felt we needed. After we returned we negotiated a final price, which we were very pleased with, considering the current conditions in the used car market now. The whole transaction was smooth and we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. Used car buying can be a long tedious process, but the staff at Field’s made the experience quick and easy!
My experience here was a pleasant one. The staff was really nice, and they honored my coupon I brought in. They also discovered my water pump has a leak and took care of it. Marvin came out to tell me that it will be a few hrs for the wait to replace the water pump, and offered my a loaner car to use which was great, because I did have a few errands to run. I will be taking my Lexus here for services in the future. So for my next service l will be coming back here.

I want to thank the staff at Fields Lexus for their friendly and professional service. I had to get my brakes changed out and do a tune-up, and their staff did everything possible to accommodate my timing, since I had to get to work (Indiana). They gave me a loaner for the time being, and had the car ready for pickup before the end of the day. Their candidness and professionalism is the reason why I return to service our car with Fields.

I have been a customer of Bredemann now Fields Lexus for over 20 years…having purchased five cars there. My last two interactions with Fields have been less then desirable.Last month I scheduled an appointment for normal 30,000 maintenance and a car detail. When I brought my car in I was told that there was a note on my appointment that I was dropping off. When I made the appointment I specifically said that I needed a loaner. I was told there were none available. Of course I cancelled the service because I needed a car that day for work.Today, Thursday September 16th I called the Service Dept. 5 (FIVE) times over the course of two hours this morning to try to schedule service again.No one answered the phone. The receptionist came in each time to say that “they” must be with other customers. Really???Needless to say my experience with the Fields Group has been less then satisfying.All the above being said, this is the first time in over 20 years that I have EVER complained of bad service at this dealership.Done!!!

Was not called promptly when car was ready. Also did not provide a report card on car inspection at check out. Had to go to service agent and request one. Important in light of being told that 2 tires failed inspection
Easy drop off. Finished up early. Courteous personnel. I had a question and the service manager, Bianca, took care of it in less than a minute. While I requested a loaner I decided to wait and since it was finished early I was glad I waited.

Melinda was professional and kind. I have had experiences with service personnel where kindness was not exhibited. I was I. And out in a few moments, had a loaner and was called back earlier than expected. Again, I wax in and out quickly.
I just had a 6 month protective coating applied to my car. I had been sideswiped earlier by a van and they got rid of all the markings which was great. However Im writing this to express my appreciation for the above and beyond care Rodrigo took when he brought me to my car. He had a rag and cleaned off minute spots he & I found. then got another cleanser to clean 2 spots on my seats. then he took out the mats which had been power washed and buckled them back which hadnt been done. and finally when I pointed out the white dots on the lexus emblem at the rear he found a different cleaner and got them off! 5 stars to him!!!!
I came in for an oil change and the technician noticed that one of my engine mounts was broken but that the part was on back order. The service consultant was beyond rude, offered zero information about when it would be in stock, or if I wanted to fix it at all and was completely hurried out the door. Considering I had extensive service done at this same dealership in 2020, I expected much more. Its shameful to think this is the type of service received at a Lexus dealer. Im treated better at the corner gas station mechanic. I will NOT be coming back. I immediately went to Highland Park Lexus. They promptly and politely took care of me. And to my surprise had the parts needed in stock to fix my car and get it back to me within 3 days.
For a company that prides themselves on providing a luxury experience, my last visit was far from what I’d expect. The employees I interacted with were apathetic and unwilling to go out of their way even a little to address their mistake. When I bought my Lexus, my contract included two complementary service visits. When I went in for my first complementary service, they told me it had expired even though the fine print in my paperwork indicates nothing of the sort. When pressed and shown the proof I had, each employee I spoke to immediately dismissed my concern and said it was out of their hands. This is not the experience I’d expect from a “luxury” dealership.

Ive only been to the Fields Lexus once for a 50k mile service on my RX350. While I cant speak to how well they did the service, the car did seem to drive smoother since my visit.What I did really like about this dealership is that, unlike Fields BMW (which is where I got my previous car serviced), Fields Lexus didnt try to sell me on repairs/services I didnt need. Not having to deal with that b.s. makes it worth going to Fields Lexus.That said, the waiting room isnt as nice as Fields BMWs, probably because this is an older building and hasnt been remodeled in ages. Id recommend them doing something to make that area more modern: make hot water + tea bags available, update the snack selection, replace the brown furniture with something less antique-feeling. And definitely replace the rotting banana with a bunch of fresh ones.
This is a great place to get service. Rocky the manager is so kind and works to please the customers . Kevin in service was the best . If you need service hands down this is the place to go for service and new cars ! We have bought several cars from here .
Marvin Dumanlang at the service area was very helpful. I had to get a brake checked as I was planning on a long trip. He got me in immediately and had a mechanic ride with me so I can show him what the issue seems to be. Good thing he did as it was something I did not expect. For the first time, something just less than a five. An unidentified piece of the car was in the front seat. I dont know where it was from. Plus, someone may been drinking coffee because there were spill marks. Not a lot. Nothing serious, but I had to dab them up. I never touch the stuff.

Very efficient and kept me posted. The only glitch was giving me a loaner that was an SUV when I specifically requested a sedan. Short people dont like to step up or get lifted into their car.

These were tandem appointments for different vehicles. Malinda got me out quickly with a loaner vehicle. I just wanted to share my experience at Fields Lexus of Glenview. We are previous owners of two Range Rovers. For obvious reasons known to everyone who ever owned a Range Rover we needed a service very often. So we searched all Chicagoland for reliable service and ended up at Fields Land Rover ofGlencoe. Rocky Elli was general manager and Anthony Thommes was service manager. So all the time we had our cars we went only there and was extremely happy with their service. When the time came to renew the cars we didn’t think twice about what we are going to get. Since we wanted reliable and luxury cars we purchased Lexus. So that’s how we followed Anthony and Rocky to Fields Lexus of Glenview. We had our first service there few days ago and was not disappointed. Anthony is always patient, courteous and knowledgeable. He is the kind of person that is always making you feel very welcomed. So you are not only satisfied with excellent service, but you are always enjoying the company of him. Rocky is always have time, even if he is busy, to come out and greet the customers, always takes time to make sure that costumers are happy and satisfied with the job of a dealership. So we are not only found an exemplary service that is totally represents the best car ever, but Rocky and Anthony make you feel with their service like you came back home to your family. I am extremely satisfied with Fields Lexus! This is my second ES350 and I did not even take a ride, against MY OWN advice I gave in my book: How to Buy a Used Car; yes, not a naive dude, but a believer. Another pearl: at a tire place I was told I need to replace ALL pressure sensors at the cost about $800, so I went to Fields Lexus for another quotation and was told I do NOT need to do that, that the problem is a low air pressure in a spare tire. So, Fields IS my and my wifes car dealership for the rest of our lives! :-)
