I absolutely 💯% LOOOOVE this group!! Dr. Martinez is the best dentist in the world! Her group/staff are the most sweetest and helpful staff ever. I have no words on how happy and how wonderful my experience has been with this dental group. I totally recommend this dental group. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS OFFICE!! The staff are all amazing. I love my Dr. Maaaan....I love going to the dentist now(not really) but they are just amazing, caring and patient. The last time I was in the Dr gave me shots.....didnt scare me at all. She is a gentle giant(shes petite) The work I was getting with the gentleman was putting me to sleep actually. I totally recommend this office. Especially the Dr Karen, Yesenia and the male medical assistant..I forgot his name...wonderful young man. The receptionist is the first person you see and she is the one that makes it or breaks it and let me tell you...she made it!!! Sweet and super helpful. THANK YOU EVERYONE for making my experience the best Ive ever had at a dental office!!

My experience at new smile dental was great! Her front desk receptionist is so welcoming, and helpful. He staff is very friendly and thorough. I was seen at my appointment time and the process was so easy, and finished in a timely matter. Love this place, and will definitely be recommending Dr. Martínez! She is so inviting and has a great sense of humor. Looking forward to my next appointment, something I thought I would be saying, as I dread dental visits. Highly recommend!

Great experience today at New Smile Dental Group. The office is very cleaning, staff were extremely friendly and professional.Dr.Martínez was easy to work with and explained everything of my procedure. She was thorough and thoughtful.Dr.Martinez was also very patient with my 8 y/o, mind you he can be a handful. He asked a lot of questions and she answered them all.Again, I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to completed my dental procedure.

Very friendly and professional. They were caring and helpful to my very elderly, wheelchair-bound father. Dr. Martinez helped us get antibiotics for an emergency and then made an appointment in just a short time.

Amazing service they where very attentive and friendly

I was extremely unpleased with the service. Im a contract employee so I get paid when I work. I took off an hour to be seen by Dr. Kazazian, and not only did he not follow basic protocol like wearing a mask while working on me, he failed to change his gloves. He would hold clip boards and then reach into my mouth. He spent an hour on my X Rays and then refused to clean my teeth saying because he had lunch plans and the main reason why I went down there in the first place was for a teeth cleaning. He was also nonchalant and unsympathetic to the fact that I had taken off work for that appointment. He told me that I would need to make another appointment if I needed to get my teeth cleaned. Not to mention his receptionist is also his assistant. She would work the desk and then go to the back and assist in the dental room and she also didnt change her gloves. It was extremely unsanitary and unprofessional.

Dr. Kazazian is an old school dentist who cares about his patients first and doesnt try to sell you on something you dont need. A jewel here on Chevy Chase in Glendale.See you in 6 months Dr. K!!!

Very friendly staff including the doctor himself. Also the doctor spends as much time as much you need and he explains everything over and over to make sure that you understand the procedure so he will give you the best service possible. I recommend everyone to pay a visit to see and experience it yourself.

My experience with Dr. Kazazian has been nothing less than exceptional. I have been going to Dr. Kazazian for my dental needs for the past four years. And, each time, I am treated with respect and with the best care for me in mind.He does not push me to get work I do not need. When I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled out, he referred me out. And, the dental surgeon to which he referred me was exceptional as well. The same was true when I had to get a root canal.They are always thorough with my semi-annual cleaning of my teeth.

Let me first state that my teeth have never felt cleaner! The 30 minutes of residual discomfort, pale in comparison to knowing how much healthier, cleaner, and brighter my teeth are. Secondly Dr. Kazazian has been my dentist since I was a baby. Im 31 now and cant imagine anyone else working on my smile. He genuinely cares about the health of teeth and always asks about my music career. Haha. Love the environment, the staff, and my doc!

Excellent experience for removing all 4 wisdom teeth in less then 20 minutes . I was referred to New Smile Dentsl Group by a friend of mine who is a patient of this office for many years. I was a little bit nervous because l went to two different offices and they both declined to extract my son wisdom teeth because they were too close to the nerve. I took my friend’s advice and made an appointment with Dr. Apel Keuroghlian and I could not be any happier

They tried to take advantage of me by over charging for a filling. I had to file a complaint with my insurance to get a reimbursement from this dental group.
