I prefer going here vs B&L. The customer service is so much better. They will call and check other stores if they do not have the part you need. With so many Leslies store in the Valley, I am guaranteed to find the part I need at a fair price. Kudos to the staff and mgmt for hiring friendly and knowledgeable front lines employees!

Great for all pool and spa supllies. I had to return a spa vacuum and was able to do it without any problems or questions which makes it a lot less awkward when you need to visit again.

Yesterday I was at the Surprise location and there was only one guy working and he was so busy chatting with a customer that he never acknowledged me and after about 8 minutes I put my items back and left. Today, I visited the location at 63rd Avenue and Bell...they were awesome! I will definitely be back to that location! Great customer service and knowledgeable...thank you!

Picked up a capacitor for $36. Wife picked one up same day without me knowing. Went to return one I picked up and they have a no return policy on those electronic items which makes sense, but I was not made aware of it when purchased. Manager made his case respectfully on policy, but allowed me to return the brand new product anyhow. He handled it extemely well. As an owner new to pools I am learning how things work in this industry. I appreciate this manager allowing me to do this because he did not have to do so. I still would have been a Leslie customer regardless, but I left with a good impression of this location. Good business over a $36 product.

Great place for pool guys and pool owners! They have alot more product than the typical Leslies will. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional! The manager Dale is very knowledgeable.

We purchased a Barracuda G3 pool cleaner from NPS pool and spa supply yesterday. The box was factory sealed, however when we got home and opened the box found that it was missing various parts. We called them and they replied We have been getting lots of customer complaints about this, sorry we cannot help you, you have to call the company.We later followed up with their corporate office in Las Vegas and they contacted the Glendale store to make good on our purchase. A few hours later we went back to the Glendale store and they resolved our problem
