We have been using this company for as long as they’ve been open and haven’t had any complaints. Last week when we did have an issue it was fixed ASAP. Our tech didn’t show up after the storm so we contacted Cody. He had somebody out here ASAP to clean and shock the pool. My pool is crystal clear again and ready for some swimming. I would definitely recommend this company. Cody is on top of things.

Desert Diamond Pools is by far the best pool service company I have used in my 10 years of pool ownership.I was very pleased with the communication, the weekly report emailed to me about the service performed on my pool and the honesty and ethic of the people working there.A very trustworthy business that I totally recommend to anyone looking for pool service and repair. It is too bad that I am moving outside of their service area.

Two summers ago, we had a pool built in our backyard, and the company we hired to handle the construction, provided one month free service from another company that was an absolute joke. As new owners we were lost when my husband Alex found Desert Diamond and it was the BEST thing! Week after week, Kimberly keeps our pool looking beautiful and working smoothly and Cody is always very proactive, making sure we know what is going on and what we need to do to maintain our pool. Overall great service with affordable prices!

I cant thank Cody and Omar enough for their impeccable service and support with our pool. Omar services our pool weekly and if we have any issues whatsoever and I just get a call into Cody and he gets a technician out as soon as he can. We got mustard algae last year and ran around like crazy trying to clear it ourselves. I found Desert Diamond Pools and signed up for monthly service and havent had an issue since. After trying a few other pool services in our area that were unreliable and left our pool less than clean I found Dessert Diamond. My husband and I are beyond pleased with the work they do and I love that we get a email after each service with photos of our pool. They always know just what needs to be done and are willing to offer advice on parts that we may need.

Cody and his team are always on time and send weekly detailed reports with the pool chemical levels and any required chemicals that were added. Cody responds to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and always finds the means to solve a problem. They have kept my pool clean and looking beautiful for my family. Desert diamond pool does a great job servicing our pool and keeping the chemicals balanced. Always get a record immediately. We had hoped to use them to update our pool deck. Cody came out and looked but never got us an estimate even after I asked and reminded him.

I cannot say enough about Cody and the Desert Diamond staff. Cody is honest and very quick to respond to emails. His staff is very respectful and knowledgeable. Ive used Desert Diamond at two homes now and will for as long as I have a pool. They have done everything from normal pool/spa maintenance to replaced pumps and fixed leaks. Wonderful all around!

They dont show up half the times they are scheduled. They do the bare minimum and seem more like kids down the road who know some pool stuff than a professional service. Our pool is consistently low on chemical, and one time when something stopped working we were told that it was just a cosmetic issue. I would recommend using a more established company.

They are the best, hands down. I have owned my home for 7 years now and struggled with maintaining my pool. There was always something wrong. I finally caved and hired a pool company and am so glad I went with Desert Diamond Pools. Their customer service far exceeds my expectations. I receive email updates after every visit, and if my service day is changed, I always receive notification. They are all extremely knowledgeable and service not only my pool at home, but also my splash pad at work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We moved to Glendale in Jan 2018 and needed repairs on pool at the new house . They did a fantastic job and feel they are a fair price and honest. We still continue to use them for our maintanence needs as well. Overall I am satisfied with the service and would recommend to others. The communication could use some improvements. Its all done through emails or texting. And without being able to talk directly to someone on the phone, miscommunications do happen occasionally

I could not recommend anyone better to service a pool. Their whole team is amazing and helpful. I NEVER leave reviews, but for Desert Diamond Pools, Ive made an exception. I had to. Their work is impeccable. Seriously, I can not brag enough about the service we received. To start, Cody was very responsive from the start. He answered every text, and even took a late night emergency call when we needed it. He turned our pool into an ugly disaster into a beautiful Desert Paradise within a week. He brought out samples of the pebble tec and made sure I knew everything about it. Even came out for a follow up after it was done and changed our pool light. I cant wait until we are ready to use them again for deck. I have and will continue to recommend everyone with a pool to him.

I would have loved to leave a good review but I called at least 3x times over two days but no answer, texted per directions on the voicemail but no response. They must be so busy they cant answer the phone or return a text.

I use Desert Diamond Pool Service for my rental home in Glendale. Cody is extremely prompt in responding to questions. I have been really pleased with the service provided and it gives me peace of mind knowing that our pool is in good hands. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company.

Cody did a great job replacing our broken pool filter. He was very efficient, communicated well and had a fair price. I would not hesitate to use his company again and would recommend him to anyone needing residential pool repair.

We just had a completely new pump and filtration system installed by these guys and they truely are: No Nonsense, No Babysitting, No Hassle, No Surprises, Honest, Reliable, Diligent, Timely, Punctual, Knowledgeable and Affordable. They came and went while I was at work, responded to text messages on a Sunday, and just overall handled themselves like consammate professionals. THIS IS OLD SCHOOL SERVICE WITH A SMILE FOLKS!!!
