I visited Leslies Pool Supply i mean leslies pro on olive yesterday to buy some small parts for our pool cleaning device. We were fortunate to meet angel who is one of the most knowledgeable people weve encountered in any leslies retail stores. She explained the operation of the equipment & showed us a new mechanism. Comparing our six-year-old unit to new it was obvious we needed a new mechanism not small parts. If you have pool equipment problems & live near this store Id suggest you look for Angel who is not only bright & knowledgeable in pool equipment but a very nice young lady.

Angel is very knowledgeable and takes time explaining every detail on my reportAt first I felt she was just trying to sell sell sell me items I did not need . I pass other pool stores to come see her . She sure does know her stuff . She even got me on the pool perks and need I say thank you leslies for practically giving my cash back I was able to take advantage of the 17.99 clear aid and the 35.99 perfect weekly thanks to angel for hooking it up with the perks girl your the best

Angel is keeping the customers here with her knowledge of pools. The wait is long I do recommend getting at least 3 people in the store from may-September its ARIZONA we live in our pools.i like to come here to get my supplies for my pool rather than a pool store a mile away even if they advertise that they have cheaper prices than Leslies. She always offers to carry my items out wether its a bucket of tabs or a single bag of shock. This is my favorite leslies to come to as busy as she always is in the store she never rushses anything. Very patient, honest associate unlike those other leslies.

On Friday I went into this store looking for a pool pump for my above the ground pool, the guy Assistant Manager was rude, no communication skills and helpless. He didn’t offer to call other locations or search online for what I was looking for. Waisted my time so I went to another Leslie store on Bell rd. The gentleman there was so helpful, had great attitude and gave me all the info I needed.

Decent service, but chemicals and accessories are overpriced - easily 40% higher than other places.A convenient location for the occasional emergencies, but not a permanent or regular stop for our on going pool service/maintenance needs.

Great customer service the guy was very informative and gave us everything we needed! Not too pricey like we were thinking it would be! Went in with a cloudy pool and tried everything to clear it up with no results, until we came in and got all the steps and supplies needed. Now we have a sparkling clear pool!

I would like to commend this Leslies for their honesty and courtesy.My husband stopped in to take advantage of a sale on the specific chlorine tablets we use.The product was in stock and the staff was happy to help, so this errand did not take long at all.After the sale, he accidentally left his credit card behind.Roughly ten minutes after he left the store, the cashier from Leslies called to report this to us.I suppose this is routine courtesy, but I really appreciated the staff being so prompt about letting us know, so that the card could be rescued before it fell into the wrong hands or we forgot where we had last used it.This space is often used to tell what wasnt right about someplace.I wanted to share what WAS right about this Leslies.

My husband and I purchased a home near the 51st Ave and Olive location. We knew nothing about taking care of a pool, but Angel has been an amazing mentor! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and always has a smile on her face. Thank you for all you do Angel. Im not sure what Eric and I would do without all your guidance and help!

Let me begin by saying they referred me to Blue View Pools which was a disaster what more can I say about a company that would try to pray on elderly old women. Furthermore They are selling barracuda diaphragms for $50 the same part on Amazon is about $17 shipped how do local businesses expect to stand business when they arent even willing to compete on price match the guy said upper management is getting very strict about price matching they must also be getting very strict about going out of business

Went to Leslie’s on a Sunday looked online before I went to see if they had the part I need which was just a drain plug when I got there they didn’t have it so they called another location this went one for awhile after 4th store a very nice guy named Brandon helped me out they didn’t have the part I stock either so he suggested a floor part which I was fine with that it was a 9 Dollar piece of equipment and I ended up getting charged $32 For it I went into days later to let them know that they had missed church me on that part Ron was the guy spoke to you was very nice very patient call the manager after speaking with her and explaining the mix and she took care of me I refunded all my money back and even threw in a bag of shock I will definitely useThis business again the only reason they go to for another five is because they probably need to get a little bit more organized on their inventory good luck

Poor guy was filling in. No chlorine mini tabs for spas. Only bromine which is allergenic. Had to buy a new float for the 3 chlorine tabs they had in stock.

Been coming here for years for my pool needs. Very knowledgeable staff. Store is very well stocked and always has what I need in stock.

We have been going here for 4 1/2 years and our pools have always been sparkling. We were new pool owners and they were very patient to teach my husband all he needs to know- even offering advice on how to save money and use less chlorine!

Leslies is a good pool supply store with decent quality and prices. If you dont want to take care of your own pool or sick of the expense... Call Protege Pool Services. They are #1 in Az and low prices, no contracts, honest people.

Scott is the best! If it wasnt for him we would never shop at Leslies. The prices are way higher than NPS used to be but Scott always shows us ways to save money and still get what we need. Coupons and signing up for rewards etc ..thanks Scott!

Young kid helped, he was nice. The store is a mess, many of the items I was interested I had to get a price check on because they were 1. not in the right section OR 2. had an old price tag.

Void Leslie pools like the plague go to mom and pop stars will treat you a lot better and they wont take advantage of the like Leslie pools does very dishonest company

New owner took the time to sit and talk with me and answer every question I had. Made me feel more at ease spending my hard-earned money.
