Ive been going to this nail salon for a good 15 years and every time I go Im at a loss of words just wow amazing customer service, and even better job. Ive done acrylic nail, manicure, pedicure and waxing. No matter what I did it was the best professional job ever. I moved about 45 minutes away about 2 years ago and tried to find a nail salon in my area but nope nobody can compare to this place. Totally okay with traveling 45 min just to do what I need at this salon!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘

Love this place for when I get my nails done. She’s always done a good job! Three separate occasions where she’s done my nails, some are a couple weeks after she did them but I wanted to show the designs

I love this place and the kids pedicure chairs. Ive brought many friends to join my daughter and I here. I removed one star only because their attention to detail when it comes to my daughters nails (shes a pro at getting her nails done shes 7 and has 4 years under her belt) isnt as good as it used to be lately. Worth improving on a little. 😉

Worse experience of my life!!! I went in to get myself & my daughters (their first) a pedicure, we were the only 3 clients in the salon & they were rushed I didn’t feel like we got the full service that I paid for! We also got rushed out so all 3 of our polish got messed up! The lady doing my toes was on her phone the whole time. I also got charged extra to take the polish off my toes! I will never go back there again!!

I miss the old owners. I went here a few months ago with my daughter and we wanted acrylic for her. We asked if they would not file the top of the nail down too much and they said they wouldnt. They ended up giving her a gel polish instead. Miscommunication maybe? Regardless, he only did one hand before we cought the mistake. I asked if we could do acrylic and the lady (owner ?) said they could do that next time and if we insisted on having it done at that time we would be charged full price for gel and acrylic. I was completely shocked that she refused more money/business and than wouldnt take ownership on their mistake. Well, Im not shocked at them not taking ownership. The previous owners were very good at customer service and making things right. I wish I had a better experience for my first time there under new ownership. This experience was disappointing. I hope that the new owners read this review because good customer service goes a long way. I hope they can work on this because it is a nice treat to get manicures and pedicures every so often and there is a lot of competition near.

Not happy with the service. My finger nail gel polish turned out bumpy and my toe nail polish was changed in the middle of the second coat because they run out of that shade. I can feel how my finger nails where not filed properly, left them with snags everywhere And my toenails were left crooked, some way longer than others. Don’t go here

I’m sad to leave this review. I went for a second time to ever get a gel manicure in my life. The first time was great but the second time was horrible. I went in and didn’t know the whole manicure procedure and while getting them done the guy was pretty much complaining about how I picked two Colors with glitter in them and then when I asked him to put white under a glitter one because it would have been just my nail color underneath and I didn’t realize that, he said you said two colors not three. After the manicure was finished, my fingers were bleeding around my nail bed and I asked my friend why and she said he didn’t soak your fingers in water before he pulled the cuticle and skin?! and I said no! I didn’t know he was suppose to. I told the lady as they were closing and she said I’ll let Him know about that. The next day I called and tried to talk the main lady there and she kept talking over me and said I can then come in and if there’s cuticle she’ll help me. I was intimidated to go in and a week later the skin around my finger nail bed are peeling and hard because of the harsh way he pulled the skin. I called to tell her again and she said maybe I need to go to a dr and get a cream and said no! My fingers were never like this until he pulled the skin off like he did! Christine is the best person to go to here. Also my friend got the dip and her nails are so thick that her fingers are getting caught in her hair! Hopefully this review will help them to do things right. Good luck to you if you go to this place! They Need classes on nails and business and customer service! 🤦🏼‍♀️ smh

Horrible place. Dirty, dusty, filthy floors. I asked for a coconut pedicure, but nail tech didnt understand English so I was given a regular pedicure. Paid $15 extra for a bumpy messy gel job. I got about a one minute massage. Manicure was horrible. I was left with uneven nails all different shapes. I was afraid to even get polish so just asked for clear top coat. No hand massage. They rush too much & dont put quality time in providing a service to you. Go to Fresh Nails on 51st Avenue & Olive. Very friendly and super clean place.

I just walked in to get information on eyelash extensions and full set of nails with pedicure. I was asked how I could be helped? I said I wanted some info on eyelashes as I never had them before. I got a shoulder shrug and was told with a face like I cant afford the price of 60 dollars. I said ok and what do they look like ? She said with her facing away, small, medium, large. I said ok and was completely ignored as I waited. The lady next to me shook her head. Like, Wow, as well. Very unprofessional and you lost a customer . You didnt even bother to explain or ask if I wanted anything else. I will deliberately spread the word of your rudeness.

She did a really good job, she didnt need to file a lot because she applied the acrylic properly she made sure I liked the shape and color, you can tell she has many years of experience, the shop is clean they also provide waxing and eyelash extensions, there is plenty of parking Ill definitely return.

This shop used to be my go to for eyelashes and nails. But the lady owner sold the shop and moved back to California. That is why this shop is going down hill, because it used to be much better! the people in there now talk trash about the customers and laugh at them in Chinese. I witnessed a lady telling the nail tech over and over that something wasn’t right and she was just giggling and playing around. If you want to be disappointed, talked about, laughed at and waste money.. this is the place.

First time I went the results were decent. My last visit they rushed through my fill. It looked horrible, and within 1 week two of the nails fell off. Never again.

Such great people! Love the environment. They take their time and making sure you like the finished results. I loved how my gel came out. It wasnt thick and unnatural looking.

First time going. I signed in before a family came in and one of the ladys Told me to wait after someone became available because the family made an Appointment. understandable but the mother said its not til 2pm and I could have gone. It was 120. She finally took me and when she did my nails made me bleed when she removed my cuticles and smacked my arm during massage portion so that I would notice a client who fell asleep while waiting. Never again

I have had good experiences in past but this time I had a lady who was not very good because she seemed new. Problem was when I would ask to cut nails more she seemed to get upset. She was a middle aged lady.

Ridiculous! The lady filed my nails on my left hand all the way down. The nails on that hand are not even l the same length. And when I told her she tried to file down my right hand. Never going there again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Always nice, even if they may be talking about you. They always massage great with a pedicure!

Got my pedicure at $25. Its run by the Chinese people who are very polite and happy to serve.

The lady didnt soak my nails in water they are disorganized I havent gone back

They said 15min for a gel Polish change. I waited an hour. Wait time I understand as long as quality is given. This was not the case. My polished looks awful. Spotty in places and not covered on the sides of my nails not to mention I have the base and clear coat all over my finger tips and cuticles. I over paid for a crappy nail job I could have and should have done at home. $25 for Polish change and removal but $20 for a full set. Give me a break. You will regret your decision if you go here.

This was the worst place. They do not paint the nails good. I was left with big clumps of clear polish on my hand french manicure and my toes had to be done twice and still was horribly done. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this place to anyone

I wish I could give zero stars I told the lady what I wanted and got super uneven nails. Not only that but they hurt soo bad and when she asked if I liked them I said no and she didnt care. I dont understand how they can let a customer walk away unhappy.

I just left. I usually come hete for my pedi. This same man does my feet everytime. I dont know what happened in his life but he was horrible today. I specifically asked this man if he did callous remover and he lied to my face and said yes then proceeded at the end when i felt my foot i told him you didnt do it my foot is still rough. He going to tell me next do callus remover next time. Like who the hell are you to tell me next time. I didnt tip nor will i go the hell back. Wasted my damn time

Worst nail salon ever!!!, wouldn’t even rate this horrible place a star they completely rush their work and harm you while doing so and are completely rude to you for no reason . Take my word for it and choose another salon.

Staff doesnt care how your nails look, as long as they get paid. On top of that they are rude to reoccurring customers. D (their only good employee) quit, theres no point in going anymore honestly.

They are the best in this area of Glendale, they often take very long to get the job done, though, so plan on 2 hours if youre doing a Gel mani and pedi. They do overcharge a bit $30 for a full set fill, but they take their time doing it and its done well..!As I said, one of the better places in Glendale, for the prices, and service ..!

I came in after getting a really bad set and was made bleed 3 times and they gave me nails that were like a half inch thick with bubbles and streaks but sunflower nails fixed them and I found a new nail place🥰
