I had my nails done on Saturday pink gel. Saturday night I have noticed there is a discoloration on my nails. I called Sunday afternoon which they were closed I left him a message for them to call me. I waited No one called me I end up calling them at 10:15 to make arrangements to go in to redo my nails the change of color. Made the appointment went in Monday at 12 noon. Lena comes and looks at my nails and said oh it’s because of your makeup in order for us to fix this we have to re due the color it will be $20 just a simple nail gel polish change. And she kept on insisting it’s because of my make up. I have been doing GEL for the past couple of years never ever anything like this has happened. And I told her when I do my make up I don’t use my hands it’s all about the brushes that we use nowadays. Really bad customer service they just lost a customer. Nail was Saturday morning Saturday night.

Made a 2:30 appointment for 3 people. We showed up at 2:20 and all the ladies were busy. They took 2 of us at 3:00, and the 3rd person ended up only getting part of what they wanted since they didnt start hers until 3:30! Why take appointments if you arent going to honor them?? Wont be going back.

Ladies there are so nice. Even with Covid restrictions, Nancy always finds a way to accommodate an appointment for me.

We love this place. Nancy definitely runs a great business. It might take awhile to get in, but it is worth the wait. The service is excellent. there have been a few times where I have gone across the street when she wasnt able to take me in and I definitely regretted it. Stick with Nancys nails and you wont regret it.

I wouldnt recommend going here if you want a GOOD gel manicure. Needed a gel manicure desperately so went here based on the 4.5 star rating. I told the girl just to shape my nails... She filed them down 😡. I dont know what they do to their gel polish but my nails DO NOT feel stronger, but soft and like their wet! 😡😡. No hand and arm massage! What gives! She just put lotion on my hands and that was it! 😡😡😡 Then when i looked at my now short nails, there were a bunch of rough edges left and I had to file and smooth one our it was so lopsided! 😡😡😡😡. Do my nails look better? Yes, she did a good job on the cuticles. And it had been three weeks since my last, and the old polish was falling off so almost anything would look better than how they looked before. Never going back and thought Id warn anyone who is excited to get a gel manicure cheaper than most places. You get what you pay for! 😡😡😡😡😡

Agree, this used to be our go-to spot too, now we have to look for another. Very disappointed, especially with their customer service. I had to ask for hand lotion.
