I dont go anywhere else. Kim pays great attention to detail, is clean and very thorough. She is appointment only so plan ahead and book your next appointment with her. She wont disappoint!

It was the worst experience all around Ive ever had. First my wife booked the appointment for both of us to find out theres only one person there. So I took the service big mistake . We should have left. Pedi was horrible and painful. Left my feet very sore. Nasty attitude dropped one of the tools on the floor and reused it after spraying it without proper sterilizing. Dirty as well HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!

My mother and I visited this nail salon yesterday and absolutely loved it. Kelly and Little Kim were so sweet and patient as my mother was indecisive on what she wanted. I got a gel color change and pedi and Kelly did designed my nails better than I expected! Its a clean and comfortable establishment. Walk-ins are welcome but I would highly recommend an appointment during the week as this shop is getting quite popular and rightfully so!

I had the most amazing experience with Kim! I decided to get semi-permanent makeup done for my brows. They turned out absolutely amazing and I’m so happy with the final result! Kim did an outstanding job and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and she paid attention to every little detail which made me even more confident throughout the tattooing process. First time getting pedicure and it was amazing. Very relaxing clean atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and prices very reasonable. Kim was one of nicest most patient people as it was first time pedicure and felt kinda out of place. Cant say enough about service.

DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The lady here is INSANELY RUDE and Im not someone who complains because I have social anxiety so Im afraid to stand up for myself. Ive had bad manicures that are bulky but NEVER as bad as this. I requested specific nails and she saw them and asked me how short. I asked the lady to cut them short for me and she did without suggesting it be longer because it would look different at the end. I didnt like the way she shaped them, she didnt even seem to care about what she was doing, and I voiced that but she said “the nail in the picture is pointy, so I do pointy”. I trusted her because she told me they would look better after she did everything. But they ended up looking AWFUL. She didnt even look like she was trying, it was more so just flimsily painting my nails. My mom helped me walk in to fix them and she said “what do you want me to fix?!” with such a rude attitude towards my mom especially, which did NOT sit well with me. She said “she said she wanted it short and she wanted that shape and she wanted that design so I do it. With the length she wanted, it wasnt going to look good”. So why would she tell me they would in the first place? It wasnt because I didnt like how they looked on me, it was because they were so poorly done. I tried kindly apologizing for any misunderstanding and for the trouble but all she went on about was how she can pull up security footage to show that I was the one who wanted them that way, which was not what I was upset about at all. All she kept saying was “not my fault, not my fault” and REFUSED to fix them or redo them. She was SO unprofessional and has no social skills at all. Even started to argue with the lady getting her nails done by her because she tried to kindly side with me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER COME HERE!!

I really enjoyed coming here, the owner opened today just to make sure I could get my nails done. She was very thorough and my nails looked amazing. I broke one and she stayed so I could come back and get it fixed, she was also super friendly and I really recommend this place.

I think you should try this place for yourself and decide, I am very picky about where I go and I came here based on the reviews and its next to my house. The girls here are nice and do a great job. I did gel and then powder dip and my nails have lasted more than a month, they have not broken and Im very rough on my nails and my nails are paper thin. The prices are more than fair, better than other places around. Give them a call and try them for yourself. :)

Today is Easter Sunday and Kim opened up her salon at 9am just to fill my daughters nails. When we got home the tip broke off one of the nails. I called Kim and she fixed it glady free of charge.Kim has been taking care of myself and my daughters nails for over a year now. She is the only person I’ll let touch my eyebrows. Everything I’ve had done in her salon has been high quality work with fair prices.

Kelly was so great and very patient with me. She did a very good job on my eyebrows:) she always makes sure I’m comfortable and she makes sure I am not in pain while she workes on my eyebrows. She always explaines in detail how to take care of my eyebrows. She is very much a perfectionist. I always get compliments on my eyebrows and I highly recommend her and trust her to do your eyebrows. Thank you Kelly, I love my eyebrows and I feel beautiful every day:)

Went here a week ago to get a pedicure . It went great I enjoyed the experience, however now my feet are dryer than before I went in! I got the callus remover basic pedicure. Now my feet are so dry I can just scratch them and skin falls off.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, always been satisfied and happy! I’ve tried tons of nail salons and never found anything like this one! It’s about a 30 minute drive from my house but it’s well worth the drive.

WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!! I received Double dip gel nails, within 1 week onw fell off. I came back to have it replaced and they couldnt match the color. They said I would need to get new nails with new color and I would have to pay. I told the manager that wasnt right, nor was it my fault that they couldnt match the color, which makes no sense because I was just there to get them done a few days earlier. I would not pay another 40 dollars-so she took my nails off- then gave me a refund by literally throwing the money at my face! I didnt even ask for a refund- i just wanted to fix my nail?? Lesson learned, will not go back- glad I got my,money back but lost my $10 tip.

This place is my favorite, Ive been going here since before they moved to this location and they always do my nails the best. Some of the people that reviewed 1 star dont understand that people make appointments to get their nails done for a reason, if you have an over complicated design you want, they cant always do it for you, as its not fair to the customers before you that scheduled ahead of time. I will always choose this place as my #1 nail spot

Today i went here because i saw the reviews, and wow!! They had such great service and i would recommend a gel manicure, which would last around 3 weeks! All in all, this place was spectacular, and i would truly recommend it!

I love this salon. I have been coming to the salon since it was 35th ave and greenway. The ladies do beautiful work. Listen to my request. They are patient with me and my son that is special needs and gets pedicures. I just started getting my fingers done and they last for a month without any problems.

I had powder eyebrows done by Kelly, and I am very satisfied! With it being a semi permanent process that lasts about 2 yrs, I was a bit nervous. Kelly took her time and did not begin the actual shading until my eyebrows were PERFECT! The pain was minimal, and she let me know what she was doing throughout the entire process. Kelly was friendly and professional! I love my eyebrows, and Im so happy I chose Kelly to do them!

My daughter went to this salon and she wanted a specific design and the lady that was doing her nails did the job really badly. We told her that she didnt like the nails and if she could fix it. She gave us a really bad attitude and said she couldnt fix it, she wanted that design and I did it for her if she dont like then oh well theres nothing I can do. I dont like that place and i do not recommend it.

Was really hard to find a place that knows what they are doing. I tried so many if them and as a nail tech myself I was horrified to go anywhere anymore. Decided to try again for an event and I keep going back. Great prices, friendly, clean and fast.

My daughter and I went in today for the first time, kelly and Kim were wonderful. The service was terrific and the place was very clean. They are friendly and very helpful. You can see their work on instagram. This is our new nail place!!!

Me and my sis went to that place to get our nails done. And the lady that my mi siss nails was so rude and was giving her some additue. My she wanted a specific design and he did them really badly. They looked like dinosaur nails (no offense sis) we asked if she could fix them and she said what is there to fix, nothing wrong with it you told me to do it like that. Worst place ever I dont recommend it.

DONT LET THE REVIEWS FOOL YOU. i did and this is the worse nail place Ive ever been to! I showed a pic on what i wanted and what was done was NOTHING like the picture. She redid my nails 2 times and still wasnt any better. The 2nd trial she grabbed my hand to remove the nail polish cutting my finger in the process since she was scrubbing so hard even told me she would not do over the diamonds i had requested. That day i went home 2 of my nails broke off and 2 the following day i was so upset I broke down crying that i paid for something so horrible. I believe it was the owner who did my nails super rude. Even told a customer she could not do the designs on her nails that she was requesting stating she did not have the time to do the designes and she has more customers coming in after her. I will nevwr go back here and made it a point to let everyone I know NOT to trust them with their needs.

They did great designs but when I showed them my damaged nail they only made it worse they put acrilic on top on my real nail and now its grown into my real nail will not be coming back
