I went here because a friend of mine said it was a great place and her nails came out great but mine did not. Both pointer finger are way shorter than all my other nails and one of my thumbs is shorter than the other. Some nails are shaped differently but they only want to fix the big issue nails. I didnt have time to fix it the day of because I had work. I came back two days later because I work 12 hour shifts but they said I should have taken a picture the day it happen. Dont get dipped here and if they mess up your nails apparently take a picture. Will not come back here.

Havent been to a nail salon since pandemic, felt safe and very clean. Selina was great.

I had an appointment for the nail ombré and arrived couple minutes early.1.Just when I was so frustrated waiting for 45 minutes and was about to leave, they called me to start the work!2. Acrylic was so thick though I asked specifically for it to be thin and look natural.3. The technician did not know I asked for an ombré and was leaving when she was done putting the pink gel and they had to remove it (although wasn’t necessary) and had someone else to redo the work! The result was nothing like an ombré and when I complained the receptionist told me the works I see online are all edits!!!4. At last I had to pay $80 for a simple job that took almost 3 hrs for them!! They gave me 10% off for the wait when I said they should give me a discount for my time! Which totally was not enough or even considerable!!-Unexpected wait time-Receptionist and nail technician not being connected-Expensive-unprofessional-cuticles untouched

I recently moved to Glendale so Ive been looking for a nail salon. Found this one on yelp and tried it out yesterday because all the reviews sounded great.Staff was friendly and the salon is decorated very nicely. Lots of polish colors to choose from. But unfortunately I was disappointed with mine. I had gel done and the results were lumpy looking and a little messy on the edges. Im sad because I spent $35 (with tip) and expected to get professional looking nails. I could have done this myself at home. I included some photos.

Really wanted to like this place as Ive read do many great reviews. The staff was friendly and the owner Daniel was very nice ! However the work of my nails was not what I expect, even though the lady was very nice. I expect much better work on my ombre nails /:

I showed the lady doing my manicure a picture of what I wanted and the outcome is nothing like the picture. The French tip she gave me is very sloppy and blotchy and my nails are all different lengths and not filed evenly. My toes and fingernails are supposed to be the same color and they’re noticeably different. If I would of had time that day I would of had her fix them.

Saturday was my 1st visit. I really enjoyed the cozy feel. The place was small, but the staff was oh so nice. The salon was extremely clean. I had a fill done by a girl named Mary. She was very detailed and took her time. I really loved how she brought my nails back to life. Thank you Mary....Wait down side of this place you pay for paking and if you not out in an hour you might get a ticket.

Such a great experience! I didn’t have to wait, the receptionist and technicians were so friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and great price. I fell in love, this will be my new nail spot.

It was my first time at Nail Garden, as well as getting gel x for the first time. They do charge a bit pricey for a design, but overall it was great. Sue did an amazing job and took her time on me. She was very kind and friendly. I am coming back to this place. Thank you.

Every tech here is awesome. Mai, Tina, and Eric have all done my pedis and gel manicure. The gels last for about a month and look so gorgeous. Theyre all kind and accommodating and at a good price range in a nice place. Patience is a wonderful receptionist as well, always working hard for the techs and customers. Really appreciate the atmosphere here!

Super nice staff. I went to this location late in the day as I was rushing back from work and had a flight the next morning. They gave me the appointment past their closing hours and the staff was really nice and didn’t rush the process! Love the place !

Lovely salon. Its relatively quiet inside, and the layout shields you visually from everything going on outside. That combined with comfortable seats and tasteful decor create a peaceful environment. Ive only had one service done there (a relaxing pedicure) and look forward to going back for more pampering.Pro tip: Bring cash. You can tip your technician on your card, but theres a $1 charge. The ATM inside only dispenses $20 at a time in $10 bills, so bring cash in advance for flexibility.

The prices are a bit expensive but its totally worth it because they do a great job %90 of the time. I gladly would recommend them and also recommend asking for lin because she does the best job. Great place to get your nails done if your looking for them to last a while.

Best nail spa in Glendale thus far. The nail techs here are super friendly/welcoming. Every time I go here I go to Ling specifically, she’s super great with attention to detail rather it’s your lips or your nails.

Was good but the nail were still there and I didn’t request for a new set and I was charged extra ten for taking my all nails off.

The massage chairs were very comfortable! The nail Gardena was very clean & organized!The nail technicians were very friendly and did amazing job with designs! Definitely coming back!

Pedicure was good but my gel manicure wasnt a fun experience-- the tech was super rough, its not the color I picked at all (didnt notice until the second coat), and some of my nails have open gaps on the edges where they werent painted. My last experience here was good so this was disappointing, especially for $65.

My pedicure was lovely. My poor feet were in desperate need of the attention. 5-stars!!My manicure hurt but I could deal for the promise of beautiful nails. Problem is both mine and my friends clear polish started peeling within hours. Our nails are part shine, part dull, and part white wrinkled mess peeling up from the sides. Not only a waste of my money, a big waste of my time. Disappointed.

So Im from out of town and I checked Nail Garden out on Google. I went based on the reviews and their prices, which were very comparable to back home. I was treated very well while I was there. They are very nice people. But.. they dont explain the extra stuff.. like charging me $15 for sprinkling glitter on my nails.. I get shellac on my nails so the polish lasts longer, but either the stuff they use sucks or it was old because its only been 2 days and the shellac is already peeling off my nails. So I went in expecting to pay $65-70 (for nails & a pedicure) and left having to pay $100. I have NEVER paid that much for 2 people, let alone just myself. So if you use this place, when they offer something, make sure to ask how much more is it going to run! It so wasnt worth $100.

This is the cleanist Salon Ive been to. Came with my friend, we both got acrylic. Was done and drilled polished just right. Not thick and they understood exactly what i wanted .

I have found them out of the blue one day and try time out and every since than I been coming here, they do very very good work and shop is clean and its never loud I love it.

Nail garden is the worst place. The first time I went there to put my nails in dipping powder the person who was doing my nails was horrible. When he put my nails in the powder it was NOT nice it was all bumpy and bad then they said “come back tomorrow and we will fix it” When I went there they put Base coat on top and they put it so it can dry then when I came back home that same day all the paint on my nails pealed off.😡😡😡 It is the worst place I recommend nobody to go there, I will never go back there again.

The poor quality of work and lack of cleanliness (tubs are never covered in plastic and never washed afterwards) is not worth the prices for a manicure and pedicure here. My cuticles were not cleaned properly and my nail polish came out lumpy on both my hands and feet. When I pointed out how lumpy the polish was the nail technician said it was my NAIL that was bumpy - not the polish! I’m pretty sure I’ve never had bumpy nails (that would be a tragic disease, no?) but apparently the technician thought to argue this point with me. What a waste of money and time.Extra star for the front desk girl, she was friendly and helpful.

I went to this location two weeks ago and my Acrylics/Gel Mani-Pedi are still looking great. The location is very relaxing, sparkling clean, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. :) (bonus: the decor at this place is suuuper cute)

I just came for Nail Garden Glendale and got Acrylics with Gel. Phillip was my nail tech and he did an absolute fantastic job. He was kind and gentle and made my Acrylics as natural as possible. I have never received a better job or had a better experience! The other salons in Glendale have gone completely down hill and the quality and service is horrible. Nail Garden lives up to the name and hype. I will definately be coming back. I had a complimentary glass of Rose Wine as well! I highly recommend checking it out and definately go to Philip, hes amazing!

Woof, had a rough experience at this place. We were rushed in and rushed out, the chairs were kind of uncomfortable, and the pedicures were sub par. It also took twenty minutes to pay at the end because they couldnt figure out how to charge my gift card.

Worst place ever. Been there twice, second time for free from a terrible experience the first time, and just as bad the second time. Always super rushed and sloppy work. Got a manicure yesterday and my nails are already chipped badly. Definitely do not recommend this place.
