Had to ask for clean towel to be used for manicure. Cut my foot open during pedicure then wanted to continue while I was bleeding….horrible

Staff was polite and asked me how I would like nails shaped. Low traffic and nice smell from the auntie Anne’s pretzels across the way. (I was at the location inside the mall!)

Great customer service! You need to be specific for what you want. Also, if you dont take good care of your nails they will come off. If there is a misunderstanding, you have to communicate! You cant just sit there and expect them to know. My experience was great.

This salon is under new ownership and I had the best experience here! The owner is so quick, cool and efficient. The pricing is fair and the quality cant be beat. Totally recommend! My new go to nail salon!

This is hands down the WORST nail salon Ive ever been to in my life!!!! I signed in for a gel manicure/pedicure..first, they took off my current gel mani color, but then changed their mind and said wed start w the pedicure..my nail technician knew absolutely ZERO English and had no clue what I was telling her I wanted done! When I point to a color, how hard is it to apply that exact color?? Forget asking for a design, as she couldnt even pick the right color!! Her cuticle job was just awful...then after being super disappointed w my pedicure, they inform me that they dont have time to do my manicure (reminding you that already removed my previous manicure color)...but heres the real kicker...the owner then charged me $60!!!!! Yes $60!!!! For a horrible gel pedicure!!!! After I explained to him numerous times it is absolutely not what I wanted (she couldnt even get the color right), and after they skipped me on my manicure!!! Never ever ever again in my life will I come back here!!! Theyre all about how many people they can squeeze into a day instead of providing quality work! And theyre a rip off! Dont waste your time and money...go someplace else!!!

If I could give them no stars I absolutely would !! This people are absolutely ridiculous and rude ..I don’t even know where to start for one the service was not done correctly. 4 of my nails came off the exact same day and I had to come back twice to get them fixed which really made me upset . Then not only were they rude they over charged my card then when I demand my money back . I was told that they do not do refunds And they we’re acting very clueless to what I was talking about when I let them know that they over charged my card. I eventually had to call the bank so that they could refund me the money that the nail shop took off my card !!!!! Long story short never go to this place!!!!!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I had my nails done on a Wednesday. Two days later, a nail popped off. I went back for the repair...but I live 30 minutes away! After that, one nail popped off per day!!!! What!!!! I want my money back!

I singed up for brows and instead the tech took the whole brow off. Now I have to draw a brow to even my face. I didnt have to pay, but for the damage that was done I feel I should have been better compensated with a free brow shaping when it grows back!!!! Make sure these tech arent new to arching when making this appt.

Friendly, good people, and great customer service. This shop has so much shellac (no chip) gel color selection I seen anywhere in the Milwaukee area. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The lady who did my eyebrows and lashes didnt want to fix my eyebrows after I seen a flaw.

They are nice but change staff to much of course shops dont understand people are familiar with who normally do their nails. I dont like different people doing my nails they might not do a good job.

Usually I get my nails done elsewhere but since my friends and I were doing some shopping at the mall we decided to go there. The wait wasnt that long and they were pretty busy so that was alright. Upon picking colors out, their selection was displayed poorly and I feel like there wasnt much of a selection. The woman who did my acrylic set did nothing with my real nails. She did not clip them, she did nothing with my cuticles, and upon cutting the fake nails she didnt even compare them to my other hand to see if they were even. She asked me if I wanted square nails which I did but some of them are a hybrid mix between round and square. I was so disappointed that I was just happy to be at the drying station and waiting for my two friends to finish. One of my friends got gel acrylics which her thumb nail was left bumpy with bubbles and my other friend got plain shellac where the guy forgot to put top coat on one nail and poorly painted another. Over all, three people going there for the first time all had terrible experiences. It seemed like they wanted the quanity of customers over the quality of their work. They need to find a good balance.

I only got a pedicure here but it was one of the best I have ever had. WaWa was AMAZING. He was quick and did a great job! Would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Nail technician efficient and friendly. BAD selection of colors: not that many professional brands/new colors. Didnt clean under my nails! Quick and friendly service, but disliked the color selection and lack of cleaning under the nails.

Maical. They really take their time on your nails, and the price list is very reasonable. My eyebrows are perfect, and they treat the skin after they do your eyebrows so it doesnt get irritated.

I asked for a gel polish change. A woman gestured for me to sit. Another woman brought a bowl of acetone and told me to soak my fingers in it. She then walked away and spent 15 minutes waxing someone’s eyebrows and running the register while my fingers burned in the solution. She finally returned, removed the existing polish and began to apply a fresh coat. But she didn’t allow the 90 seconds required to set it, and rushed me along. She added the matte top coat and told me to dry my fingers under the light table (where you dry your nails after a traditional manicure). Then, the woman charged me for a full manicure, not a polish change. I was pissed but gave this woman the benefit of the doubt... lost in translation kind of situation. This was on Friday. It is Monday and they look awful. They looked acceptable Friday, but by Saturday morning, I knew I had made a BIG mistake walking in to this place. They looked scratched and whiteish and the top coat is peeling. I’m a busy single mom, so tomorrow is the first chance I’ll have to get them fixed. Will I return with a pleasant update? We’ll see...

Honestly it seems as though they are learning as they go. I went in for eyebrows, and the same way I walked in with my eyebrows looking, is the same way I walked out after she had waxed and plucked them. I dont think they have a clue as to how to arch eyebrows. I paid the $10, but I will never go back again!

This place does horrible nails!! The first week after getting them done 2 of my nails just popped right off with ease. And was able to popped the others off with ease as well.Also, my friend got a pedicure and in the first week her nail polish was chipping. Thats horrible and unacceptable quality and work! Do NOT waste your money here!

I have never gotten my nails done like this before. It was simply unprofessional. Some of my toes werent done and when I asked for the person who was working with me to redo my nails they argued that they looked fine. I just feel like i wasted $41 on nothing.

This is just about the only salon at Bayshore. I went in while I was waiting for my mom to get to the mall for dinner, but this is not a salon I would normally go to. I asked for a full set of acrylics and gel polish. The man was very friendly, but he ground my nails down so thin I thought my nails were on fire. It was so painful, I pulled my hand away a couple times. Then he took about 10 seconds on each nail slobbing acrylic everywhere. He then put in a very small effort to shape them into an almond shape - all my nails are uneven and lopsided. Then he topped it off with a slobby paint job and charged me $50. Insanity. Never again.

Im reading all of these horrible reviews and Ive been there 3 times the first visit I got a Mani Pedi, I was very pleased w. The pedicure not so much the paint job though but it wasnt a big deal to me because I dont show my feet off like that but due to doing factory work I needed the pedicure badly. The pedicurist was very kind and considerate made sure I was comfortable as well as my son, Ive been there for a fill and I was very pleased w. My Gel Shillac job as I stated before I work in a factory which requires a lot of manual labor, I havent had much time to go get another fill so Im due for one now but my polish is still hanging in there w. A bit of fading at the tips due to the work I do but still in very good shape for going on 3 weeks, Ive never had any problems or complaints with the manicurist or the business in general, I will be going on Thursday morning to get my fill and I would recommend this place to anyone, as this is the best nail shop Ive been to, period.

I was waiting for 45 min to get a fill, when I asked why other people were being taken before me they said “We forgot about her” & then answered in English “Oh I’m sorry she didn’t write it down” very unprofessional & rude. I’ll never return to any Magical Nails again.

This is A TERRIBLE PLACE TO GET any service done at! I had my nails done here twice before and I will never spend a dime here again. The nail tech (who probably didnt even have a license) had each and every one of my nails in different lengths and shapes. I was there for almost two hours with her only shaping and filing my nails she didnt even paint them! Her excuse was Its hard to do longer nails she shouldnt be working in a nail salon if she is not versatile! They wanted me to pay $30, and I gave them 15 which I shouldnt had!

Service was friendly. I felt prices were high, but this is the first time in years for me. $85 for pedicure and full set. Maybe thats the going rate now? Anyways, it has less been than 7 days and my nails have started falling off already. Is that typical??

The nails never stay on, I would constantly have to go get them fixed. When I got a pedicure the lady took off my polish even after I told her not to, then took way too long to do the pedicure. I didnt want to get in to an argument so I paid an extra $20 for them to take off polish I didnt even want off, then repolish my toes. I used to go there weekly, I thought maybe it was a fluke but after a few weeks I gave up

RunThe worst nail salon around. They will not refund your money after messing up your nails. I arrived at salon at 10am for a pedicure and my nails were not dry after each time they had to fix them over 2 hours. Several customer were not happy with their nails. They will immediately take your money after polishing your nails but dont care if they fully dry. Hold on to your money, wait for your nails to dry then pay.

Went in yesterday for a pedicure. The girl was not thrilled that she couldn’t get me to upgrade to a better pedicure package when I told her I just wanted the regular. Then, 24 hours later, my polish has already chipped horribly on two toes! It looks terrible! Don’t waste your money!

On top of just being plain rude they didnt even bother to buff, shape or use cuticle oil on my nails..Nothing was labeled and they used a face mask while applying the acrylic filling so now I am concerned about the products that they used. They didnt have a wide selection of nail polish and the ones they did have looked outdated in style and expired in useability. I will not return and I suggest that no one goes there either.

I have been to this location multiple times... after my pedicure today I have decided to go somewhere else from now on. I honestly would have done a better job myself. She didnt even touch my cuticles! Waste of money, go somewhere else, not even worth the convenience of being in the mall.

Went here with my mom spur-of-the-moment after a movie. Mistake!I saw a woman get cut and bleed for five minutes, and not only was she rightly yelling, another woman was yelling because a pedicurist tried to use the same tools on both her little girls without washing or autoclaving them or anything.Not only was it a zoo, and not relaxing at all, my no-chip experience was horrible. The manicurist was extremely rude, incompetent, and rough. No consideration whatsoever for the condition of my nails when taking my old no-chip off, and I had to stop him from ripping off a tear he apparently thought was just stubborn polish because he was that careless. He also refused to use a base coat, claiming that was just the way that brand works, but I looked it up later and that was *NOT true.* I just got it off, and it was nearly impossible. He also left my nails very thin.He also refused to paint spots he missed, one of which was the size of a pencil eraser. It looked like I had done it myself. He actually said to me, Come on! Dont tell me how to do my job. At that point, I lost it, and I was like, If you dont paint close to the cuticle, it grows out faster and doesnt last as long, which is the point of getting a no-chip manicure. The layers also all have to cover the same area, or it will chip. He goes, Thats what I thought. WHAAAAT??Id like to say this was the worst manicure I have ever had, but it was not as bad as the one where I got cut and it got infected, and someone started making something with kimchee in the back room and smoking with the door open, and also there was a muddy dog running around, and the guy said he would give me a free pedicure because I have pretty feet. Thats what it takes to beat the horribleness of this place.The only reason I didnt refuse to pay is that I wondered if people were salty and incompetent because they were human trafficking victims and would be beaten.

Prior to going to this place, I read some of the reviews on the establishment and I was amaze some of the negative comments, muddy dog running around, horrible, making ..... kimchee ??...so, I went in there with my girl friend to have a Mani and Pedi done not expecting very good service. Boy, I was wrong. The technicians were friendly, fun, and they did a fabulous job. I think some of these negative comments from the people are just unfair. I am suspecting that these people were hired by rivals to put up negative comments. In todays age, it is very easy for rival businesses to do. Keep up the good work guys. Thus for taking care of us. I normally dont write reviews but if I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a manicure and the man had no idea what he was doing. Paint was all over my fingers and then wanted payment before they were even dry and the salon was dirty. Do NOT come to this location.

Worst nail service I have ever had. The lady didnt listen to anything I asked her to do. She rushed my nails and didnt care that she did a bad job. The same day I left my nails got chipped on 8 out of 10 fingers. Plus I have to stand in a wedding with these!

I got my nails done a week ago. I use to really like this place, but it has gone DOWN HILL. One of my nails popped off from running my fingers through my hair. Ive never had my nails so loose with gel!

It was absolutely terrible from the pedi to mani.. I had the worst ride rough experience her they claimed the manager wasnt there and I tried talking to some of the people who I seen doing manicures and they didnt want to speak claiming they didnt work there.. My colors were off then they tried putting a darker color on too of my polish it was just terrible .. Very ride people with attitudes.. Workers using profain language it was so not a welcoming and relaxing place to go never again!

Horrible all together. Showed them a picture of what I wanted & the lady said she could do it . My nails looked nothing like the picture. I hated them, went back to get them fixed & less then a week later 2 nails came off. Now 2 weeks in 4 nails are missing. 60 dollars wasted !😐

When the lady was doin my acrylics she left cuts on my fingers from the lil shaver thing and then they made them to thin and the next two days four nails popped off by putting my socks on to opening a car door and that shouldnt happen cause Ive had my nails done before and thet lasted a month without falling off so all i gotta say is they got poor service👎🏽
