This company is extremely professional from the quote to the cleaning! Very impressed so far! The cleaners were on time and efficient, did a great job overall! Reasonably priced and worth it to have the extra help cleaning! This is my first experience having a house cleaner and I’m pretty particular, so saying I’m impressed means a lot! Thank you cleaning authority, great way to do business!!

We had Tabitha and Savannah conduct a cleaning service this morning. They were on time, extremely courteous and very thorough. They are lovely people, couldn’t be more pleased with their standard of service.

Unfortunately, the cleaning crews consistantly omitted areas and failed to do a thorough clean.

So this company is more interested in $$ than customer service. I had an issue with a recent clean. I emailed the company on a Sunday evening and had no response until this morning when I emailed them again to cancel. Well, I had an immediate response requesting the $150 cancel fee and Nicole took it right away. Her response was that she made a note in my file about the issue. If there was an immediate response to my issue I would have never looked and found another service that does the same clean for $40 less per clean so its a win and I am out $150 but good riddance.

There was some confusion about it being my initial clean, their paperwork did not say it was supposed to be and they thought I had a reoccurring service. But they did an outstanding job and when they were finished took from room to room to let me know what day did and I only saw one thing that I questioned and they redid it. The rest lookedGreat

This was my second time using Cleaning Authority. My first review gave them five stars because it appeared everything was good. However the following day I was checking my two bathrooms which were supposed to be in deep cleaned, and I found some of the things they were supposed to do we’re not done. I thought OK let’s see what happens second second time. The deep clean was to be done in the bedrooms office and living dining area. When they were completed I checked everything prior to them leaving and I found that in my bedroom I have a lot of glass and everything still felt very sticky. Zack get offered to redo them and they were fine. The same was true with glass shelves in my office. The floors were supposed to be given extra attention. When they left I went around with some white glove to see if everything they were supposed to “deep clean” was done. To my disappointment it appears that a lot of the items that were supposed to be cleaned, knickknacks, or not. For $100 I expect my house to be clean. When my obligation of six cleanings is complete I will no longer use Cleaning Authority.

This was my first experience with this agency. A team of three people came to clean my whole house and somebody from the agency came to check up on them which I was really impressed with. When they all arrived none of them were wearing masks as per the political insensitivity in our state politicians; however, I learned from their Supervisor that I could call the office and request that they wear masks in the future. I have had two Covid vaccines. They had not. I did call the office and request that in future cleanings they wear masks. I was requested that I also wear my mask when they were there! Haha! No problem. I understand that part of the pressure on them is related to politics in our state. I also understand public health, disease transmission and infections real well. So my advice is if you use this agency and you are concerned about protecting yourself from infection wear your mask and request that they wear one particularly whenever we are in a surge situation with cases of Covid. As related to their work, I would say that all of them applied themselves industriously and did a good job.

They charge my mother with a larger home, multi surfaces and more rooms less than they charge me. That was my first impression. Next, the price changed twice, but I assumed hey- sometimes you miss hear people so give them the benefit of the doubt. Well I had my deep cleaning today for $235 which was to include my entire house and was informed this quote did not include two of my rooms and if I wanted them cleaned I needed to be charged even more. Now we’re talking farrrrrrr more than a house 20 mins down the road pays. Next, I walk into my house for the first time and just smell dirt. Dirty mop water to be exact. My floors are sticky, my toilets were not scrubbed, nor my shower(this was the number one thing I was looking forward to as it’s been neglected hence why I hired them). My marble flooring has streaks, they missed dusting and shower glass has streaks. I am so upset. So I didn’t want to go right to Google. I tried to call them and was on hold for 8mins. I couldn’t wait anymore, I have to get to class so I hit the prompt for them to call me back. Here are some pictures to show what happened. Mind you for 2300square foot all tile home they want $180 a month. Just nuts. I should have known!!!

We have used The Cleaning Authority for more than a decade. Today’s cleaning was typical. They arrived within their scheduled “window”. They were pleasant, did a thorough job, wished me “good day” and left. The price is reasonable and their work is consistently good.

They are incredibly reliable, professional and we trust them in our home. They use cleaning products that are safe for pets and humans and take consistent measure to be safe in light of COVID-19 (which goes both ways - they look out for their people too!). Even our dog likes them!

They did not empty any small trash cans in bedrooms or bathrooms again after I had told them of this before. Bathroom mirror in main bathroom streaked and not cleaned properly. Service not up to par. Very disappointed.

This was my first initial clean. I was very happy with the service and quality of work that Liz and Alberto did. They were very friendly and worked very hard in my home. So far so good. Looking forward to future cleanings.

The quality of the clean depends on the team. Todays team was good, but... they seemed to be rushing. After they left I discovered areas that werent dusted and globs of dog hair that somehow escaped both vacuuming and mopping. Also they left 2 long handled feather brushes here.

Very efficient and consistent. They keep good notes so I dont have to repeat things every time. I especially like the flexibility they have when we must change our schedule.

10 months ago: I just started using The Cleaning Authority and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and shiny everything looked! They got the kitchen, floors and windows super clean and even got all of the hard water stains off of my glass shower door, which I could not do myself. I will definitely recommend! Cole and Sara did an amazing job and were so thorough. I work from home and they were so accommodating when they knew that I would be home during the cleaning. Fast. Thorough. Affordable. Friendly. Reliable. Love it!!

The first time we used TCA it was perfect, since then it is OK. What I do not like is the scheduling. I am to call the day before, sometimes I have to wait until late afternoon to get a time of arrival. Why can we not have the same time every 2 weeks and the same team??? It would be easier for the team as well to know the house. The arrival time is always between such a time and another, we have to wait at home for them to arrive, like we have nothing else to do. They do not really care about the client when they schedule. Every 2 weeks it is the same struggle. Also why don’t they use text messages or have a special phone number for yhe scheduling?I am sure the Patrick or Dave they mention will not answer.

Very pleased with this company. The team leader who is usually at our house is Becky. She is amazing! She works hard and thoroughly. She is always on the move-but is careful and she is so conscientious. She doesnt let anything or anyone slide. Everything looks so good when she leaves.

I will start by saying that I am SUPER picky when it comes to house cleaning. When I do it myself, I wash the tile on my hands and knees because I feel like its the only way to get ALL the dirt off - so thats how crazy I am.Ive had other companies/individuals clean my house and I am always frustrated because inevitably there are spots left on the shower chrome or fingerprints on the banister or some other detail that I think they should have done better.Amy and her team (with the cleaning authority) have cleaned my house 4 times now. I have them come bi-weekly. They are reliable and consistent. I am always relieved when I get home from work and she and her team have been there. They do an absolute fantastic job. They dont miss the finer details that many people overlook (like ceiling fan dust, or the front and sides of stairs carpet).Im very glad I hired this company...it saves me the time and frustration of having to spend a portion of my precious time off cleaning the house... I just hope they always have Amy come out - I dont want to try another team because I dont think they could possibly do a better job. :)

After having tile flooring repair done leaving my house in a cloud of dust, I hired a great team from Cleaning Authority to help me get my house immaculately clean again. They were on time, very professional, thorough, focused, and efficient. You knew that this was not their first rodeo. They knew just what to do and how best to do it. I normally clean my own house, but I was overwhelmed after having the floor repair work mess. I highly recommend using the Cleaning Authority whether its for a one-time cleaning or on a regular basis.

I feel so bad for the cleaners. I spoke with the workers after their arrival and they told me they aren’t allowed breaks in between houses. It’s unfair and something ought to be done. These people work their ass’s off and deserves a break when they need them! I will be calling to give the manager and owner a piece of my mind! What is this? Slavery?!

We have been using The Cleaning Authority since we moved into our home in January and have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them. Toni and Aaliyah are incredibly thorough in their work and friendly. I work from home several days a week and they do an amazing job working around the house without disrupting my work. Ive been a client for 2 years now. They are very thorough with the cleaning. Ive had Toni clean my house several times now and has been always nice and professional. She even remembers our preferences. Today, she was with Stephanie which was her first time cleaning my house and she was nice. Stephanie even went so far as to organize my shoes in the closet. I have used the Cleaning Authority weekly for over a year. They are responsive and efficient. I have Gabby and Suzanne right now, and they do a great job.

The cleaning service is great and the cleaners are very sweet!However the office/scheduling is awful. My cleaning fell on a holiday and they just cancelled it - no call to reschedule or notification - they just didn’t show. I just called to reschedule tomorrow’s cleaning and they said they need 72 hours notice or it will be $25 rebooking fee. So let me get this straight - you no call/no show (a fireable offense in normal business) and I am required to give you 72 hours notice?! Doctors don’t even require that level of notice...Top notch customer service.
