I would not waste your money or your time. JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS the only reason they have such a good rating is because if you post a bad review the manager will offer to give a small portion of you wasted money back if you change your rating. I spent $200 on a move out clean, they did a horrible job and the manager said he would give me $50 of my money back to change my rating. However, I was still charged the full $200.I was given a time between 12pm-2pm and they didnt show up until 3:30pm and didnt even give me a courtesy call. I had to call them. I asked them to focus on my 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen and dusting. They didnt even clean bath tub and shower, and when I asked them about it, she lied and said she did it already. When clearly she had not. I told them 2 different times please do the inside of the refrigerator and they didnt even touch it. Big waste of time and money.

Please be aware that most if not all of the reviews here are fake. If you look, most of the users who have reviewed this operation have only reviewed different maid services around LA (oldest trick in the book). My GF thought this would be a good experience. The maids arrived late, left 10 minutes early “ran out of time” (3 maids, that’s 30 min of cleaning time), and left our apartment a mess. Mirrors weren’t cleaned, an entire bathroom wasn’t cleaned, our two small rugs had not been touched, Windows not touched.I called and a man on the phone tried to tell me they showed up 20 minutes earlier than they actually did, and he then told me I didn’t know how to do math right (cleaning hours).They came back, and the place is still a mess. This is not remotely worth the 100+ dollars the service costs. Please do not make the same mistake we made.Edit: “Fernando” from this company called me after I left this review. He told me I was “not smart” and that maids leaving early is “just the way it goes” - also let me know that I shouldn’t expect a maid service to dust a window or clean a mirror. Please do not make the mistake we did. I will be reporting the fake reviews to Google.

THIS IS FRAUD. DO NOT USE THEM! I called them to cancel and after 10 minutes of booking and they completely robbed me and charged my card. THIEVES!!! You should be ashamed of yourself.

Amazing company! My house is sparkling, they did such a fantastic job. I tried to hire a cleaning service previously, but they were a no call, no show day of. I was scrambling trying to find a decent cleaning company who could get the job done quickly and at a decent price. I am do glad I found youve got maids! Totally saved me a bunch of stress.

He charged me 300 dollars, I canceled within 10 min and didnt give me a refund. This place is a complete scam. The guy on the phone spoke with utter disrespect. Very unprofessional, will not recommend to anyone.

I really wouldnt give any stars to this place. The young man that runs it is incredibly rude. The maids mocked me in Spanish, right in front of me. After three of them congregated in the restroom for 20 mins, laughing and gossiping I walked in to only find that they literally left dust and other debris around the sides of the bathroom, so I had no choice but to clean up after them. Read their Yelp reviews, unfortunately I did after booking them. Also when I called concerned about said Yelp reviews, the young man graciously told me those people that complained were crazy. Good luck if you go with them.

The ladies did an amazing job. They cleaned my home from top to bottom and did it very quickly. They cleaned things I just never paid that much attention to in the past. I am very impressed and extremely happy.

What happens when you remodel your house dust and lots of dust? At any rate needed a good post construction cleaning and my Contractor suggested I call you’ve got maids, they gave me a fair price and did an amazing job, it was like the house was new. Needed a little help post thanksgiving and made many calls to various cleaners couldnt get a hold of anyone. youve got maids picked up the phone which surprised me told me what they could do for me and sent a team of 3 out to clean my mess. they did a fantabulous job given the circumstances.

The Glendale team of Youve Got Maids is terrific! They did a deep clean of my 3-bedroom house with the best results Ive ever gotten from any housecleaning service. They even cleaned my refrigerator inside and out, and left it sparkling and organized, with the bottle/jar labels facing forward -- very cool! The Manager, Rona, stayed on top of the work being done, and made sure that I was completely satisfied before the team left my house. Ill definitely use this service again for all my future cleans.

What an awesome job Maria, Nuvia and Blanca (recently added to their team) has done with our home. Its 4th time theyve come and once again,an outstanding job. We have 2 dogs & 8 cats so our house is difficult. The initial time they came they stayed for 4 hours to do a deep clean. Now its down to 2 hours every other week. Maria, Nuvia and Blanca (recently added) are genuinely friendly, understanding, & respectful. They are prompt & always bring their own supplies. I am disabled & wife works so its hard to keep up with the house. I am so grateful for their service & will continue to utilize them.

I just used YGM of Glendale for the third time and they were even more amazing! I moved out of my apartment on Sunday and my landlord said that if I made everything look nice he would give me back my full deposit. I used a handyman/painter to repair some damage and then paint two rooms. Unfortunately, he left paint splatter all over the place and my landlord noticed it. When Lorena and Nuvia showed up from YGM of Glendale, I was in a panic. Today was the last day I had to make the place look nice. They took charge and scraped up all of the paint and still managed to clean every inch of my apartment. It was spotless when I left today.I got my full deposit back and my landlord thanks me for making the place look so amazing!

Hired Youve Got Maids to clean my mothers house who hates anyone coming into her house and is grouchy, the owner assured me that they would be considerate of her apprehension and that they would make sure she felt comfortable. they sent out three cleaners and did a marvelous job and got my mom to even bake them some cookies. thanks maria, nuvia and mayra, you did an exceptional job.
