I requested a move out cleaning. The house was mostly empty when the cleaners got there. I was unable to return to the house within 24 hours after the cleaning in order to check on their work. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the work. They did not sweep or mop the floors at all. There was blue chalk on the floor as well as other things caked on the tile that was not touched. There was dust on all of the door frames and the baseboards had thick layers of dirt and dust still on them. The microwave and oven had residue left in them. There was blue bath crayon on the inside and outside of the bathtub. The floor of the master shower did not look like it had been scrubbed at all nor did the walls of either the tub or the shower. the blinds looked like they had been wiped with a dirty rag and had smears all over them. The ceiling fans and the refrigerator looked to be the only things that were up to par, however they left all the contents of the fridge in the middle of the kitchen floor for us to find a week later. When I mentioned to several family and friends how disappointed I was in the cleaning they all told me that the only way to get a decent house cleaning service is to supervise while they are there. I was unable to be at the house in order to supervise and if I wanted to spend the time supervising I would have cleaned it myself. Turns out I had to clean it myself anyway after they charged me over $300! I will never use this company again. If you cannot trust your Molly Maids to do a good job without supervision, then get new maids!

What an awesome job Rosa, Karina, & Olga(recently added to their team) has done with our home.☺ Today is the 4th time theyve come and once again,an outstanding job. We have 2 dogs & 8 cats so our house is difficult. The initial time they came they stayed for 4 hours to do a deep clean. Now its down to 2 hours every other week.Rosa, Karina, & Olga (recently added) are genuinely friendly, understanding, & respectful. They are prompt & always bring their own supplies. I am disabled & my husband works so its hard to keep up with the house. I am so grateful for their service & will continue to utilize them.

The first experience was great. The cleaning itself was very impressive since our home had not been deep cleaned in quite awhile. Years. We called on a Monday the week before Thanksgiving and surprisingly were available and they came out that same Thursday. We wanted it cleaned prior to a medical procedure to keep infection risks down. They did a fantastic job. Caked on dirt on window sills was cleaned, windows, everything was beautiful. We have 4 cats and 2 dogs so sometimes that can be tough to keep up with. The second time the house was not near as noticeably clean, not do to their not cleaning it, but because it was still pretty clean from the first time. The air did not smell as clean though, as if they had used a dirty mop or something. Everything was clean though and even the toilet paper was folded in cute triangles. The only down fall both times was that the team did not show up in the time frame agreed upon. Upon talking to the owner the normal team person will be back on our next cleaning. Will update if necessary. 🙂

Scheduling was easy and the representative was helpful. However I was quoted one price and final price was drastically higher. The floor was left incredibly streaky with a film over it. When asked about it I was told a flat mop was needed to clean the floor so if anyone steps on it, footprints will be seen. The flooring is laminate which is pretty common and is my entire house. I would have rather the floors not be cleaned at all then to be left with the job left. The amount of time to clean an empty 1300 sq ft was excessive as well, especially since it was just painted so the baseboards didn’t need to be done. Also they wouldn’t touch broken blinds which I understand, but that meant half didn’t need to be cleaned. Had the shower refinished and was told by the company it wasn’t cleaned when he started. When speaking to the manager it was offered for a credit to be applied for future services but I no longer have trust in this company to do a good job. I will not be using Molly Maids again.

Rita and Cecilia are amazing. I have had them clean four different houses ; 2500 sq feet to my new house 7000sq.feet. The attention to detail is better than you could expect. I can honestly say my 7000 sq ft house is as clean as any of my smaller homes. This team is absolutely the best! I love working with Sabrina too.

We had team 7 come in toady to take care of some spot cleaning after a roommate moved out. They showed up on time and got to work. They were every professional and my looks amazing. 10/10 would reccomend and wil definitely be using again for annual/semi annual deep clean.

Had my initial cleaning, perhaps my expectations were a bit high, should have inspected the job before they left, pretty sure things would have been rectified. I do plan on having monthly service and will mention to the crew the issues I discovered after they left. They were friendly and agreed to a special request, just was disappointed the bathroom fixtures were left spotty and not shined, and the kitchen counter and floors were left streaked.

Ive been using Molly Maid for 10 years, and the maid service itself has been excellent. But about a year ago they got a new manger who changes or drops cleaning dates without coordinating it with me. It happened again yesterday. I called about it yesterday and again this morning only to get a recording with no return of my calls. Ive cancelled the service.

Good enough cleaning service, but was unable to keep to a consistent enough schedule. Was signed up for the first Wed every month when I would be home, but would be surprised with date changes.

I recieved their service as a gift and was astonished at the amazing job Elvira and Laura did on my house! Its never looked so good. Im over the top pleased with the job they did and will continue to use their service monthly.

Since we have them on a schedule, we receive deeper cleaning due to your rotating cleaning of deeper items such as overhead fans. Finally, our dog Lily loves to see the ladies coming and greets them. Ive been doing renovations in my house for months. the house was filthy inside. I hired a team of three because it was so dirty. They were there 8 hours and deep cleaned from top to bottom. inside my cabinets, window and door tracks, windows, inside the oven and fridge. When I say it was dirty, it was very! The toilets had rings in them and the oven had old stuff on it. They got all the rings out and they looked brand new. I honestly thought they would have had to be replaced. I am amazed how they were able to get those stains out. I told them I wanted things sparkling and they listened. Thank you ladies! now I can list my house for sale.

Started out with cleaning every two weeks, then reduced to every three weeks - never needed a call back for re-do.If you need to reschedule cleaning they work around YOUR SCHEDULE.I give them a 5 star rating!!!

I called Molly Maid of West Glendale/Avondale in the morning of the day my father was to be released from the hospital. Molly Maid sent 2 ladies who cleaned my fathers house spotless and on top of that finished before my father arrived. He was so happy to see his house so clean.
