Not sure what that woman’s name was that was working today but I came in last min I needed my fingerprints for a job and she I did t have an appointment which is needed and she helped me anyway so she’s awesome !(:

Tracey Graves office manager was very professional, helpful, and hand with Care. They do general blood test work for less than 150$. Today had a fingerprint taken for a liquor license..total cost was 35$, and quick done less than 20m.Stay healthy & safe 🇺🇸

Extremely poor customer service from the receptionist. Acted like she was to busy to be bothered with questions. In regards to LiveScan it is by appointment only and dont plan on same day.

-NO accurate information on website; conflicting info from employees (who trained these people‽)-Rude staff; questioned my need for the fingerprint card-Not following COVID precautions; patrons in waiting room without any masks; staff had mask BELOW her nose-Forced to recite social security number OUT LOUD in the open office-Did not sanitize equipment-Did not use gloves to take fingerprintCompletely unenjoyable and overall unethical. Reporting to BBB.
