Asia at the Glendale location was professional, efficient and friendly. The staff administered the rapid covid test so effortlessly I was surprised that I went ahead and got the vaccine. Since then Ive brought another 4 family members for test and vaccines. They were all extremely satisfied with the results and staff..kudos!

The staff were so extremely kind and helpful. They fit me in for a rapid covid19 test even though they were incredibly busy and even had technically closed! Such amazing service. I would definitely recommend them.

I went to get a rapid covid-test. Cost $95. There was about 10-15 people there, all social distancing, and big space to wait. I checked in for about 10 minutes, did the test for about 3 minutes, then total wait time was 30 total. Got my results in 10 minutes. Tested negative! Yay. The only thing I didnt like was that they asked to write down all of my payment info instead of giving them the card, so I paid online as an option. You can pay cash too. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience due the stressful testing. The person that tested me was very kind and tried to help me feel less nervous. I recommended this place to others.

Came in at 10am for a drug test when it had just opened and it was a very quick and efficient process, the two female employees I interacted with were super nice. The one who actually processed my sample was cracking jokes and carrying a good conversation which is something you hardly encounter so that was very appreciated! Definitely would recommend to anybody who needs to get drug tested, covid tested, Etc.

I go this clinic at least once a week for a drug test in a custody manor. Every time I visit I am always helped by Ashley, she has the best customer service skills, no matter how busy she gets people in and out always in a good mood and very attentive from start to finish.The first time going she took the time to listen and very supportive of a random stranger and going thru recovery. Ashley is the one person I enjoy enter acting with when I go there. On my last visit I mentioned I was going to start a small company and inquired about becoming a client with this company, simply because of the awesome customer service I received everyone I went in.I was sadden to hear she was not needed there anymore. Needless to say my search for a company to have my employees complete a drug test continue..

My fiancé and I had gotten tested for Covid. His results were negative and mine was positive. I felt that somehow that was not right. Sure enough, I was right. My fiancé tested positive at Banner Estrella ER. His oxygen saturation was at 88 with a temp of 101. They immediately put him on oxygen. I firmly believe the test results were switched since they were side by side in the same room. Had I not went with my gut, he would not be getting treatment tonight. Not cool on their part.

This place is fast! People getting new jobs from having another this is very convenient so its not taking up your whole day! The people here are very nice too and very informative! Bathrooms are clean also!

Ive been here twice. My first visit I tested positive for covid. They were super considerate for how I was feeling and very informative of my next steps. Came back today and tested negative! Thank you guys for being nice and easy to work with :)

Came in to get my J&J COVID shot and Rosie, Asia and Ashley made the process super easy and really made sure that I was informed and confirmed I could get the shot. Rosie was so good at giving the shot I didn’t know she had given it to me. Great experience.

Went in this morning and was initially worried about the wait. There was only one person on staff. There were 8 people in front of me but the Technician was quick, knowledgeable, and polite. She didnt need the roster to know what line placement everybody was in. She was able to help everyone and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes .

Honestly, going here was probably the best part about my application process. I always worry about how long its going to take for a drug test at most places. With 911 it was as close to in and out as possible. On top of that, the office was really well put together and the staff explained everything very thoroughly. 5 stars any time.

I was referred to 911 Drug Testing by HR of an insurance company about 2 weeks ago. Upon arriving at about 10am there office was accidentally locked. I call the office number and they immediately got in contact with the workers that where in the back office! Once I signed it it took about 5mins. From start to finish!! They where very prompt, friendly and respectful. I recommend going to this office.

Esmeralda was super helpful and very friendly. The process was not intimidating and very quick. The clinic was clean and well taken care of.

The lab was very clean and the staff was very nice and courteous. My technician clearly explained the process and efficiently processed my specimen within 15 minutes. I wish all employers would use this lab for pre employment drug screening. Ive been to other labs where Ive had to wait several hours to provide a specimen and they took over a week to send back results. Thats a long time to wait when you need a job to pay your Bills. The service at 911 drug testing is the best in the industry. I was offered a job that same day! Thank you 911 drug testing.
