I called on Saturday and was greeted with a smile you could see over the phone. The front desk was able to get me in to see a dentist ASAP. Dr Kevin To was fantastic and took care of my implant adjustment. He also cleaned out the bacteria in the temporary tooth and cleaned the implant post. He explained everything to me and my wife that was asked to come back with me to watch the whole procedure. Oh yeah and the place was spotless, very clean with all up to date dental equipment. Thanks OnCall Dental you are my familys new place for all of our dental needs.

I do not typically write reviews, but after the exceptional experience I recently had at OnCall Dental, I felt it was necessary. When I walked in, I received a warm welcome from Maria and Karen. I was promptly brought back for x-rays and had a phenomenal cleaning by Cindy. She provided me with great tips for oral care and and showed me so much compassion. The best part is she provides a little neck pillow during the cleaning (it sort of makes you feel like you are at a spa).I came back a week later to have a couple cavities filled. I went into the appointment a little anxious not knowing what to expect. Dr. To and Courtney made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They kept me informed on what they were doing and were very caring. Dr. To seamlessly numbed up the area he was working on and I did not feel a thing. When he was done with the filling I was shocked because it was so quick and smooth. Thank you Dr. To for the great bedside manner and expertise. I will not get my dental care anywhere but OnCall Dental.

The staff here are amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had 2 teeth that had me in excruciating pain and needed to be pulled and they got me in that same day. I ended up needing to have a 3rd tooth pulled a few days later and they got me in the same day. Both dentists did such a good job with the procedure, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone but especially people that dont like going to the dentist. I have searched for a new dentist for years that I actually like and now I have finally found them.

I was traveling and my crown came off. It was a Saturday and I called several dentists in the area and they were the only ones who would see me on Saturday. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and I was in and out in less than hour. Wish I could make them my permanent dentist office but I live in Georgia. Highly recommend!!

This was my first time getting a root canal and it was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. The doctor and assistant were great people and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I’ve had other good dentist visits but this one tops them all. I really appreciate their kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. I was actually very impressed by how they handled everything. I went here for an emergency visit, and was told to come in on a Sunday, how amazing is that. The staff is so friendly, great customer service and the office is clean and inviting. This was not my 1st time at OnCall. I became a part of the family after an emergency extraction on a broken wisdom tooth. I hadnt been to dentist in over 15 yrs. This visit was the follow up to get my all my ex-rays completed and discuss how to get my teeth and gums healthy. The staff is amazing very knowledgeable explained what plan we were taking to get me back on track. Dr So is beyond professional and gets straight to the point. He answered all my questions and then some. I dont like going to dentist but, who does? I felt comfortable, at ease, and left knowing oral hygiene is very important for my well being, having a healthy immune system and body. I am very pleased my friend Abigail referred them. 😁💃🏾💯👍🏾

I feel like I am usually really nervous/anxious to go to the dentist. I walked in a little nervous but as soon as I was greeted with such kindness, it went away. One of the things I have to stress the most is how comfortable every single staff member makes you feel. They encourage you to ask questions and everyone greets you with a smile. They are patient, understanding and do not make you feel guilty or judge you for slacking on your dental care. The hygienist Cathy was just amazing and I finally feel like I got my teeth cleaned properly. Dr. To, was such a pleasure to meet greeting me with a smile and he was so easy to talk to. I can honestly say I 100% recommend this place. I walked out with a smile!

So far amazing care, went in for a second opinion about a toothache and found out the other dentist lied about seeing an infection on my X-ray. The doctor was very thorough in his examination and explanation. Answered any all questions I had and gave me a solid game plan for treatment. I have a root canal and crown scheduled in a few days here’s to hoping that goes as amazing.

I came here as a walk in on a Saturday for severe tooth pain. I was able to see the dentist the same day and it was a very pleasant experience. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional, the dental assistant/tech was sooo efficient as well. The waiting area was comfortable and I was able to pick something I wanted to watch on Netflix while I waited. The X-rays taken were very precise and clear. The dentist seems very knowledgeable and was able to give me a clear explanation of why I was experiencing pain. I am strongly considering switching to this office for routine checkups as well!

I needed an emergency tooth extraction last week due to a breakage! They were able to fit me in the next day. Front desk workers and hygienist were all polite and understanding of my discomfort. The surgeon was friendly, caring, and professional. He had a great sense of humor even with my tough tooth removal. He took the time to listen and ease my concerns. Ive had a few appointments now with regards to a cracked tooth that was beyond repair and needed to be extracted. Every visit Ive had over the last few weeks, the front office staff has been great and I never have a long wait. Ive had appointments in the evening, in the morning, and on the weekends and they are always quick to call you back.Dr. To is really nice and very thorough with every visit I had. The dentists Ive had in the past usually seem annoyed and condescending about my dental care. But Dr. To takes his time and answers any questions I have. Its a bit of a drive for me (30 mins) but its very worth it. Love this place and highly recommend it!

On a Sunday I was seen for a bad toothache, I would also like to mention no dentist is open on Sundays. They saw me and took care of the problem the same day. Dr. To and his staff at OnCall Dental UC in Glendale, AZ was the absolute best. One of my molars was giving me excruciating pain, and my general dentist recommended a root canal after testing the viability of the nerve. The endodontist that they referred me informed me that they would not be able to do the procedure right away and I had to wait 3 weeks! If anyone has every dealt with dental pain, 3 weeks sounds like a lifetime. Luckily I was able to find Dr. To. The process was absolutely painless and Dr. To took great care in making sure that I was comfortable. Not only was Dr. To great, his staff was amazing! Everyone was kind and courteous and made me feel very comfortable, as someone who has extreme anxiety going to the dentist. I highly highly recommend Dr. To and his team!

I had a filling which was done few years ago on my top right teeth which came of and needs to be taken care immediately, found this guys who are open on weekends and have a same day appointment. Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable explained everything to me. I strongly recommend him.

Best dentist in the business! I saw Dr. To over the Christmas holiday for some help. I was in need of a check up and was worried about a possible cavity. After x-rays, he was very thorough in what they showed and outlined all my treatment options so I can make the best choice for myself.When it came time to fill the cavity his true mastery in his craft was shown. Whats a dental visit without a shot? Well it is not a moment I dread any longer as the shots all came without a single feeling of pain! His touch is so soft, I had to fight sleep during my visit!I have found my dentist for life!

Never had dental work AT ALL prior to this. Made sure I was totally numb before extracting a molar, and the staff was super nice and patient with me and answered all of my questions, and explained very well what to expect every step of the way. Total change of pace from a big chain that just wanted my money, I feel that Dr To was very realistic and explained what my options were well, as well as the risks. From painless X-rays (an issue I had at the chain dentistry) to care that fit what was best for me I won’t hesitate to continue going here for my dental needs.

Not really a fan of dentists in general but I have had two good out comes from this office. They are compassionate, nonjudgmental and really appear to care about the patient. If you are in need of urgent care dentistry you will not find better. Highly recommended.

I broke my nose and asked them if they could avoid touching it during operation. they were very careful and not once touched it. Very quick and seamless tooth extraction. They did everything they could to make you feel at ease. And I felt so much at ease during the whole visit and procedure. It also was quick. I never had such a positive experience at the dental office like this!

Where do I start? From the very first phone call the staff was unbelievable, I had an emergency and they not only got me in quick, they also took care of exactly what was needed to and above all it was my Birthday! This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I went in for a cleaning and some cavity work. Dr. To explained everything to me every step of the way. He took extra time to clean my teeth and he told me that it looked like I have never had a cleaning before. My teeth look and feel completely different after Dr. To finished with them. He removed years of plaque and even thought me how to correctly brush my teeth. None of my dentists have ever been so thorough and caring. My teeth are better than ever!

I’ve had dentists overcharge. Under deliver. Some dentists do awful quick work. Not these guys. I Honestly believe that most dentists suck. But not OnCall Dental. I called this place because my tooth was bothering me. I was greeted on the phone politely and was able to make an appointment right away. Getting to my appointment everyone had mask on the correct way, greeted with care, and took the proper precautions making sure I was safe. I was greeted By the employee stating what things we were going to do today for the visit. This employee was very knowledgeable about the things we were going to do. She also stated if I had any questions to ask during the visit. After I got done with his employee I met with the doctor. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about Dentistry. He was able to locate problem that I was having. Dr. create a detailed plan for me to get better. This plane broke down each visit and what we’re gonna do on each visit. This plan was very affordable for me. The facility was clean and everything was opened in front of me.My overall visit was very successful and I will continue to keep coming back to this place and referring my friends and family. Went to this office today with my mouth in a lot of pain so needless to say I was not in the best mood. Well it was apparent as soon as I walked in the door that this would be a pleasant visit!! Every single person that I had an encounter with was for a lack of a better phrase above and beyond . I was very impressed to say the least

Dr. To is amazing! I am a pediatric dentist in the area and had a feeling one of my old fillings was starting to fail on me. With a busy schedule, I didnt have time to find somewhere and establish care - I just needed it looked at and an honest opinion before it got any worse. Dr. To was able to get me in for an exam during my lunch break. The office was very nice and clean! The assistant took quick painless x-rays - which if youve had x-rays before, you know thats not always the case. Dr. To thoroughly explained his findings and even offered to complete treatment right then and there. The procedure was painless and efficient from start to finish. As a dentist myself, I was a little nervous, but Dr. To was honest from the start and made me feel comfortable. I asked one of my assistants how it looked when I got back to my office and she said it looked beautiful - like there was no filling! THANK YOU Dr. To for getting me in and taking such good care of my tooth. I will definitely be establishing care at this office.

Dr. To was a very thorough dentist. Not only did he explain exactly what was going on with my teeth, he presented me with different treatment plans and explained to me the benefits of each option. I never felt like he was telling me what to do. It was very much a consultative process. I love that I could trust that I was in good hands and also, I wasnt being sold to.Dr. To patched up a little crack I had in my back tooth and was meticulous in shaping it to fit my bite as perfectly as possible. I didnt feel like he was rushing me out at all. As far as pain level, it was painless. I totally fell asleep for a part of it.I came from California and would happily make this drive out again to see him.

I had to go here for an emergency extraction on a extremely painful tooth. Everyone was closed so thank God I found on call dental. They got me in right away and he did an amazing job. Barely felt the shot and extraction went perfect. Absolutely no pain afterwards. I couldnt be happier. And the price is exactly what three other Dentists quoted me in the past on extractions. I thought I would pay double- given its an emergency appointment but it wasnt.

I called on my break at work asking if they took walk - ins and they said they could that day. I let them know that I would be leaving my work at noon and they happily took me at 12:30pm AND were on time and efficient. My insurance wasn’t working as it was an older one and the girls at the front desk helped me get that squared away very quickly and were so patient and kind about it. I went in with an impacted wisdom tooth and naturally I was pretty scared. I freak out at anything medical. The entire staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dental assistant, Desiree, was such a sweetheart & the doctor, Dr. To, was professional, to the point, and very friendly. Both listened throughly to my concerns and took care of me the same day and the whole process took maybe an hour and a half — possibly less. I am so happy because I was able to establish this office as my primary dental care and am looking forward to coming back for my routine visits + any other issues that may arise in the future!

Dr.To was amazing, needed two teeth removed one of which was fractured, had them both out in 25 mins and no pain what so ever. Going to be seeing him for all my dental needs from now on.

My experience at OnCall has been great. I went in for a cleaning and Cindy made the experience great. She was very educational during the process as well as super friendly. Dr TO was great as well. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled by him and his follow up was great.

I found this place on accident after my previous dentist left me in severe pain, crying, and refusing to help me. They told me I needed to see a specialist for a root canal when the work they had previously done failed and left me in more pain than I have ever had. They told me there was nothing anyone could do until I got to the specialist which would be almost a week. While I was sitting in my car in the fetal position crying in pain (not exaggerating) I called OnCall after doing a google search. To my surprise Maria who answered the phone, talked to the dentist, and reassured me they could help me. They got me in about an hour later. She was very understanding and helped me calm down. Dr. To was able to easily do the root canal, it did not seem to be an issue at all. He and the staff (I wish I could remember their names) even stayed late to get it done. On top of that when I explained how difficult it was to get me numb and how I usually had to get dental work done feeling a significant amount of pain, he did a nerve block that my other dentist said he could not do. For the first time I felt NOTHING! I even slept thru most of the root canal. I have had other procedures there since with the same results. I will never go elsewhere and my entire family is transferring to this office. Everyone is so nice and you can tell they really care. Thank you google for bringing me here!

I had a very good experience with the staff and doctor, great front staff & assistants. I had to find a different dentist because we moved. Dr. To was very thorough and gentle with treatment. They are open on weekends (and late on the weekdays) so that fits my schedule as a working mom. Its hard to have to take time off to go to the dentist during work days. They were also quick to set up my appointment, check my insurance, and got an appt within a few days, for other offices they are usually booked out 2 weeks, they did mention that they offer same day appointments if needed. The thing I liked the most was that once I was seen they were able to do treatment same day. Usually, I go in for just an exam, then back for 2-3 visits for treatment. The same day treatment really helped with my busy schedule. Thank you OnCall Dental! I will be coming for my 6 month/yearly check ups and cleanings.

I admire On Call Dental of Glendale and their staff. I’m new to Phoenix from Tennessee and I have to say this by far is one of the BEST dental offices I have visited in my adult years. The receptionist were amazing! Very sweet and Kind. Amanda worked well with me on an issue I was having with my insurance, she did it in a pleasing timely matter and kept in contact and kept me in the loop. Lani ( I think her name is) was great and also very kind, she took my x-rays and encouraged me to pursue into the dental field with advice from her own experience. Dr. Ellsworth and his DA Nadine, did a wonderful job with my tooth extraction and bone graft. The procedure was quick and painless, I felt safe and secure in their hands. The recovery and healing went very well, I can’t wait for my follow up and I will definitely make them my primary family dental. THANK YOU !

I love that he always walks me through the procedures needed to be done & explains in detail what I need to do to maintain healthy teeth. My 8yo son had a cavity in a baby tooth that unfortunately abscessed. When the family dentist couldnt see him immediately, I panicked, searched google, and settled with OnCall. I spoke with Maria, and even though she said they dont usually accept children as patients, she understood the urgency and invited us in. We showed up, filled out some paperwork, and they had him in the chair immediately (let me add this all happened very quickly.) They were kind and thorough. Very importantly, they were clear with what the appropriate treatment would be and upfront about the cost. We also got a follow up call to wish him well. But guys, can I just point out how clean this place is?! Its tidy and kept, and I appreciate that more than words can say!

I recently began grinding my teeth in my sleep which caused pain in one of my teeth. I foolishly decided to use my personal dental tools to dig at my gums which caused a wound that got infected. I work 6 days a week so having time is not an easy task for appointments. Even during the current epidemic I was able to get in the following day which was very necessary as the pain was unbearable.Nadine was unbelievably easy going and made me less nervous as I have never had any dental issues prior. She took my x-rays, asked questions about my personal life and made my anxiety decrease.After assessment with Dr.Lee it was concluded that my self diagnosis was completely off.Nadine proceeded to talk to me about my options to come in for my follow up with them and provided me information with cheaper options if desired. Needless to say, due to the service I booked with them again for my follow up.She then educated me about proper care for my teeth. Note: you need to floss your cheeks as well as plaque is all over the entirety of your mouth and not just your teeth. Who would have thought?The silver lining to my dental tragedy and pain was finding these guys. The receptionist was super sweet, friendly and genuine. The nurse was welcoming, friendly, easy to talk to and open. The doctor was quick, efficient and honest.Just an all around great experience in every which way minus the bit of pain which is unavoidable in my situation.I adore this staff and truly wish more medical/dental places were like this one ♡

Ive been here as an emergency walk-in and a standard appointment patient; each visit has been amazing! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Who knew it would be possible to leave a dentists office laughing and smiling after a tooth extraction? Thank you, OnCall Dental!

HIGHLY recommend!I spent most of this holiday weekend in excruciating pain and my regular dentist wasn’t answering my calls. There is literally nowhere to go in valley for urgent dental pain, so I’m incredibly grateful I found this place. I was a little hesitant to go somewhere new for a dental procedure, but I was desperate.I called right when they opened this morning and they got me right in. I drove 30 minutes and would do it again in a heartbeat. Maria at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, and I appreciate her doing her best to contact my insurance to get everything squared away on a holiday. She was up-front about all costs and how payment would go and you can tell she genuinely cares.Dr. Ellsworth is the dentist I ended up seeing. After an X-ray and some testing on my tooth, I needed a root canal. He was extremely gentle and put my mind at ease by explaining everything before the procedure, and during. Jasmine, the dental technician assisting him, was equally amazing. I almost cried I was so relieved to have the pain taken care of so quickly by people who truly cared and treat their patients so well.I can’t say enough good things about this place and highly recommend giving them a call if you’re having pain on the weekends/holidays.

So im kind of really upset at the fact the you cancel my appointment 3 days after i make it when it was the only available time slot. I work 2 jobs and find a sitter to get some work done just to get called and basically get told oh well. So thanks karen let me just figure out next time.

They really showed they cared. I needed my wisdom tooth removed, but no other dentists were open on a Sunday and due to Covid-19. They were though and got me in same day and removed my tooth. Everyone there was so nice and helped me get through such a tough time. Will recommend them to anyone!

I have been coming to on call dental for a little over a year now and they have been the best the front staff is always so kind and helpful and dr ellsworth has always taken care of me always making sure nothing hurt and never complaining with how many numbing shots i need or how fast i burn threw it i feel confident coming in that it will be as pain free as possible with quality work done!

Impressed they are open on the weekends, that was a big plus for me. First time I came in, my first impression was :The receptionist was very nice. I have a huge fear of dentists(childhood trauma). They were all so nice. They did an amazing job at comforting me through out my whole procedure.Nothing but good reviews from my end.

OMG... So Jazmine and the whole team is absolutely AMAZING!!! Went in for an emergency tooth ache... Turned out to be a whole mess of problems. I was beyond scared but they gave me antibiotics, told and got me right. I have NEVER felt more comfortable at a Dentist office then I did with One Call. Happy to say that they are now my primary dental office. Amanda at the front desk is amazing. They are so flexible and convient, amazing hours!! Just love them

From the minute you walk in the door the staff is friendly and courteous. I’ve had scheduled appointments as well as walk in appointments and both have been very prompt. Dr. Ellsworth is very professional and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with my overall experience and would highly recommended Oncall Dentistry to all my friends!

Going in to have some pretty tough work done I was extremely apprehensive and nervous. Dr. Harris was excellent and not only the best Dentist I have ever seen but the best medical professional as well! His assistant, Elda, was just purely amazing! She had this great ability to calm me down and was genuine while doing it. I would strongly recommend that everyone go there to receive the best care!

I had an awful toothache and got an x-ray done. After the x-ray we found that I had a pretty nasty infection and required a root canal. We also found that my roots were pretty long and went pretty far down into my jaw and nerves. While no specialists office was willing to quickly take my case, Dr. Ellsworth brought me in as soon as he saw my x-rays. I will now be making the personal decision to visit Dr. Ellsworth for all my future dental needs.

AMAZING! Had a crown fall out on a Saturday afternoon. Of course my primary dentist was closed. I am definitely not a fan of going to the dentist so of course I was really nervous. The staff was so amazing. The front desk girl was really helpful and personable, the dental assistant was patient and friendly. The dentist was awesome too! I would recommend a million times over!!

Ive always been terrified of the dentist because of the pain that comes with getting a tooth pulled but today I was shown theres no reason to be afraid I had Dr. Ellsworth and Monica by his side and I felt literally nothing! Even now almost 24 hours later almost no soreness! They were an incredible team and he is an incredible dentist. I will be coming back here for any dental need I will ever have for the coming years thanks again Dr. Ellsworth for showing me a 27 year old child when it comes to dental work that it doesnt have to be painful with the right dentist! Was experiencing extreme tooth pain for four days . Finally decided to get it taken care of and called these guys . They took my call, answered my questions and the next day had me in at 8 am to see what was up . They explained everything and were incredibly professional . Will be returning here for all dental work from here on out .

I would definitely recommend them 100%, especially if youre a person whos anxious about going to the dentist.This is one of the best medical experiences Ive had, let alone with an urgent care. I went on a Saturday and my regular dentist was unavailable and I was panicked by how much pain I was in from one of my wisdom teeth and was pretty sure it was infected. I was a walk-in, but I only had to wait for maybe 15 minutes when I was fully expecting to be there for a few hours. The staff was so nice and honest and upfront about everything, and they never tried to pressure me into doing anything I didnt want to do. I loved that they showed me the bill and went over exactly what insurance was covering and what I would pay for my various options. I originally thought I wanted to wait to extract the tooth with my regular dentist, and they didnt try to pressure me at all, and just gave me antibiotics and pain killers. However, I drove halfway home, and decided to go back and have the tooth removed. They were very respectful during the surgery and didnt try to rush the numbing - they made sure I couldnt feel anything before starting. They were also very nice and patient when I asked them to stop for a second because the sound of my tooth being pulled out freaked me out.

Ive invested over 9 grand at this location. My crown fell out and they told me they close at 4pm today, and cant see me for 2 days. They installed the crown. You can not call yourself urgent on call dental an close at 4pm till the following dayIm an emergency commercial service. I do on call. This is in acceptable change ths name of your business, I really hope you guys dont take short cuts in people mouths too

Dr Ellsworth is fast and efficient making an otherwise unpleasant circumstance as comfortable as it can possibly be. Thanks man I appreciate the work

Had to have a wisdom tooth extracted, they will very fast and its the first time i experienced zero pain while having work done on my teeth. I would highly recommend this place.

The team there was just amazing. Sabrina helped me over the phone with questions on location and insurance and was extremely polite and patient. When I got there, the front office ladies we great and understanding. The dental hygienist was perfect with my 6 year-old making her comfortable and at ease. The dentist was wonderful and made the appointment smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend OnCall Dental to any and everyone looking for a great dental team!

Dont bother making an appointment, just walk in cause even with an appointment they take the walk-in first. Made an appointment still have a 45 min to hour wait.

Not just for emergencies - they are now my regular dentist office!! I went in orginally for a weekend emergency when other dentists are not open but everyone is so awesome and my insurance covers them so I am not going anywhere else! Even without insurance they are right inline with the standard cost and not high-priced for emergencies.When I came in for the emergency the doctor went right to the issue and did not try to up-sell me on anything else (I hadnt been to the dentist for at least 2 years and needed a checkup) - that impressed me. I had called shortly after they opened on a Saturday and they got me in within just 2hrs and did my cap right there. Dr. Ellsworth is an expert and gentle, plus he checks frequently to make sure youre not in pain. His assistant Monica is a doll - so sweet and very knowledgeable as well.I then came back for an exam, then a cleaning with the hygienist, and then to put on my crown and they all recognize me and greet me! They have made it easy to get back on track with my dental health. While I hope to only have to come in twice a year for my covered exam and cleaning because it feels good to have a healthy mouth, I wouldnt hesitate to come in for an emergency. Thank you all for being amazing!!

The customer service was the worst that I have ever encountered. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. It was so bad I decided to leave (while still in pain) and go somewhere else. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location.I do appreciate them for being open during this time, however, they should have professional manners if they are open.

Maria is AMAZING! She was so kind and got us in fast! She was so friendly and comforting when we came in. The office staff understand and wants to make a potentially uncomfortable situation good. We highly recommend them!
