Dropped off Pixel XL for battery replacement. Went back later to be told I should come back Thursday(expert would be in that day to work on phone)I picked up my phone and returned to store late Wednesday to drop phone off again so that they could work on it first thing Thursday. Was told theres a chance the screen would crack during removal but they had it covered.Called back Thursday afternoon for status to be told they were waiting on a screen coming on the company local truck (was not told on the phone that they had already cracked the screen).Assuming they had not started working on the phone I told George the store manager that I was coming down right away, pick up my phone and would return when they were ready to work on it. When I arrived to the store George now tells me a new screen had been ordered from the Midwest and would arrive the next day via UPS air. He shows me my phone minus the screen with the new battery installed.No mention of the company store... Was told my phone should be ready by noon the next day.Got a call Friday around 1PM that the phone was ready. Arrived to the store and was handed the phone. I told them the phone came with a screen protector. George peeled off the old protector from the cracked screen but it has bubbles. He will order a new protector and another trip to the store for me.What should have been a 3 hrs. job turned into close to 3 days. They generously deducted $10 from the bill.

My phone looks better than the day I bought it new. They replaced my screen. And my phone is working great! My big hearted son paid for the repairs for me because I dropped it 8 months ago and never got it fixed.

I made an appointment online to have the battery replaced in my iPhone 6s. Doing so gave me a $10 discount for my repair. I arrived 30 minutes early and they serviced my phone right away and after thoroughly testing my phone before starting repair gave me a time to return to pickup my phone which surprised me that they only required 25 minutes. Upon returning after the 25 minutes the repair was complete and my phone was ready. Well done and I will look to Batteries + for future issues.Thank you

When I brought my phone to Batteries Plus Bulbs, I didnt know if it was the battery that was gone or something more major. I was told that it would take about three hours to check it out. When I received a call after just one hour, I thought it couldnt be good news. How wrong I was! My battery needed to be replaced. The job was done speedily and with great Service! I couldnt be more pleased.

New iPhone screen replaced. Great, fast service, phone looks like new. BUT they broke my vibrate function, and the screen doesnt respond properly. Second problem is apple original equipment works with polarized sunglasses and the replacement screens dont. I didnt ask because I didnt know. Otherwise great experience.

Put a new screen on my 1+5. Very helpful and polite. They had it repaired in about an hour.

The employee told me he could repair my iphone’s cracked screen in an hour. I went back after an hour and was told my phone wasnt done yet and i would have to come back the following day.The following day i got my iphone back and it seemed a good job, plus i have asked him to put a screen protector. Then a day later i accidentally dropped the same phone from a height of about 2-3 feet. Screen was shattered like it fell off from ten feet, cracks went thru the screen protector.It bothered me so much how could have it happened to be broken like that with one drop. And i figured it must have been because of low quality materials that they used.Not going back there ever again. I wont reccomend this place. Try it if you want, but at your own risk. Now im having my phone repaired at the iphone store. It’s gonna be a couple dollars more expensive but i bet the quality would be topnotch. Instead of this trash quality service i got from this store.Sincerely,FC

Fixed the phone quickly but falsely told what the end price was and when I came to pick up the phone it was much higher then the original price, absolutely never going there again, the place on 75th ave and bell is way better
