He’s fixed my devices twice now. Once a laptop, another time our computer. He is considerate about your costs and time, and does such a thorough job. He also sells used devices if it’s cheaper to just replace yours. I’ve been happy every time.

Customer service was excellent! I purchased a used Macbook Pro with the intention of swapping my existing hard drive into the new machine. After expressing my intentions, Sam did the swap for me at no additional charge. Then, when I got home I realized the screen had an odd bright spot burned into the LED. I took it back and he replaced the screen with no question or hassle at all! Great customer service and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Reasonable price, but do not recommend. This guy is a joke, he does not know what he is doing, If your pc worked fine before, he will sabotage it so you will return it back to him for repair. I drove 30 miles to this guys location six times and there was always something wrong with my laptop after he had fixed it. In the end he will say it is not his problem. Heads up with this guy.....

Sam took my crashing, useless MacBook Pro that Apple wanted $500 and weeks to repair and fixed it for less than 1/3 of the price in one day. The shop has got the machine to do a full re-balling of the graphics card, basically taking if off the CPU, removing the solder, and putting it back. Theres a video on their site, showing the process. The shop is small and funky and filled with laptops under repair. They are clearly doing good work for a bargain price and Sam is very personable. I would certainly go back to them for future repairs (heaven forfend!).

Aside from being generally anxious leaving a personally treasured piece of equipment with a new shop, the experience was great.

This guy saved my butt. My MacBook charger and charging port were burned out. He replaced the port and my burnt charger for only $150, which is way cheaper than I expected. He also checked the whole system for any possible reasons for the issue. I’m going back for any future Mac repairs. He saved me from having to buy a new computer, and most of all, allowed me to get back to work in just a few hours!
