I want to personally thank Rob and Michelle for their amazing work and kindness. Ive needed their help a few times and they were always fair and worked hard to repair my Powerstroke. They are absolutely dedicated to our Public Safety and First Responders and always take time to answer questions and throw in some fun conversation. These guys are awesome, after taking my 2001 Ford F-250 to a local dealership for recall repair, and since it was there I ask them to look the truck over and charge the AC. They quoted a price of $3300 for just the ac repair, so needless to said, I started shopping for a new shop to took my truck too. So I went on line and a started my search. I read lots of reviews on several local shops, but after reading reviews about Diesel Dermanator, I said what I was reading can’t be all true, nothing but great things being said about this shop and the people, and to my surprise everything that I read was true. Great people doing excellent work. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS SHOP.

Just over a week ago I had the pleasure of meeting Rob and Michelle at Diesel Dermanator. They had ordered a turbo for my Ford 7.3. I live 2 hours away from their shop close to Flagstaff but but after I spoke with some of my colleagues at the Palo Verde Nuclear Plant and read the reviews I gave them a try. I can honestly say this will be the place I take my truck hence forth! It has been in numerous shops to locate some electrical issues to no Avail! I just wanted to add to those reviews and let everyone know this company will have my business forever! I would call a flatbed truck to get my 7.3 to them from anywhere in the state passing even the Ford dealerships!!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! And GOD BLESS.

These guys did an excellent job. We were really in a pinch and they came through with so much wisdom and efficiency, even though it was on Thanksgiving weekend and we were just passing through town in our van. Mechanics were packed in their whole Phoenix area and everywhere of course these days. But they really went the extra mile for us not even knowing us and we really appreciate that. They genuinely care about your vehicle and it felt quite good to have the vehicle in careful hands.

Took my 2018 Ford F-250 6.7L I purchased at an auction to Rob, he spent hours trying to figure out what the problem was. After we found out it needed a new engine, he went to work for me on getting me the best price possible for a new engine. I ended up selling the truck, but when I buy another powerstroke, he will definitely be my mechanic. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, and honest mechanic.

Best place to go for Powerstroke repair. Took my 2004 6.0 to them since 2012 and now this is where I take my 2011 6.7 (bought used with 270k miles on it). They know there stuff, do it right, and get you out quickly without breaking the bank.

They have never tried to sell me on something I didn’t need and have fixed my issues I took my truck for. Highly recommend them and I will be taking my trucks here from here on out. Why would you ever go anywhere else! My wife found them on google and said give them a call. I called Rob at 8am this morning and explained the issue I was having with my 2005 Ford F350 6.0. Knowing I needed it this weekend, He said bring it down and let me take a peek at it. I showed up about 9am and spoke to his wife who is just as nice as he is. Rob came out and within 5 min told me what the problem was. Unfortunately he didnt have what was needed in stock but said he could order it, or if I wanted I could go get it at the local auto part store. I wanted it fixed so I went up to the auto part store to get what was needed. I pulled up, Rob came out and after about 30 min I was back on the road. I honestly cant say enough about this place. After spending prob about 45 min total with him, I felt like I had know him all my life and knew he was someone who could be trusted 100%. He doesnt try to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need. These guys rock!! The Best Mom and Pops shop for Ford owners. Ive been using Rob since 2005. Wouldnt use anybody else. Theyre the only ones that work on our 99 F-350. Try them, youll be glad you did!!

Rob was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Told me to drop it off to him (on the day he was closed) the next business day he had the truck up and running like new. Took the time to go over any questions I had. They have a customer for life. My 7.3 will not go to any other shop.

If you own a ford diesel, this is where you bring your truck. Rob and his team do excellent work at a good price. They know all the problems these trucks have and how to fix them quickly and correctly. I have a 06 6.0 f250, with 190000 on it, I would have already sold it (at a loss) if I didn’t know about this shop. I travel between Colorado and Arizona, I always hope I can make it back to Arizona so I don’t have to get work done in Colorado. I have a good mechanic in Colorado, but I always seem to have to bring it back to Derminator Diesel so they can fix the problems the other shop didn’t do correctly. Rob knows these trucks from top to bottom, all the normal and obscure problems that others miss. Great family owned business, they won’t oversell you, just honestly. I hope many Ford owners see this, it’s a hidden gem.
