Be aware of this car wash. I drive a 2011 Toyota 4runner and not only did it rip my antenna off, but my drivers side mirror as well. My car is in great shape as you can see from the pics, not some old car that has parts falling off. These are both OEM parts yet I have received no compensation for them or even an offer to help me fix them. The employees mysteriously couldnt get the video to play back when I asked (convenient) and there was no manager on duty to speak with either. (Also convenient) They acted like I did something wrong yet I have been a customer for a long time and did the same thing I always do when going there. Zero customer service, as well as zero responsibility for their wash costing me over $500!! Stay away unless you dont care about your car.

Always gets my car really clean. Love all the extras like air freshener, hand sanitizer, antiseptic wipes, the use of 3 types of vacuums & towels for wiping down the inside. I have been coming here since they opened & will continue.

Staff always pleasant.Staff always onsite and available.with assisting customers on purchase options and deals.Love that they have towels to use while you are there. Always ample amount and clean.Con: The tire shine is not obvious though which I always get that option🤔

Its nice going to a car wash where everything works. They give you a little wet towel and air freshener before the wash then free vacuums. They also have extra towels if you wanna dry your car which they wash which is nice. Friendly workers.

It’s a good car wash, having a membership They pick and choose who to give air freshener too. A cop car came through he got a air freshener I was after and didn’t get one.UPDATE: I canceled my membership I’ll take my money else where and get treated better, they won’t be getting my services nor my money anymore.

I Then going to super star car wash for many years now and I definitely recommend them to you if you were looking for somewhere to wash your car at an affordable rate with great materials. My favorite part about their washers is that they always include a little towel and a night. I believe that their monthly wash as well worth it however, at this time I am not using it anymore. I still have the sticker but I found that I do not need to indulge myself like that. I would definitely recommend this location as it is brand new and I would say the only thing they need to improve upon would be how to get into the actual car wash Park it’s a little bit confusing but they do a good job with the space they have.

This wash is awesome! Super chill people and the fast pass is pretty sick ngl. I come in like twice a week for a wash and there are always super chill people working there. Mike was super chill and clear when I asked questions about how the wash process works (I’m a nerd for the engineering process behind anything that has to do with tech). Def recommend.

Had an issue with my online purchase of 5 washes: System simply would not accept it once on-site. Employee at the reader tried to help but ultimately guided me to the manager. The manger could not resolve the issue but complimented a wash and hoped to resolve next visit. Days later I came seeking resolution. Manager tried his best to clear up by working with me side by side. This is strictly a system issue. Manager made sure I could get the service, I paid for, while we continue to work the issue. This is the proper way to attempt resolution; with respect to the customer.I thank you, Mike, for your professionalism in handling this issue.

2 handicap spots. Both used by non handicap plated or tag cars. Let alone one was an employee washing and detailing her own car. Said something to another employee and he told me she works here. Basically saying it was OK. She took up the spot for 30 min plus that I was here, doing nothing but hanging out inside then sitting in her car just taking up the space a real handicap person needs. Way to set an example!!

I always get the 2 washes for $24. I love the fact that that there is 2 vacuums and a air hose at every bay. And they give you towels to use. Clean towels and just the right amount of dampness. I highly recommend this place.

I personally prefer this car was chain because they provide you with an air fresh freshener (which smells amazing) & a wet towelette to wipe down your dusty dashboard. Additionally, in the vacuums section, they provide you complimentary hand towels to dry your car in any spots that are still wet. They provide many amenities that other car washes do not provide- highly recommend!

It was okay it was my first time here and instead of helping me at the drive-up selecting my car wash or pay options the two attendants were too busy chatting amongst themselves when the machine was not taking my cash I had to keep trying to reinsert it after several minutes they finally came over to help me but five cars have went in in front of me at this point not the best service and then try to sell me a membership when you couldnt be bothered with me to begin with.

I love this place and I go almost everyday in any of my vehicle all of which have the unlimited packs. Employees are awesome and the wash and vacuums and in great working order. I gave five star but I have to give a huge suggestion and a complaint. I have been bumped by other cars and near forced into bumping into cars in front of me. I really thing cars should not be crammed in so close.. If you wait for the green light to come on its generally too late cause the car behind you is pushing you out the way. Please see this as a positive suggestion and a thank you for all the awesome washes I have already gotten

They already have shammys that they replace every time, and they constantly walk through each vacuum machines to check if theyre working.

Really great car wash very clean always stopped great vacuums even as a machine that washes your mats they always have tails out there for you to use for free and if you ever have a problem with anything theyre always right there to see if you need something just a very good car wash cleans the car very well!!!

Drive through car wash that gets the car pretty clean at a good price for the money but with my SUV the dryers dont dry the back very well. I must use the provided towels at the self service vacuums to dry it.

I have had more troubles with my unlimited membership but this car wash chain always makes it right!! My add-on wasn’t working and the guy helped me out - BTW the carnuba wax is awesome!!!!

I was assisted by the fast past girl named Hanna. She offered me some fast past me memberships to which I declined because I did not have a card. Even after I declined she stayed positive so I would be coming back to get one in the future.

Always clean. Nice staff. And great lot size. Whats not to like? I also appreciate that the staff doesnt pester you about their unlimited was subscription. They let you know if they have it, they are more than happy to answer questions about it, but they arent annoying with it.

The entry on the West side is a bit wonky. If youre pulling in and someone is leaving, pay attention. You might have a fender bender. The wash is great with great prices. You can do an unlimited monthly wash program, which I think is nice. The entry and exit on the West is actually the ONLY reason I gave 4 stars.

Good car wash facility, but the automated lines are a joke. There should be an attendant controlling the lines at all times.Wise guys at 67ave & Thunderbird is much better, faster, cheaper and hand dried at the end.

I enjoy how quickly Im able to get through and how clean their stations are for vacuuming my vehicle.

Love that they have the microfiber towels with the free vacuum so your car doesnt dry with water spots. As good as an express wash can get.
