I brought my car here because it was better to pay $25 to park it and get it washed than spend 1 hour looking for parking. After 2 hours they texted me saying it was ready. I was amazed how clean and shiny it was. They did a great job cleaning my car. Definitely will be going back !

One of the car wash attendants conveniently stole a $200 visa gift card from my center console yesterday. Not a huge deal...but the several times Ive tried to contact the company, no ones answers. The car wash itself is ok, convenient even with the long wait times (typically ~2 hrs on the weekends). Guess jokes on me for leaving gift cards in the car. Or jokes on the thief who cleaned my interior, stole the card and left my receipt in the console, enabling me to call right away and cancel the $200 balance. Good luck spending $0.

I drove 90 minutes past 3x Frys Electronics to get here and its worth it. Stocked shelves, smart employees, good prices and policies.

Conveniently located in the parking garage. Unfortunately, they seem to be rather busy or severely understaffed. They did a good job cleaning my car and I was satisfied with the price. However, it took a long time to retrieve my car... Considering I had been in the mall and one of its restaurants for several hours I expected it to be ready when I returned. When I came to retrieve my car it took 20+ minutes to find an attendant, once I found him, he said it would take an additional 15 minutes to bring my car to the pickup location. When they did deliver the car, it was still wet in some areas leading me to believe that it had just been washed when I asked for it back. Not sure Ill be back, unless I have a ton of time to waste in the mall/ restaurants.

Can never reach customer service. I came here for a mini detail and after really looking at my car a week later noticed there was swirls and scratches all over my car. Horrible experience and you guys needs to fix the damage done to my car!
