We used Kenyon again for a full car detail, and just like the first experience they did an amazing job. Were preparing to sell a min-cooper thats about 8 years old and needed the car to look its best to maximize our profit. Mission accomplished, the car looks amazing!The owner personally did our detail and despite having a growing business he still maintains a very hands on presence. Its clear that hes both very experienced in his craft and cares about the customer. He spent nearly 7 hours on this detail! Their package pricing is better than most competitors and well be calling them back soon to add some paint protection to our new vehicle.

AMAZING JOB!!! My car looks better today than when I bought it 7 years ago. I got the paint correction and wax and my wife couldnt recognize that it was my car. I couldnt be happier. Matt came to clean the inside of my car today and he was on time and took care of my car even though it was raining hard. The detaining did not take very long and he did not miss a single spot even though my car was really really dirty. He was super nice, interesting to talk to, and very personable. The detailing was also super cheap for what it was and for it all being done by one person, I was impressed! Will definitely be back after I’m done trashing my car again

I feel like they did a great job removing the deep stains I had on my seats, which was the main thing I cared about taking care of. There were few specks here and there, but nothing major. Car looked almost brand new and a huge difference compared to before. I will definitely return in the future.

My FJ Cruiser is 14 years old and pretty beat up. It’s my off-roading and camping vehicle, so you can imagine all of the dirt and dust. Plus, I have 2 dogs. Luis did an amazing job! The interior looks new!

My ‘09 Chevy Malibu truly looks like a brand new car. I purchased the Gold package and holy cow!! Stains in the seats from YEARS ago were lifted perfectly, all interior surfaces are sparkling clean and really brought so much life back to my favorite car. Michael, the technician, was courteous, respectful and so great at what he does. He did a beyond excellent job and is someone who you can tell takes pride in his job. I would recommend this to anyone looking for any service to their car. All levels of the company staff are responsive and respectful. 10/10 would recommend.

Zero stars.Made an appointment for detailing and window tinting, which they later had to reschedule which was not ideal but I made it work. The appointment was at a residential house which was a little odd, but the company mobile detailing vehicle was parked out front so I figured it was legit. No one answered the door at the home, nor did they respond to text messages and phone calls. Wasted my gas and time to drive 30 minutes away, as well as my friends gas and time who was my ride, since they would have needed my car all day. So unprofessional.Beyond disappointed.

Im a mom to five kids under the age of 10 so to say the least my truck was BAD!!!! Shawn was the one that came to work on my Ford expedition. My truck looks AMAZING. worth every minute and penny. This was the best interior car detail I have ever gotten. My car was filthy with stains, dirt etc from Pets and kids. It looks brand new! I was very impressed with the level of service provided to me.I purchased an interior detailing package on sale for my husband’s bday. I can’t remember the technician’s name, but he did such a great job. 3 hours were included, and he got my husband’s truck shinning and gleaming. Stains on the fabric seats by kids’ feet were removed and everything looks great.I was also impressed by how well the office staff communicated with me.I will be purchasing again the future to get my car taken care of too.

Idk who is typing in the other reviews but the service I have experienced does not match the attitude of service I was expecting. Customer service was nice but the first time I was there I waited almost 6 hrs. I get it, the car was a semi crazy mess but stains were left behind, doors and console was about 60% clean, seats were almost 80%. Second time I went for corrections, as policy I notified 24 hrs since detailing, waited 5 hrs and saw a greater difference. Still not satisfied.. Ill tell you why. You can visibly see what was actually touched. They missed the whole headliner was not touched, the width of the seats were not touched, rear seat belts were not touched. I know this place can do good because the other areas of the seat and car mats were clean.Update: manager reviewed the pictures and approved a refund. Guess I caught them on a bad day because we treated each other with respect was still 100 the whole time.

I had set up for a Mobil detail on my wife’s Tacoma after we got back from a camping trip. There were bad scratches all over the truck from trail riding. The coordinator had set me up for a 2 stage buff wax and polish to remove these scratches. The tech that originally came out was awful. He left buffing compound all over the plastics, missed dirt on the bumpers and MISSED THE WHOLE ROOF! I had paid in full and left a tip with my wife to give the tech while I was gone. When I saw the truck I called into the office and spoke with a customer service rep who was very nice. They set me up an appointment with Kyle (the owner) he was very apologetic. Kyle re-worked the whole truck and made it flawless!! Sometimes things don’t go as planned, we all make mistakes. It’s how we handle those mistakes and correct them that makes for a positive experience. Kyle and his crew at Kenyon went above and beyond to make it right. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thanks again Kyle for your hard work!

They were very quick to respond and did a great job cleaning the carpets and making everything shine. However, the service I paid for stated the headliner would be spot treated and it does not look like they touched it. Also there were spots on the door that clearly were not touched at all. I didnt notice while I was there because I was under a dark carport and it was later in the day.

I got the “diamond ceramic coating” on my new Honda Accord and it came back with excess scratches and low quality service done. It looked like 3 or 4 inexperienced ladies putting on expensive ceramic coating and not knowing what they are doing. Btw, the wax costs 800 so it definitely wasn’t cheap. Please go elsewhere to people who know what they are doing.

Waited 6 days for them to come out for a Mobile detail on both of my vehicles. On the day of service I was texted 20 minutes before the scheduled time saying that the technician will not be able to show up until 2hrs later because of car trouble. I did not hear anything 2 hrs later but not until 3.5hrs later saying I will have to reschedule, that the tech cant come at all. Wasted morning waiting on a Service I was very much looking forward to. Unprofessional and rude. They offered to reschedule two more days out. Why, so they can have more issues and not offer any compensation for the blatant disregard of my time. If youre going to offer a mobile service make sure its guaranteed with proper running vehicles. The reviews are great so Im sure they do a good job when and if they show up. Schedule with this company at your own risk of being disappointed

Mike showed up early, which was nice. He started off by discussing with me everything he would be doing, And answered any questions I had so there was no Ambiguity about what would be accomplished. I was getting the car detailed for an appraisal, and Mike made a few recommendations that he performed that would add extra value and appeal for the appraisal which she performed at no extra charge. Great service! Ive had Detailing done on cars before and I was never as satisfied as the service given to me at this place by Shaun. This guy is relaxed, honest and gets straight to it. I was impressed 👌 by the way everything turned out just as I expected when I initially decided to take my car there. Customer service was great. The effort was good. But the over all apearance of my vehicle was not and finished product was not worth it. Save your money go else where. They have aPaint shop across from where they service your car. He sands and grinds Bondo material and everything just blew onto my vehicle after a fresh polish. 1 thing that would help is more employees at the Glendale location. Second is finished product I had my car polished and the employee skipped thee hood, top of my car and trunk. Geez how am I going to miss that. Thanks again Kenyon I wont be returning.

Overall I had a good experience with Keyon Detailing. I purchased a Groupon from a super interior detail with ozone treatment.I unfortunately did not receive the ozone treatment due to scheduling error and the team did offer to complete it once my car was done but I declined due to being there about 3.5 hours already; the treatment wouldve taken another hour and that does come with additional cost for time. It was minor things missed during the detail like the windshield & inside windows werent completed and a few spots that were missed. I was able to clean them at home easily so no need to drive 45 mins back for that.The seats were shampood pretty well; its a few stains on the passenger seat that can be seen once the seats were dry.Overall my truck is in way better condition, the staff was nice and the vacuum job was A1!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The guy who was scheduled to do my car was LATE, but I didnt know that until I left and was told to give my keys to another tech. On my way home the original scheduled tech called me asking WHICH CAR WAS MINE and said he was late for our appointment. Why didnt he just use the clicker or talk to his coworker? This left me with a worrisome feeling. I was told it was take about 4 hours. Five and a half hours later I REACHED OUT TO THEM, and was told it would be a bit longer and that they were charging me more because of the time. I finally get to go pick up my car and they didnt put any of my floor mats back in, my dash mat in, all of my change was put in a bag under their counter, and the side of the car was scratched. The inside was detailed but it wasnt anything great and there was spots still everywhere on the dash, caused from the chemicals they clean with- admitted by the owner. They do not wash the outside of the cars, just FYI. The manager/owner was nice and the inside of the car looked OK, but it definitely wasnt worth the money to deal with the other nonsense. Do not come here.

Luis did a good job on our Jeep Wrangler we are putting up for sale. We found a few spots he missed after he left, but over all it was satisfactory.

I will come back and will recommend this company to all my friends. The ladies at the office are very friendly and the gentlemen taking care of my car were nice and explained to me what they did to my car. The price was great and the quality too.

Would not recommend this company to anyone, very low quality. Hard to find the actual location. The shop is outside (not enclosed), so dust goes everywhere. I had an appointment at 9am, as they requested. I showed up 10 minutes early to no one at the shop. I waited until 9:10am and left the property as no one was at the shop. (Btw they text you multiple times about fees they will charge $50 if you cancel within 24hours or are late.....)I texted and called with no response.I Ordered this off Groupon, so I contacted Groupon and they gave me a full refund and said they will look into this business.I will take my business elsewhere, to a company who cares about your time and provides accurate business descriptions.

I made an appointment prior to my visit, drove up, and they instantly were there to take care of my car! Everyone was super nice and thorough. Zack detailed the interior of my 2007 Rav4 and he did a wonderful job!The waiting room has a fan, water bottles, and multiple chairs. Wow, wow, wow! I was left speechless with the customer service! I cant remember the last time Ive had such exceptional customer service from everyone I talked with!! I was scared to get my car detailed at this place. I read the reviews, and some talked about how the work wasnt done properly. It scared me because Im used to going to the car dealership to get my detailing done and they always do a great job. I went ahead and went with my gut and was not disappointed. The woman who scheduled my appointment was so polite. She gave me an accurate quote and told me what to expect. I received several reminders about my upcoming appointment, which I appreciated. I was actually going to be an hour late for my appointment so I texted the number asking if I could move it to a later time. They were so quick to answer, so friendly, my gosh! I honestly cant say enough good things about this place. Sean was the one who did the interior detailing of my car and left it absolutely beautiful. He had me walk around with him and kept asking if I was happy with the work. He said they would have no problem re-doing it if I was not happy and I really appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond. I will definitely be returning here. Kenyon-Mobile Detailing Is a Great Company! I had the interior detailed and my 2006 4-Runner looks and smells brand NEW. Luis was on time, very professional and a very thoughtful young man. I will use Kenyon to detail my 86 Toyota truck.

They did a good job getting out most of the stains from my back seat. When I got home I noticed by the seatbelt a dark orange/brown area when touched left the coloring on my finger. My seatbelts were sticky and grimy the next day and doesn’t even look like they attempted to clean them. I understand there was a big storm in the middle of the service time, but still disappointed.

Customer service from start to end was on point. Tech got here on time, results was perfect. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

10/10 would recommend! Michael worked for hours detailing my Expedition after the my family & 2 big dogs drove 3+ hours to go camping (read: truck full of dirt, dog hair, & goldfish crackers). This thing is like new!

They did a great job with my car! I had a dog pee in my car and these guys were able to get me in for derailing same day I called. They worked on my car for 3 hours, shampooing seats and all. And got me a complimentary ozon treatment a week later since smell didnt go away completely.

I called this place and didn’t end up using their service because my schedule didn’t allow it. They responded to my call very promptly and gave me valuable information to use an ozone generator. Very helpful, would recommend!

Oh my, the very best detail job I have ever had. I usually have the car detailed by one of the big commercial car wash companies. They cant hold a candle to the work Michael did. He was punctual, thorough, used great product, hard working and professional. Great job Michael.

We had two cars detailed by Kyle who worked all day in the heat and did an excellent job. We had exploded milk in the trunk (long story) and dog hair covering the entire back seat. When he was done, the milk and dog hair were gone! There were crayon markings and juice stains in the other car which are now also gone. Highly recommended company and would use again. The quality was not what was expected. Inquired about services and showed pictures of microsratching on my vehicle. They recommended their higher end exterior detail and advised of addition price per hour if additional work is needed. There are still a lot of micro scratches on vehicle after the job was completed, expressed the results of the work and showed pictures of microsratching on my vehicle and they explained I would have to purchase the service once again. Everything prior to work being done was very professional but the overall job itself was not what was expected given the example of what was needed to be done.

Amazing experience with Kenyon Mobile Detailing. They came to our apartment complex and detailed my car in the parking lot!!! They bring all of the tools that they need with them, they only need a clear space to operate.I have 2 dogs with extreme hair shedding and they happily detailed my car with a great attitude, to the point that I did not even recognize the car.I will certainly be using them in the future and recommend them for anyone looking for a great mobile detail.

My most recent experience with Kenyon leaves a lot to be desired.Starting with the good: All of the techs are very friendly and the prices are reasonable.Unfortunately, the quality of the work is marginal at best. The first tech missed quite a few clearcoat contaminants on the trunk and got a considerable amount of compound in the trim. Kenyon quickly volunteered to come out for a re-do, which turned out to be a joke. The tech told me he wasnt allowed to do a full redo and half heartedly used a bottle of Turtle Wax trim cleaner to try to get the compound out of the trim. It did absolutely nothing, and he left a bunch of the trim cleaner residue on the paint along the lower trim.Bottom line: If you care about quality, look elsewhere.

There were multiple items I pointed out that were not to the standards of the amount money I was charged. Seats where dirty, several locations of the exterior had wax residue. Between the door and interior was not wiped clean. To top it off the main and only reason I wanted the car detailed was because of a stain on the back passenger driver side was not even removed. I paid $205.00 and to top it all off the guy asked to use my restroom and did his thing leaving the door open and smelling up the house couldn’t at least turn on the bathroom fan or spray air refresher to void the smell the worst experience I ever had. His name was Luis.-so I take your response as you are basically calling me a liar. I have proof of our conversation and receipts. This occurred. On A Friday 01/17.

Had Kenyon Mobile Detailing come out to clean some horribly stained seats in our Corolla. Asaf (our detailer) was right on time, did fantastic job with every bit of the detail, and was very friendly. The seats look brand new and overall we are beyond happy with the service and quality. Highly recommend and will most definitely use them again.

I’ve been using them for awhile now. I’ve tried several other companies and nobody comes close. I’m a contractor and my truck gets pretty bad. They make it new again and keep my vehicle from depreciating. Worth every penny!

Booking an appointment was easy - just pick the time online that works for you and youre good to go! They will send several confirmation texts and called before coming. It was great that I could be working while they were outside detailing my car. Also love that they are a family owned small business. Shop local ;). Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

My wife and I have used these guys about 3 times now, and I have to say, they are fantastic. The guys that come out are great people, and they care about their work. I had my interior detailed a few days ago that included them to shampoo my interior. The overall service of the cleaning was satisfactory. After the detailer completed his job, he asked me to check his work and if anything else is needed that he missed. With that being said, I noticed spots he missed while shampooing the seats. He then applied a spray chemical to remove the spots. The following day I noticed a very harsh smell and that also transferred to my clothing from the use of said chemical from the car seats. I then reached out to the company several times due to their 24 hour warranty in turn they rebuttaled every text in defense. I finally had to pay an additional $84 at cobblestone auto spa to re- shampoo the seats to remove the odor. Overall I paid $140 plus a $25 cash tip. Awsell as a additional $84 to have them re-shampooed by Cobblestone. I Would not recommend them or suggest any other individual using them. Im Very disappointed that the company did not honor their 24 hour warranty . In addition there was also a breakdown in communication because of a language barrier when I had spoken to them on the phone. The manager refused to call me when I requested it.I would not be surprised if they respond to this and claim the contrary. I have all the texts messages they were sending to me to provide everything in my defense. All I have said is true and nothing I have said was fabricated!

Kyle and his associate (sorry, I dont recall his name - I want to say, Chris?) did a phenomenal job detailing my Volkswagen CC last week. The car was in pretty rough shape and I needed to sell it within the week. As opposed to other detailing companies, they were immediately available and made the scheduling process super simple and convenient. Kyle and company arrived at my home on time, and worked their humps off in getting the car not only ready to sell, but as close to brand new as I have ever seen it! The only time it has ever been this clean and spotless is the day it rolled out of the factory. They worked for nearly four hours and the price was the exact price they initially quoted me at. The price did not increase due to the extra time needed, or the rough shape of the car. They simply worked until the job was done and then charged a fair and agreed upon price. That is the very definition of professionalism. Kyle and crew was such a delight to work with, and I will certainly be using them each and every time I need detailing work done.

I have an 03 Tundra. I have had it for 8 years and have never gotten a wax / polish done. There are plenty of detailers out there that will tell you theyll do this and that etc..These guys really do live up to their reputation. They show up on time, with everything possible needed. They inform you of exactly what theyre doing and how theyre going to do it. The results are exceptional and the customer service is some of the best out there. Scheduled an appointment at 8am and they confirmed it via email. I called them the night before and had a question. I left a message and they never called back. 8am comes and goes and they never show up. I called twice and left two messages. No response. Finally at 8:35am the guy shows up.Update: The company did contact me and apologize for not returning my calls and the tech apologized for being late. The interior detail on my Jeep was really well done. They did a great job removing the pet hair. Despite the communication issues I would use them again.

Absolutely incredible experience. My wife got our Volvo XC90 detailed as a birthday gift. I’ve never had a car detailed and I can’t believe I’ve been missing out all these years. They took 1.5 years of long drives, dog carrying and baby messes and made the car look like it did the day we bought it. We got the Gold Package (interior and exterior). So amazing we are having our other car detailed as well. The price is totally fair compared to others and the outcome couldn’t possibly be better. Michael was our detailer. He was nice and very detail-oriented. They even reschedule the day because it was raining. Very flexible and care about their product and customer experience. Great birthday present, great quality, and great price!

We called Kenyon Mobile Detailing to detail our 08 Ford Escape were getting ready to sell. Kyle was extremely responsive, came out to our place (in New River!) and completed the work the same day. He arrived on time, was polite and professional, worked hard for several hours and made an amazing transformation on our little SUV! The interior looks brand new and the exterior is gorgeous. (We live in the country, with mud, dust, and dogs, and the truck needed some serious love, so the transformation was night and day). Our expectations were exceeded at every step of the way, we will definitely call Kyle again for detailing our other vehicles, and we highly recommend Kenyon Mobile Detailing to anyone looking for excellent results and outstanding service.
