Ive had my car get body work done at this place twice now. Absolutely nothing to complain about from my experiences. Their work is great but what I really favored about this place is transparency. They are easy to get a hold of.

I was involved in a hit and run, front passenger side of the car was hit hard. Took it to Chaneys. They do awesome work. Dependable and professional. I would recommend anyone to them!

I took my car in to be fixed because my family has previously had a very good experience with this shop and their work on their cars. So, I thought it would be in good hands. I was wrong. I was lied to repeatedly by the staff about the status of my car and what was actually going on. Every time I called in I received a different answer that did not correspond with what I was previously told. When I picked up my car from being “repaired and washed” it still had damage that was not touched and looked like they just ran a water hose over the car and didn’t dry it. After expressing my concern about my car not being fixed correctly I was told I would receive a call back the next day. I actually had to call them to follow up about getting my car completed. Once I dropped of my car i was told it would be a quick 1 day job. I just got my car back 4 days later. I have asked for a manger multiple times to express my concerns about how I’ve been treated and have yet to receive any call back.

They were very helpful. Missy was great and kept us informed. Thank you for making our bad luck turn around and getting our truck fixed.

I have been impressed with how thorough and organized my experience with Chaney’s has been. They have made this experience as stress-free as possible for me. All I had to do was bring the car in and they did the rest! Would definitely recommend.

Went in for repairs after someone rear ended me. The estimate was quick, and service just as speedy. In less than a week I went from estimate to car complete and they even detailed the inside! Repairs look good as new!

This place does great body/collision work on vehicles. Paint jobs match with the rest of your car. Dean is the collision man and hes very professional, friendly and excellent at his job. A huge thanks for taking care of the Lexus, 2 different times in a 1 month period!!

Aaron and workers did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle . I had a small fender bender and was anxious about getting it done. I was so impressed with their professionalism, Service and desire to make us happy. They went the extra mile to accommodate our wishes. That goes a long way. I ended up on the wrong side of the tracks and had to detour around them. I arrived about 3 mins before closing and they still let me clean out my car, helped me move the seats down to access the trunk, etc.

My door doesn’t fit correctly after service the store rep told me they would blend my surrounding panels to ensure color match they did not do so and it’s noticeable the rep Dominic wasn’t professional and had a attitude. he did communicate descent throughout the process I recently posted a 1 star I was upset still not happy but I received a call from a manager I would assume he offered to look at my truck and cone up with a solution so I’m changing to a 3 star for the offer I simply can’t be without my truck and will have to live with it

Dean and his fellow coworkers are all very hard workers and helped my family with multiple cars. My car needed special parts and he made sure everything was done so that the car could look as new as possible. The body work and paint was great and I cant even tell that a new part was even melded in. Dean is very professional and fixed a minor issue immediately. I would highly recommend this building when considering a collision repair shop.

Not only is the quality of their work great, but far more than that the staff is personable and really care. Aaron in particular had excellent attention to detail, always listened to anything I wanted addressed regarding the damages, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, even going so far as to offer me a ride when I planned to walk home after dropping off the car. They were quick to fix the damages, and responsive by both text and calling. I cannot sing the praises for this shop enough. If you want to feel valued beyond what revenue you bring a shop, this is the place.

Very good guys there. They did a good job on my truck. Couldnt even tell that it was hit. Fantastic job, you know they do a good job of the got police cruisers outside that they fixed up waiting to be picked up. They were always texting and calling me letting me know what stage my vehicle was in, weather it would be buffing it or in the body shop, etc. They also had my truck washed and parked underneath their garage waiting for me to pick up. Highly recommend!.

Lets get to the important part. The quote they gave us readily accepted by the insurance company. The work that they did was outstanding the car is in better shape than it was when we took it in. They even help us out with a lock knob came off and a scrape that had nothing to do with it. For us its a good location easy in easy out. Very good at communicating as we went along how things were going. All in all could not have asked for a better experience would highly recommend them.

Chaneys kept me notified every step of the way of when to expect my vehicle back. They even went above and beyond adjusting the hood so it was perfect and even topping up the AC for us. We will definitely use them again in the future if we need more body repair work.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of having my car repaired. I received text messages for each stage of the quote and progress reports as the work moved forward. When I dropped off my car to be repaired, the office notified the car rental business who sent a Lyft to pick me up. (I had rental car coverage through my insurance company). Chaneys completed the work earlier than estimated. The body damage was not even noticeable and my tri-color pearl paint was a perfect match. The office and restroom were also very clean. I DO NOT recommend Chaneys Auto Body...cut a huge hole around the left rear lights...they took away my option to keep the car which was perfectly drivable with NO DAMAGE to the rest of the car...the lights even still worked...he knew i wanted keep it if possible and maybe paint it. There had to be a different way to see if there was more damage. Somebody should have called me first!

I was in a small car accident and had damage on my rear bumper. My car is black so the scratches from the white vehicle that hit me really stood out. John with Chaney’s Collision Centers on 61st ave and Glendale was able to help me get my car repaired and got me into a rental through the insurance so I would not be left without transportation. Damage to vehicle during repairs. I was basically called a liar when I confirmed damage was not there prior to bring it in.Repair and paint job was wonderful...talented technicians but management very unprofessional.

They were all very accommodating. They got my job done quick and efficiently. Also kept me posted the entire time they had my car.

Not the greatest experience. My truck had a bent wheel and they still suggested that the truck was drive able. In fact not knowing the dangers of driving a vehicle with a bent wheel they still let a technician drive my truck before replacing the bent wheel.

The whole process with them was super easy! Fransisco was super nice and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend getting anything done with them!

I was hit in my 17 Nissan Maxima and was referred to Chaney’s by my insurance company. They were quick on their feet got an estimate right over to the insurance and I was ready to go. They repaired my vehicle quickly and I was really impressed and satisfied with all the work they did. I will admit I was a complete brat and frustrated but John really talked me “off the ledge” and made sure the process was as painless as possible. Thanks again for everything Chaney’s!!

This. Place has an amazing grub of people and did an Amazing job on my truck. They were curtis and perfetional. I recomend there services.

They did a great job removing, detailing my front bumper. It’s a great place to do business my collision deductible was $1000 and the parts and labor came up $700 even so I save $300. It’s a privately own auto shop. Francisco gave me a ride home and explain the how my force caused the damage and he said about 15 miles. Sarah said she jumped on green light but the truck in front of her didn’t move forward. He got $3000 and now we’re stuck paying a $40 surcharge a month. She needs to pay attention to driving and not be on phone. Phone driving can cause fender bender. Phone driving distracts your mind to wonder away from the car in front of you. I am glad no one was serious injuries.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My car was perfectly fine up and running all of a sudden I get my car back and I need a new battery?? I’ve only had my car for a year it’s a 2017! Something don’t seem right on top of that when they where doing my repairs they took longer than what I was promised and did unnecessary repairs to get my insurance money since they where paying for it all. Some scammers they are.

My Jeep looks great. However, limited hours of availability and no shuttle.Also, left a bottle of cleaner open in the back seat (odd since the work was on the grill of the car and no one cleaned the car) spilled all over the seat- at least it wasnt bleach and the grill looks good.
