I went around and tried different places since Ive moved here a year ago. And this place is by far the best Ive experienced. Great People. Great conversation. Great Cuts. All around just Great Vibes. And no one likes that awkward silence at a haircut place. This doesnt happen there. Enjoy going there. Been there a few times. And itll be the only place Ill go now. Sarah has been cutting my hair for YEARS She is incredible at her craft. She is very professional and great at making you feel welcomed with open arms. My hair is THICK and she is always making it lay right. So dont listen to that doesnt know how to cut thick hair comment not only does she know how to cut thick hair but she would never tell a customer she couldnt. 10/10 would recommend her and her magic hands.

I went here two times with Sarah. The first time was pretty good. The second time was fine until she began to tell me how she was not proficient cutting thick hair like mine and proceeds to continue to thin my hair. As soon as she said that I knew I wouldnt be going back. Needless to say they second haircut was not good at all.

WOW! After years of searching, I finally found my hair guru! Ive been trying to find a master stylist without having to fly to NYC. I was searching the web and by accident or actually luck, I found Sarah, and even luckier she wasnt clear across town!! I met with her a few months ago and she wouldnt cut my hair until it grew out. My past hair cuts were always the same...no style or flair but a trim on the bottom and angled on the sides and huge gaps where they tried to take out the bulk by thinning. Anyone with curly hair understands you have to treat it differently than those with straight hair.After 2 months of having my hair grow out, I finally met with Sarah yesterday. She asked how I wanted it cut. Thinking good or bad I needed a decent haircut so I shut my eyes and said she was in charge. Took a while but she cut my hair with precision and an attitude that everyone that leaves her chair represents her brand. She has a lot of pride and attention to detail with every cut and in the end, it was the best haircut Ive ever had in my life! You bet Im a customer for life. Cant wait!!If youre looking for the one give Sarah a try. She will listen to you but also listen to her. She does know what shes doing and is the master I was looking for.

Made an appointment online for my husband for 10am today. He showed up at 9:50... waiting. No one came. 10:10 came around, and the place was dark and no one to be seen. Said on the door they opened at 10am also, but no call or anything.Be careful when booking here on Google, because no one seems to care to open the salon on time.

My boyfriend has been coming here for a while, and his hair always comes out great. We started bringing the kids and Im always so happy with their cuts. The ladies there are AMAZING and so sweet.

Not flexible at all with a walk in. Didn’t even need a hair cut just a line-up which would of only taken 10 minutes. I guess they really don’t care for new customers that could potentially brought in more business. Word of mouth goes a long way but not my lost.

Lauren did a fantastic job. Few people who cut my hair made a few mistakes that I didnt ask for, but it wasnt a big deal. However, when I came in with a different person, I tried for. Oh boy, I was impressed because she did understand specific and simple comments about what I wanted my hair to be. It is like she knows what Im talking about. I like the place lot better. Go here every two weeks since moving here about 3 months ago. Yes a little pricy but the cuts are great. The customer service is amazing. They do have military/first responder discounts so that makes the price on par. Would not go anywhere else.

Came in to get my hair cut. Granted i did not have an appointment. Their online app said 0 min wait. Came in one man getting his hair cut while 3 hair stylist standing around. Got there at 1550. Was told the earliest i could get my hair cut was 1640. Guess they dont want my money or business.

Having visited all other nearby barber shops I was hesitant to get my haircut at what I considered more of a salon than barber. Until I met Tanya. Tanya is amazing. She provides an excellent fade and clean line up with also including a gentleman style that surpasses any barber Ive been to before. Traveling a lot for business I make sure to try to fit in her schedule when I can. She makes sure to not only make sure your hair looks amazing, but makes the atmosphere comfortable treating everyone as a friend!

My husband and my son went there; I usually do my son’s hair but I decided to take my son there because he is letting his hair grow and we just wanted a little trim so it can grow with more form and I don’t have any training or anything so I didn’t want to spoil it. MISTAKE! Apparently “barbers” or whatever they call themselves don’t know how to use scissors anymore. It looked like my son was bitten by a goat, shorter on one side, you could see the rough cuts in the middle... I had to fix it a little bit at home. And as far as my husband goes, he didn’t like it either. He had to request the lady to fix it with the machine because her scissor job was poor therefore leaving the hair shorter than requested and still the “fix” was not successful. So pricey for nothing! I don’t recommend the place and certainly we are not going back.

The staff was very friendly. I made an appointment and was seen promptly. I asked for a head shave and a beard trim. The beard trim was decent though not very thorough. The head shave was very disappointing. It was not even remotely as good/close a shave as I do myself at home. Will not be returning.

Jasmine is a ball of red headed perfection. As a service member, I would rather get yelled at and wait a month for her to cut my hair rather than go to anyone else. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She is always happy and never tries to steal my soul like other gingers.

Had a cut and beard trim here. It was the best experience I’ve had and Daniela was amazing! This was the first time I’ve had a trim shave that didn’t result in razor burn or cuts. Daniela knows her stuff and I recommended you book with her if you want your beard to look good!

Tanya just trimmed my beard and mustache and feels/looks Great! two thumbs up. She listened and when I asked for advice she gave me her opinion and we went with it. She finished with a smooth beard oil by Woodlees and I liked it so much I purchased a bottle. My newly growing out beard feels and looks fuller and healthier. Im a repeat customer. Ive never have trouble getting in to get a cut. All of a sudden, you cant get in with these guys. I call in on saturday, the girl tells me not to bother showing up due to overbooking the appointments. I call in again on early monday in the morning and get told that they book to capacity for appointments and when I show up 2 hours before close the next day on tuesday, with only 1 customer in the chair and a barber sitting in the back, i get informed that the barber is new cant get to me in time because of another appointment thats set for a half hour after i arrived. The entire time, no one tells me about the policy thats on the register that theyll take a walk in if an appt doesnt show up. When I ask, they still turn me away. I dont think any standard male haircut should go over a half hour in the chair. So instead, she went back to her seat. So much for repeat customer retention.

Felt at home here. 15 min wait that i was ok with i walked in and they scheduled me up asap. The customer service here is a huge plus. Appointments are recommended with a reasonable 5 to 15 min wait.

Friendly staff. I couldnt make a reservation with Google so I called, and didnt have to wait when I arrived. Haircut was decent, but not great. It doesnt sit quite right in a few spots, which makes me consider when Ill get my next haircut. Not bad enough to grab the scissors myself yet though.

I cannot think of a worse way to schedule clients. I scheduled a 3:30 appointment time in advance online and when I showed up (5 mins early) for my appointment I was told I would have to wait because a walk-in showed up a couple minutes before me. Whats the point of scheduling??? I could have come a few minutes earlier, but I waited until my scheduled appointment time and ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seen. Im writing this post because this is the third time that this has happened. I wont be going back.

This place has really improved with the new management. The staff are always happy and friendly. They have an app that makes it quick and painless to make an appointment too. They take walk-ins aswell, but there is usually a little bit of a wait that way.

Mens Ultimate Grooming is a great place to get a haricut. My only problem is that they dont have any Walk-in stylist. I was told I would have to wait 3 hours until a available stylist. A bit ridiculous if you ask me.

I made an appointment at 1230 and walked out at 1250. Theres no reason to have an appointment system if its ignored. There were two barbers and one client and I was still waiting and not tended to in any fashion. First impressions count heavily and I will not only never be back but will discourage anyone else from going.

Normally I DO NOT write reviews. I came in as a walk in, I let them know I looking for a new place to get my haircut. The lady that checked me in seemed less than excited on a friday afternoon and gave me a luke warm reception; they werent busy so im not sure why the dull attitude. She funnelled me off to the girl cleaning windows and the work stations. She was nice and pleasant but as the haircut progressed I realized she definitely was not an expert. She talked me into the full treatment which was a total waste of money and time. After my wash she proceeded to put some sort of gel in my hair, smashed it down with her hands and sent me on my way. Now for clarity as I sat in the chair it appeared to look Okay but again I had gel smashed in it so I couldnt really evaluate. After I arrived home I realized this was one of the worst haircut i have ever had from a place touting ultimate mens grooming. My hair was not cut in many places, uneven on top, blending was horrible, sides were uneven, sideburns different length, hairline crroked, and the total service recieved from start to finish in my opinion was a ripoff. I have read the other 5 star reviews thats why I showed up; my advice to anyone walking into this place is ask for one of the names who got a good review or walk right back out. The fact that they have rookies working there tells me false advertising. I actually went to Sport Clips the next day and got it fixed. They told me I was the second person this week getting their haircut fixed from MUG. Save time and money go to Sport clips you actually get a massage, hot towel, and someone who knows how to cut hair, and blend it for business professionals. The manager and owners of this location need to do an audit of best practices for this business; very disapointed.

Was here for the first time today, I was welcomed by Amy, who could not have been any nicer, great vibe, good humor, overall really welcoming! The treatment I got was outstanding and I made the decision there and then that this is now 100% my go too!
