Showed up at 6:20pm and told cant cut your hair were going to close. Well the door says 8pm dont waste your time or money here

Took my daughters in for a simple bob. Older lady with short dark hair did fine. But other hairdresser I wasn’t too happy with. She seemed nice but she cut her hair so uneven and had my 6 year old stand for half the haircut! I had the older lady finish it off. Maybe she just needs more training idk.

I got a good haircut but I had to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. There was only 1 person working at the time of my appointment. Management should really look into this.

Overpriced. Double check your bill before paying, they don’t know how to charge correctly and then the owner emails you to be condescending. Just ignore this one all together and head over to Great Clips that’s on the same corner.

Lisa has been doing my hair for almost a year. She is AWESOME! I have challenging curly hair and she knows how to cut it so it always looks great. She is an excellent colorist, as well. I love to change my hair color regularly and she always gets it right. I always get great compliments on my hair. Ask for her when you go!

I have been a regular customer of this location for years. Walked in and was asked if I had checked in. I had not. And said I don’t use the app. Younger girl seemed annoyed. Told me I was up in a few mins. About 5 mins goes by and I am called. (Which was fine. Timing was not a problem). But I am now told I need a mask. Why not when I was signed in? Just lousy customer service. Won’t be back. Your loss.

Worst service ever we know covid-19 exist but dont make it seem worse than what its not if you are that scared stay home close the shop you just open 2 days ago people in health care field been working since day one go home! Come back when your ready to do your job

The business place clearly states that it closes at 8pm, so if I came at 7:50pm why did the workers there already locked the door and said they are closed? Guess what? Supercuts lost 1 more client permanently just now. As simple as that.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had . The girl cutting my hair had to have her co worker finish my haircut mid process. Co worker basically had to start the whole cut over because it wasn’t being done correctly. All I asked for was a low fade with a taper, a very simple haircut. Also the first girl could not seem to cut the hair around my ears ? She folded my ears over literally so many times that they became bright red, and still was not able to get that area of hair cut correctly .

Anna (Manager) is the best! The location would not be successful without her.

So I went into this store a few months ago and had a horrible experience. Rita was very helpful and really made a bad experience good. Rita recommended for me to come back and see her or Veronica to do my colors. Today I went back in because Im a believer in giving second chances. Veronica took such good care of me. She made me happy about my hair again. Thank you so much veronica. The other ladies in there are so nice also. I believe lisa and Anna were there.

Came in from El Paso Texas needing a haircut badly. It’s hard to trust someone but I came in here anyway. Veronica was excellent! Great customer service, took her time and was very professional. Left the place looking very clean and looking good. Highly recommend the place and of course Veronica.

My experience was awful, Manager Anna on 92 and northern was signing people in, I personally waited 30 mins, I was second In line, she was finished I assumed she would call my name, but she passed me by and called a older gentleman, I said was it a appointment she said no, she just thought better and other lady would get me, I was in aww, I had things to do, so I left, they didnt deserve my business, no matter what, she shouldnt be a Manager and wanted you to know you loss business because she Lacks the quility it takes to be one

This place has lost the ability to hear their customers. Used to come regularly but wont be back after three hack jobs

Im not picky at all with hair but the haircut I had was so bad i had to get my hair cut again somewhere else the next day. My coworkers had a good laugh. Didnt think as an adult Id ever have to experience this. Shouldve called in sick instead lol. Gf has curly hair and wanted a trim. Instead of saying we do not specialize in curly hair, the stylist went ahead and worked on her hair while complaining the whole time which made her feel awful after. The specialist we went to after said the trim was pretty uneven and bad. Lesson learned. This place superSUCKs.

If you have young children skip Ana and ask for Rita or Maria instead. Took in my boys for a hair cut 9/15/17. Ana was rushed, cutting corners to get to other customers, fussy and pushy. Her vocabulary is empatheically void and I will never let her cut my childrens hair again. I usually dont bother with reviews but this one couldnt slip by untold. Rita and Maria actually have grace and patience with children, theyre the only reason worth returning.

NEVER WILL I NOR MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY RETURN. I arrived 5 minutes prior to closing time due to a car accident traffic. The lady clearly saw me zoom in to park my car and run to the door, then she flipped the open sign to close. I asked her if I could please get a simple eyebrow wax. She hesitated and turned to her coworker and the coworker responded no were closed. I said its 5 minutes til closing, its not 8 pm yet. All they did was refuse service and say were closed. DONT ADVERTISE THAT YOU CLOSE AT 8pm IF YOU CLOSE EARLIER THAN THAT. Smh, no customer service. You couldve said it politely and not have publicly embarrassed me. Merry Christmas jerks 😘
