Lousy service. Husband and I go to a different branch and we end up feeling amazing sporting a new haircut. Decided to try this branch out and were very disappointed, they rushed our haircut (no one waiting so it wasnt busy) and they didnt even bother to style it. Not going back here again.

The hair stylist,Brianca (I guess) was very rude today with us. We had an appointment for 2:30 and she didn’t even greet us upon arrival. There was a gentleman waiting when we arrived and when the other hair stylist started cutting his hair I simply asked how much we have to wait and we had an appointment. Brianca said he had an appointment for 2:30 too, when I asked how is it possible that they give people appointments at the same time she told me that I can leave if I have a problem waiting and she doesn’t know what she has to do!Very disappointed with her behavior. I don’t know how they give people appointments at the same time (what is the point of making appointments with them) and misbehave customers.

Its hard to get my kids to sit still long enough to get a haircut but at Supercuts .it wasnt a problem! The staff was awesome! I would highly recommend!!!

I spied Shannon as I waited to be called and I could already see her attention to detail as she worked on another client. I only came in for a bang trim, but bangs can make or break a look...am I right? Shannon listened, and was wonderful throughout. I know whats its like to have a stylist do what he/she thinks is best and the end result was not what you had in mind. I alreadymy told my sister...Bangs = Shannon.

Ive been getting my hair cuts at Supercuts Glendale since they first open in Glendale, and the store was on Broadway back in the early 80. The staff there are simply the most curtious and profesional Ive experience. Supercuts has earned my loyalty. Thank you

Usually there is no receptionist at the front counter in order to save ownership money. The problem with this system is that the stylists have to leave their post in the middle of a cut in order to answer phones and greet new customers. On many occasions this has resulted in a less than stellar haircut. During one session my stylist left me a total of 6 times within a 10 minute period. Usually the cut would be fine but due to the lack of continuous focus on the job at hand, the haircut was sloppy and uneven.Today there actually was a receptionist. I called in at 10am to reserve a spot at 10:45am (They allow you to reserve a time slot if you call within 60 min of your desired reservation time). I arrived at 10:45 and waited 20 mins for my stylist, no problem. As I approached the chair the receptionist told me there was someone in front of me. I asked her why she did not inform me of this on the phone, that I would have come in later. She rudely exclaimed that walk-ins go first. I asked then what is the point of setting an appointment. With a silly smirk, she sarcastically said Its not an appointment, Its a reservation, as if these two statements dont mean exactly the same thing...... I bit my tongue and I walked out never to return.Welcome to Supercuts..... Cuts in Quality and Customer Service

Ive been coming to this location for about 10 yrs. Very friendly place, staffs are super nice. Cecelia & Suzie cuts my hair. And they both do an awesome job.

Very expensive place and quality of service is worse if not better than a 12-15$ hair cut, try great clips they are much better and cheaper than these guys.

I havent cut my hair for almost a year. I dont know what drove means going to Supercuts but I did. I was pleasantly surprised the woman cutting my hair was pleasant and she listen to what I wanted to check in with me multiple times on my hair. So, this particular Supercuts that gives 5 stars.

This is my go to place when needing a quick touch up or overall haircut. Cant meet clients looking like I have a mop on my head.

Ive been going to them for years, they have some staff that have been there since the beginning and some are new. Better to call in advance to check out the waiting time, sometimes they get booked. The stylists are friendly and will greet you with a smile, even when someone else is cutting your hair.

Gina is an amazing artist at her craft. Is very friendly and accommodating. Very talented, could compete with any high ticket salon.

Terrible customer service! The ladies there have attitudes if you expect even a little service. The only good person that cut hair there, Laura, left. And they wont even let me know where she works now. Really bad service. Go anywhere else if at all possible.

I was quoted for an under 30minutes wait. And after over an hour was still not helped and was left waiting. Dont worry though, they spent 15+minutes braiding a girls hair who had already gotten her haircut while Im left waiting and inevitably never got a haircut.Get a receptionist who knows what theyre doing and can quote proper times.I was also asked to pay in advance forcing me to demand a refund due to the fact I was never helped.Dont go supercuts.

Super dissapointed. I showed the stylist a photos of what I wanted, front & back, and she completely disregarded what I asked for. Now my hair is too short & ugly and I have to wait for it to grow before I can have someone else fix it. Total waste of time & money.

The woman I saw today rushed through my haircut and had a really uncomfortable and sometimes painful technique. she was nice enough I guess, but I feel pretty ripped off and my hair looks meh. id been once before and got a different girl and the experience was very good... but geez, ive never not enjoyed a haircut before.

I dont usually do this but I have had my hair cut at this location 3 times now, each and ever experience has been worst then the other. The mex. lady at the front seems like she dropped out of junior high. You will find yourself sitting for an hour while people that got there after you get there haircuts. Today she forgot to even write my name, and noticed 45 mintues later, so I had to write this.The workers are all amateurs its two old ladies that cant even see and one short midget looking girl that cant even reach your hair. And a homosexual guy...enough said. Worst place stay away, IMO.
