We have been going to this salon for years. We have NEVER had bad service here. One time it was an hour before closing so we were in kinda a rush my son got his hair cut and we rushed out. Little did I know i dropped 100$ out of my purse my husband got a call saying I dropped money and they would leave it open just for us to come back to get it. I was so grateful since it was all I had. We continue to go back and never any problems. Everyone so far is friendly, nice, professional and even get my kid to talk. Love this place. Another great haircut today!!!!

My son and I got haircut last weekend. I have been to several other locations and enjoy the service and atmosphere, which is why I wasn’t sure having seen some of the other reviews on here. But my experience at this store was great. Friendly girls, clean store, and great haircuts. My sons fade looked good and my beard trim was just how I like it. I will definitely go back.

The Glendale store is wonderful. I typically go to the Peoria location but I was in the area so I called and they were able to get me an appointment. The stylists here are great. I got the perfect hair cut for a great price. As always I really appreciate the way they suggest upgraded services like facials, scalp massages or eyebrow waxing that help me feel and look my best. I got the Kings treatment from Francine, and it was absolutely wonderful. She was so relaxing with two very lovely massages. The truly delightful conversation only added to the mellowing ambiance. Overall, if you find that barber shops are a bit wild Lady Janes is the place for you no doubt about that.

So my wife called this location asking if they do beard trims, which the lady said yes and their soonest appointment was at 2:30. When I arrived, I went to the chair and took my mask off, the lady said that I need to keep it on. I told her that my appointment was for a haircut and beard trim. She then informed me that they were not doing beard trims. I said that when my wife called, she asked if beard trims were available and they were. She then called the receptionist back and said that I asked for a beard trim, which that lady said that she never talked to a woman on the phone, and must of called the wrong store, but if my wife called the wrong store, then how would they have my information already for the appointment I made? This location is completely dead, and I can see why, horrible customer service. Avoid this location, the one in Peoria is way better and they do beard trims

I take my sons here, and the ladies do an amazing job. Would highly recommend to anyone. The prices are fair, and they make my sons comfortable, as well as conducting themselves very professional. What cool is they remember there clientele, so you’re not just a number. Thanks Lady Jane’s

I just had the kings treatment package with Kennia.This lady really knows what she is doing! She has the perfect touch for all of the treatments but especially the neck and scalp massage. She really takes her time and treats you like....well, a king. Not to mention she has a great personality and is very easy on the eyes😜I highly recommend Kennia for your next cut, shampoo, or the full treatment.

The lady butchered my hair I’ve been going here for 4 years. I came back to get it fixed Charlene tried and could quit get it. Came back a third time and was given an attitude. I own a business and at one time recommended everyone go here. I come across alot of people. But now I guess there quality and customer service just isnt important as it was at one time. I want my money back.

Worst haircut I have ever seen. The fade I asked Sarah to give my son was extremely choppy and patchy I really wish I took a picture to post. But luckily tabetha was available and willing to correct my 6 year olds haircut as best as she could. The pictures are after tabetha did what she could. You can still see the choppy parts.

I’ve always been skeptical of corporate barber shops, though when my Barber of many years shut down I went to Lady Jane’s because it was close to home. I was in a pinch and needed a haircut quickly. I’ll be the first to say I regret not coming in a lot sooner! The atmosphere is great and the staff does an excellent job cutting my hair. Lady Jane’s earned a customer after my first cut.

Joleen and Kennia were amazing! My son and I received great cuts today, Joleen made my son feel very comfortable even though he does not enjoy haircuts much. Kennia is very fast and perfectly nailed the look I was going for. It is also extremely clean in this shop, we will be back.

I would never go back. I had a horrible experience. I took my brother to get a haircut. The hairstylist was extremely rude even after I called to ask if we could both come in for a haircut. She continue to roll her eyes at my little brother as if he was bothering her. My brother is 22 but he is autistic. For a person to act the way she did was unacceptable. I never received a callback from anyone else after I called a few times to ask for a manager. Terrible customer service.

I went to Lady Jane’s after not being able to get a haircut because of the virus my hair was kind of long and I was presented with a barber named Khristy that worked there she was real friendly and a big smile on her face and did a hell of a job on my hair I would suggest anybody that needs a good haircut.. an excellent haircut to go see Khristy she’s one of the best!

Great service and great conversation. Normally I go to barber shops during the weekend but I got tired of having to wait 2 hours for a haircut. The crew is all ladies from what I could tell and they are all super nice. I got a shampoo and cut for about $20. Thats pretty reasonable in my book. Im definitely going back. Highly recommend this place.

Took my grandpa here for fathers day and they took very good care of him. He is hard of hearing and the girl that did his hair was very patient. She asked what he wanted and just made conversation. His haircut also turned out very nicely! The prices are very good as well. Id take him back for sure and my husband too

This was my first time at this location and for sure wont be my last. Kennia greated and set me right away, she was very informative of the services. Kennia not only gave me a great heir cut but the head and neck message allmost put me to sleep. She was very interactive and knew when to just let me be and enjoy my head message. It was like a little visit to heaven. Bottom line my visit was great and i look forward to revisiting in the futer. :}

I tried to like this place I really did. The first time I came here the stylist was awesome. Ive come back 5 more times trying to get something equivalent. All 5 times different stylists each time. I feel theres an ever rotating staff. I just didnt care for it. I also know you can schedule specific stylists but all the ones I would consider going back to do not work there anymore

Terrible customer service. I walked in and was not greeted in a positive manner. I was told that they were not taking any more customers even though they closed in an hour. I was told that that they were short staffed and only had two people to handle customers and this was the reason they could not take me as a customer. Completely rude to me. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new regular spot to get my hair cut. Good customer service does not include telling customers their problems with their operations and telling me to leave like that. I don’t need to know their operational problems.they could have said sorry and please come back again. They gave me no reason to ever come back and try them again. This is not how you get new customers and entice them to stay loyal to their business. I almost never provide feed back unless it is positive in nature and have rarely provided feedback when it is negative. I felt the lady I talked to was so rude I was compelled to make a statement regarding my treatment at this sub par establishment. I won’t be trying them again. Looked like a cool place but terrible customer service compelled me to never try this place again. Great way to not get some one to never come back. Thanks for making me feel horrible about trying your establishment. I am a loyal customer and keep coming back when I am made to feel like I belong there.

Dawn is a joke. Rude and has no idea how to cut hair. Every man in my life goes to this shop for hair cuts and each time they leave looking like a train wreck. They cannot execute a fade to save their life and use terms incorrectly like they aren’t licensed to hold a set of clippers. Absolutely terrible. Save your money!!

I know that everyone is still getting used to the new regulations surrounding COVID19, but when I made my appointment, I did so expecting to be offered the hot towel for my face, the shampoo and scalp massage, and/or to have my neck shaved with a razor. Yet, I was offered NOTHING beyond the haircut I had scheduled. The stylist was friendly enough, and she did a decent enough job, but I didnt feel like my patronage really mattered or was appreciated. I arrived 1/2 hour early for my appointment, but I still wound up waiting for an additional 15 minutes past my appointment time, supposedly due to the new sanitation procedures put in place by the Health Department. That very well could have been the case. Still, I feel that the two staff working there really didnt want to be back to work yet and that the new regulations really bugged them. Even though I received an acceptable haircut, I wont be going back to Lady Janes, at least not the one off Peoria Ave and 59th in Glendale, AZ. I would rather let my hair grow out all scraggly-like than to go back there for another ho-hum, just-above-the-bare-minimumally-acceptable-standards haircut experience.

I have been to this location several times. I unfortunately could not go see my regular girl. I asked for my usual low fade to zero and clean up the sides. She then decided i needed a high and tight. When i tried to bring this up she had the nerve to ask me Do you even know what you are asking for. I didnt have the patience to tell her that i have in fact had my hair cut before and i have worn a high and tight for 5 years of my military career. She was garbage and ruined any chance of me returning. Its one thing to just flat out be bad at your job but to be insulting on top of it is another level of irredeemable.

When she was doing the back part of my head she cut my neck with the electric trimmer at first I only felt weird stings didnt care much but then when a friend saw my neck and she took tis picture of the left part and there are cuts on the right side of my neck as well not recomended at all

Got a terrible haircut today. My usual barber was out of town and I had heard the ads for this place on the radio. I figured I would give them a shot. The barber up-sold me on the extra services promising that any corrections that may be necessary Are more easily seen after a shampoo and conditioning, the place had pretty poor lighting in comparison to the shop I normally go to. Honestly I thought she did a good job and even tipped her well, but once I got in my car I could see that I need to get a better haircut or wear a hat until it grows out. I spent nearly $53 for a haircut shampoo/scalp massage and tip. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Always under staffed...went yesterday afternoon around 5 to find a note on the door saying theyd be back in 15 min because they went to lunch...waited 20 min but nobody showed up

Upon arrival I was greeted by an angry. Troll that was rude and disrespectful to me. Sarah was my barber today and im very pleased by my haircut.. The troll has many tats of which is ok except her mouth. Im not talkin about Sarah. She knows who she is.

Only ever been to one once and they had no idea what they were doing. Even got the shave because I thought it was tailored to men. A messed up haircut and a bloody neck later I still paid for the work but that was awhile back hopefully theyve gotten better 🤣

Hands down, this is the best place for a great haircut. My old stylist here had moved on and that is when I had the privilege of meeting Kennia. I am not so easy to please and she is the most attentive and patient stylist. Definitely recommend her! I even had a family emergency that required an immediate haircut on a week night and upon arrival, I found out that Kennia was off that day. Joy stepped right in and I got the great haircut with the same quality service. You can not go wrong here. Great Ladies & impeccable service.

This review is strictly based on my last visit. Prior to that I would have given them 5 stars. The last haircut I got there was horrible. Had to correct the lady twice and still did not get the haircut I asked for, neither did she shave the back of my neck which I thought came with the haircut. Experienced friendly staff provide a good haircut that is guaranteed. I received a cut and wanted it shorter. I called the next day and they said to come back in and was given a knew cut no charge. A little more expensive than great/super cutters type places but worth it.

Im bald and asked for a straight razor shave on my head and face. First time in 18 years that I get it done professionally. They used a foil shaver and trimmer to shorten it, then applied shaving cream and basically just took off the shaving cream with the blade. I felt like I had a day of stubble when I left. They charged me $40 and I even tipped her really good. Today I went to a real barber and they showed me what a real straight razor shave is like. How can you treat people like they are dumb? I should get my money back. Im glad we have reviews. If your dumb and like sports, this is your spot!

This is my first time there today. My first impression was how clean the building was, and my little girl Ava loved the chairs, she said they were very comfortable. My stylist Consultant was Kennia. What a great experience. She listened to my concerns for about 10 minutes, she explained the process and she did an amazing job on my hair. I’m very happy with Kennia’s service because she was professional and cool.

Almost never disappointed when I leave here. I walked him one time and walked out because you told me it was a stupid long wait and I went elsewhere but other than that, I usually get my haircut here. Never really by the same person either they all do a good job. I think four or maybe five lady’s have cut my hair now. My lady loved the last hair cut the best though. Wonder which one of that! Lol!

Let me stay by saying I drove quite a way to have this experience, I love a great haircut. Friendly staff and good music. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised that there was ample parking, I had read some reviews on the internet and they were nothing but stellar. I got out of my car brimming with excitement for this AMAZING haircut I was about to receive, when I walked up I noticed that THE PLACE WAS CLOSED!!!!! What the hell Google you couldnt have maybe indicated that, when I looked it up? There were boxes stacked up inside and it looked like it had been vacant for a while. I am beyond irritated and I still have stupid long hair.

Joy and dawn are my go to when I go here. Never once had a bad cut from anyone there. I don’t mind sitting there longer because they’re making sure i look good when I leave. If you want to be rushed out go to sport clips.

Horrible experience. I usually go to another location which Ive never had anything but good experiences with, but today I figured Id try this location and it was a mistake. The lady I had didnt shave my neck which Ive always gotten and she didnt even do my part after I reminded her twice. I definitely will not be back to this location.

Ive been coming here for several months now, and had my first bad experience . I wasnt happy with my haircut I received yesterday. I came back in today, and was met with nothing but positivity and professionalism. Dawne got right to work....and the result was better than expected. Hey, Its about the same cost at Great Clips, and I am excited about having a good old fashioned straight razor neck shave... more after my cut.

I waited 2 hours to see Joy, but was told she had appointments all afternoon and could not cut my hair. I understand being booked, but making me wait 2 hours before telling me she was unavailable is unacceptable. I will never use a Lady Janes again, and will encourage friends and family to avoid this business.

Scheduled an 1pm appointment I arrived 5 minutes early and was advised it would be at least a 20 minute wait maybe 30 minutes. Unfortunately one of our stylists called out sick. Be nice to know that ahead of time when I made the appointment.
