Lets just say I left with a buzz. To clarify I mean I got a basic buzz off all your hair haircut, but I also left in a positive mood. The man working there, Aaron, was kind and kind people are cool.

I asked for a shoulder length layered cut. The longest of the hair I have left goes to about halfway down my neck, the rest of my hair is chin length. I even showed her what I wanted (it was on a poster in their salon) and ended up with nothing like I asked. Would not return here, even if it was free.

Great stylist not from AZ. She did wonderful on my daughters hair. Used unconventional method. Turned out great.

Good quick haircut. Make sure you make an appointment that morning on line, or youll be waiting!

Although I had to wait it was well worth it. The poor stylist was by herself because of the other one was sick. She did a great job and I got a supercut

I like this place. Its close to home and the staff are super chill and friendly. I go for an undercut look and trust anyone whos working to cut it. Ive never been disappointed and leave feeling confidently dapper. 10/10 good vibes and pleasant experience.

The girl that works here burned my moms forehead with a curling iron. The hair cut was just okay. But the hair style was awful. My 5 year old could have done it better. I even showed her picture what my mom wanted. We wont ever go there again.

I took my son here for a cut about a month ago. There were two women working. Our stylist was a younger brunette. She didnt speak to myself or my son at all other than to ask how short he wanted his hair. It felt like we were bothering her. When she was done and it was time to pay I was looking at the products by the register and she seemed irritated by that. That she had to wait a second while I considered buying something, so I didnt buy it. Very stand offish and not personable at all. It was not a good experience. We wont be back. When youre working in Customer Service youve got to be good with people! We have so many choices nowadays that if you dont provide good service a customer wont come back. Without your customer you have nothing. Business Management 101 lol. After reading the reviews it seems that considering new staff is long overdue.

I have been coming to this salon for several years now and I have nothing to say but great things. My stylist Kat is awesome! I always get exactly what I want. The other stylists that work there are always freindly and have a good vibe. Two thumbs up!

I would give this location zero stars if it were possible. I took my three kids in to get a haircut and they refused to see them if they sat on my lap. I usually go to great clips which is down the road. But this was closer at the time. I will never return here again.

I regularly see Anna. She is an amazing stylist! One of the BEST & (Ive seen many over the years!) Knows what shes doing.. cut, style, color. Great store!

Ive been going to this location for years and the staff hasnt been so great for about the past year. Im not usually one to complain but every time I go in I walk out thinking why do I keep coming back, the staff is so unprofessional. Last Friday I went in and Ivana, who is helping out from another location, was absolutely amazing! She was pleasant, patient, professional, and just what that store needs! I walked out thinking, why cant I feel that way every time I leave here? Oh, and she did a great job on my hair as well!

I really didn’t like the lady that cut my hair she cut it really bad and I was very mad about the outcome of the hair cut it was shorter than I told her and she gave me choppy layers that looked like she cut it with a butcher knife and I will never come back here again and it’s waste of money and I would never recommend coming to this place EVER and JUST TO REMIND YOU all of your employees don’t know how to cut hair because if you want to make money I suggest you hire better people to get the job done CORRECTLY thanks you for ruining my hair and yes I understand it will grow back but now I have to waste more money to get it fixed because the hair cut was that bad come on get with it super cuts it’s not cool to keep doing that to customers and you know that most of your ratings on this website are one stars and you know you deserve zero so please just cut hair better next time and I pray for your next customer that walks into your doors because they are in for a haircut they will never forget because it will be that bad sorry not sorry but also I would like to add that i would rather cut my own hair and no matter how bad it turnes out it will still be better than how this haircut turned out

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Anna, supposedly the manager cut my hair. Actually only wanted my bangs cut. She asked me how short, but didnt ask me how much of a bang I wanted. She just did a straight across cut, including hair from further back that I was growing out. Did not blend it in with the sides or texterize it. I could have done a better job myself. When I told her I was not happy, all she wanted to do was argue with me. For a manager, she was unprofessional, At least she could have done was apologize, but no, all I got was attitude. Usually not a rude person, but Anna, you suck at cutting hair and being a manager. Keep in mind, you make money by good sevice!!

Took my grandma here for a shampoo and hair cut and Jennifer treated her so well and did an amazing job with the haircut.

Ive used multiple locations for the Supercuts chain. Ive been visiting supercut locations for approximately 20 years Ive only had one bad experience... It was NOT at this location. I will return here again.

I called to get my highlights done when i called they lady that answered asked me what time i would like to come in I told her 2:30 she said ok see you then I get there 5 mins early check in and waited for 1 or the 2 people working to finish with the customers they were working on then Angela became available and called someone else I told her I had an appointment at 230 she proceeded to let me it is first come first serve I said then why was I asked what time I wanted to come Im not sure about anyone else but thata an appointment to me so then Angela started being very rude and disrespectful

I went here for a haircut and the girl was so rude and gave me a 5 min. haircut...I was treated horrible..will never go back...she acted like she was bothered...she needs to find a different job..the salon overall had a very cold and uninviting feeling to it..

The girl got it right the first time and did it well. Professional and friendly.

If you have time to wait while the two people cutting hair hang out in a break room or chot chat leaving customers in the chair and several waiting. Its your place to kill a few hours!
