I had my daughters sweet 16 there last Friday and I was beyond amaze with their service and professionalism. The lights, the dance floor, made everything look beautiful. Fully stocked bar, the food was great. They were excellent in every aspect! Definitely a night to remember. Royal Palace Rocks!!

I was really impressed by the level of service and professionalism I experienced last night.I attended a wedding last night and out of the thousands of wedding I have attended, this one was the best.This wedding hall is very unique. I guess they got a very smart management that is able to be on the top of everything.To start with the valet parking was super great. I even forgot something in the car and they had to get the car and re park it again patiently.The entrance is very neat and elegant, restrooms were very clean at all time.The hall itself was very well organized, the staff never stopped back and forth watching for anyone needs anything. Refilling drinks before people even ask, removing dirty plates, getting clean ones right away and getting hundreds of types of food.The food was an enormous plus 👍👍. The deal was to serve food Mediterranean food at all times while the food was extremely delicious.The DJ was the best ever and he put the wedding on fire 🔥 with his great talent of mixing music 🎶 and energy all night long, that made even elderly couldnt resist to dance 💃One of the guys got drunk and dropped off a drink on the dancing area and in no time one of the managers was there with one of the staff cleaning it without stopping the dance.The staff had a few coordinators that were sure to be on the top of every step lighting, videos, pictures, music, family speeches, food, drinks, any requests, etc and be sure the wedding would go flawless.I was really impressed by the level of service and professionalism I experienced last night

This place was definitely not the place to rent to enjoy with family. The food is horrible the service is trash and the employees are so rude n disrespectful. Make sure you check what you bring because Im the end they will keep all your own bought alcohol.

Its a nice hall. However, Ive been here twice for two completely different events (work event & a wedding) and there wasnt much difference done to the decor, aside from the lighting. The bar is tiny and theres 1 bartender attending to everyone, so the line can get pretty long. Restrooms are clean and valet is fast. For both events, the food was the same. Bland. Not much taste to it. They serve it family style, which is fine, but they overpack the table with appetizers and 75% of it werent even touched. I would go elsewhere for any event I would host and get more bang for my buck.

This venue is extremely well appointed. Intimate yet large enough to seat a large gathering for a wedding reception, anniversary or sweet sixteen / Quinceañera . Food! At least 5 courses! However, I lost count to be honest! Mediterranean style cuisine and elegant appetizers served by very well trained staff. I would highly recommend this location for the next important event you are planning 😊!

This is an awesome venue! I was working as an MC at this venue last night and I have to say it is very nice, clean, elegant, and friendly. Valets really cheap and the food was amazing! Serge (the manager and possibly the owner?) Was really nice! Servers were very accommodating and very professional. They all seemed very well trained. The venue is huge so its perfect for a big party. They have great lighting and smoke machines available at your disposal. I definitely recommend this place.

Just recently came here for a cousins wedding and absolutely loved it. I’ve been to many banquet halls in glendale over the years since i live here but this one really stood out because of the amazing service from the waiter at our table who came by every 5 mins to ask if we need anything. And then food was phenomenal, everything tasted fresh and amazing, even the appetizers they had placed before we got there. Awesome place and awesome time.

My wedding reception was at Royal Palace on September 24, 2011. I must say the second I booked the hall with the manager, I felt at ease. He was so helpful and wanted everything to be exactly what we wanted for our big day. Not to mention the great price compared to other halls. The day of my wedding one of my highlights was walking into the hall! It was beyond anything I could expect or dream of. Absolutely beautiful! The service and food was amazing. I have been to many halls were you don’t feel so well the next day because bad food. Royal is NOT one of them. Everything came out really warm and tasted great. To this day my family and friends still talk about my wedding day & reception. I am looking forward to future events in my life so I can rebook Royal Palace! I would highly recommend anyone who wants to have a memorable event at a chic hall with high-end management, service and great food.

WOW, I was there on 04/21/13. had the greatest time of my life. beautiful place, loved the lighting.The tables were filled with different types of food and IT WAS KEEP COMING. it seemed that it would never stop.I loved the customer service that was provided by the management. checking on every table making sure nothing is missing or has been left out.great job and very organized DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

I was invited here last week, had one of the best time of my life. Everything was great, there is absolutely no complains about anything. The LED lights were amazing. I am glad there was valet parking and very neat and nice to have them. Overall the service was excellent and I definitely RECOMMEND this place to everyone.

First of all I have to mention, we looked for a venue for few months before we found Royal Palace, since our first visit we knew it was the place for our special day, our wedding was October 17,2014 and it was perfect!!! the staff and the food were amazing. food didnt stop coming and everyone was super friendly all my guest wont stop talking about the beautiful venue and the amazing food, Thank you Royal Palace for making our special day a true fairy tale one of the happiest days of my life, I will highly recommend this place to everyone, Armen will take good care of you.

Beautiful banquet hall. I was there for a wedding that was like a page ripped out from a fairytale. However not only is it a great spots for weddings but parties of all sorts.Servers always checking and making sure you get everything you desire. Book it now!!!

Went to Royal Palace on Sept. 2 on Monday for a birthday event and it was my first time there and all I have to say is that I was amazed by their professional valet service and how nice and quick they were, I loved the design of the banquet hall and how there was different kinds of food on the table and how it kept on coming and the waiter/waitresses kept on changing my plates to new ones and they were always by the table if we needed anything. I loved their service and food and I would plan on doing my future events at Royal Palace. This place is a great establishment. 5 stars all the way!!!

Food and services good. how ever the drinks are poured light and the bartender kept walking away to run the clock. open bar from 7 to 10 but they seemed to cut corners at every possible moment. only one bartender. it seems as thought they have taken 0 responsibility and keep reiterating that they have never had a complaint in 20 years. in actuality theres raitings of 3 stars and under where they seem to scold as opposed to taking constructive criticism. the bar area is roomy enough for more than one unhappy bartender. also pretty sure they have a few ghost profiles raising their raiting average.

We had a post wedding ceremony at Royal Palace on January 2017. The management and the services were excellent and very friendly, The food was delicious and more than enough. The price was reasonable and the owner, and the manager were present all the time and were very helpful. I would recommend it for any gathering. Thank Armen and all the staff.

I attended Royal Palace on Friday. I was amazed by the way the venue look. Most shocking for me was the lighting. The food was very tasty and it was being served nonstop. The management was excellent and was on top of everithing. This place is highly recommended by me.

Walked in here for the first time and we knew it was the perfect place for us! Serg and Armen (the owner) were so great! Answered all our questions and gave us a tour! He is a very easy person to talk to and very attentive! Having had 4 friends of ours referring us to this place and the 4.5 stars, there is definitely a reason its very well liked! Loved how everything is included in the price; food, alcohol, linens, chairs, lighting, super cool led dance floor, projectors and pastries!

Amazing food

Well I was invited here last sunday and wow. I loved everything about the place man, the lights made you feel like you are in a club during the dances, it changed from fast hip hop, to calm, and from calm to other dancing moods. The food was probably one of the best mediterranean food I have had. Service was amazing and the waiters were friendly guys fun to talk to, and they made sure that everything was on point at the table. I think I am going to host a party here for myself really soon. Valet Parking is a fraud!!! They charge you $6 even for self parking. Attendant gets aggresive about taking your car keys. I wouldnt trust them.

This place is awful in every way. We were at a wedding on Saturday and it was the worst. Everyone complained about cluster phobia. Our table had 12 people and non of us had any room to move are arms we kept hitting each other. The chairs we so uncomfortable we preferred to stand. The food was absolutely awful we came home so hungry. It seemed old and the salads just didnt have the right taste, the cook would get no starts from me. The hall was so crowded with 270 people and they couldnt bother turning on the air conditioner, we were fanning ourselves with the cards. I wouldnt go to an event here ever again.

Been to about 5 wedding here grate food 5+ grate service 5+ a little outdated inside but overall very goodDecided to do a wedding on October 30th Sunday of this year paid $1000 deposit, but had to change it to Saturday and since they didnt have any Saturday available I asked if I could do it somewhere else and get half of deposit back, I was told that I will get it back, but after I found another place and paid for it I was told the opposite so ended up loosing $1000 instead of $500So if you want good food and service and ok with how everything looks its a good place but if something happens they will not work with you so make sure you sign a legal document that will say what they tell you on the phone they will do for you !

Before I start writting about my experience at Royal Palace, Please let me tell you this, that who ever wrote negative stuff here should be ashamed because theyre not even truthful with themself. One of them said that they were changing the dishes every 2 minutes,, well, they want you to have always clean dish and not eating all kinds of foods in one dish and not be able to get a right tast of every food and to keep your table clean and neat like a Royal dinning but you guys dont get it because you like to eat like animals perhaps..Last Friday March, 1st 2013 was my wedding at Royal Palace and the food and the service was exactley like Royal tread.. All my guest were AMAZED about the quality and the quantity and the selections of the foods.. 2 of my guest already reserved this place for their party.Armen is the leader of such a great place and he delivered everythings that he promissed to me about the friendly services and great food and not be worry about anyone not eating enough. He told me that he will work with me in every aspect of my party and he did.Before I decided for royal Palace me and my wife did check several other places and none of them could offer anthing even close to Royal Palace and everyone asking tips for the waiters and pay for the drink or even if you bring your drink you had to pay them as well,, but at Royal Palace is everything included your package and you have peace of mine all the way..Mr Armen,, Thank you so much for treat my guests like a Royal guests and I will always remember you as a MAN OF HIS WORDS. I want to thank your brother as well, he was checking everythings and he was on the top of every table to make sure that the table having enough foods and drinks.. Royal Palace is the worst restaurant in Glendale. The food is nasty. If you go there you would feel very uncomfortable because of staring problem of management. The owners just stand in front of the doors and stare at people. Very low class.
