I am having this place for our birthdayOctober 30th and 25th

Terrible customer service. Its like they dont even want your business!I was supposed to be contacted by Linette two days ago..finally after contacting them ten times, they transferred me to Hayk. After reviewing packages with him, we agreed on a package. I asked him to send me a menu via email. After hanging up, I got no response so I contacted him again to make sure he had the correct email. After asking him to please send the menu so I can review with my husband, he advised hes sending it now. Three hours have passed and no response from him.So sad to see how the customer service here has gone down the drain. Will never do business here again.

I had my wedding there and the staff here definitely knows what they are doing. They are very professional and can help you plan the simplest event to the most complicated with all the bells & whistles with ease. They know the hall, the dimensions, the tables and what you can and can not do to ensure you and your guests maximize the best of your time there. As far as the event, the catering was great and the staff was on point. They were attentive and made sure each table got the attention it deserves. The team at LA Banquets went above and beyond and I will definitely make sure any and all future events I do be coordinated through them. They have multiple venues that can meet any size event you may have. Although I only dealt with Le foyer Ballroom, I am sure that this professionalism carries throughout the company.

I hosted a large Banquet for the company I currently work for at the Glenoaks Ballroom. The planning of the event was simple with Anoush Catering. Their chef was amazing at working with some custom food ideas I had. We did have a tasting, which was more than necessary in my opinion. They went all out with their tasting presentation! Most of the food was fantastic and worth the upgrades. We had a full sushi station which was pretty cool. We had asked for a better looking bar set up, which they were accommodating to this. The venue was easy to work with.

My husband and I got married at Legacy Ballroom this past weekend and Anoush catered it. Let me just say that the food was absolutely amazing! Everyone keeps talking about it and we had midnight snacks (sliders, mac n cheese, truffle fries) that were also great! The food kept coming out and it was nicely presented. At the end of the night, Hobo made sure that they packed us food to go! I would defensively use Anoush Catering again for any of my catering needs.

I attended a wedding at Anoush and loved everything about this place! Absolutely amazing service and tasty food! It was family style, We had over 20 appetizers and then many different hot dishes followed. Everything tasted great! Also they had many vegetarian/vegan food options. Banquet hall was stunning as well. One of my favorite wedding venues in Los Angeles!

DO NOT RECOMMEND ANOUSH BANQUET HALLS & CATERING to anyone. Due to unanticipated and extenuating circumstances of COVID-19 that the contract did not discuss directly, we are being denied a refund of our $9,300 for a canceled wedding. They stated that they will keep our money for five years and we have to use it for a birthday or anniversary as its “not their fault that the governor closed venues.” They proceeded to say that there’s “nothing I can do about it because they have lawyers.” ANOUSH BANQUET HALLS & CATERING is profiting from a pandemic.Due to COVID-19 restrictions and health concerns, ANOUSH BANQUET HALLS & CATERING cannot perform the couple’s September 13th wedding and breach the contract due to a wedding that will never occur.ANOUSH BANQUET HALLS & CATERING is taking advantage of couples and families and profiting from this public health emergency at the expense of a young couple.Force Majeure Provisions state that a wedding contract is rescinded if it is impossible to execute, and unenforceable by contracts because it is against public policy.The U.S. has declared a national emergency, and California has issued executive orders implementing “shelter in place” of all residents, ordering the closure of all nonessential businesses, and prohibiting gatherings of certain amounts of people, creating a public policy that weddings cannot go forward during the crisis.ANOUSH BANQUET HALLS & CATERING initial agreement fails as it violates the law and is contrary to public policy.According to Kashani v. Tsann Kuen China Enter. Co., 118 Cal. App. 4th 531, 559, 13 Cal. Rptr. 3d 174 (2004), contracts, though properly entered into in all other respects, will not be enforced if found to be contrary to public policy. Given the public prohibition in California regarding gatherings of people, any persons attending, hosting, or working a wedding would be acting contrary to public policy that would threaten public health.ANOUSH BANQUET HALLS & CATERING failed to offer the services for the wedding due to cancellation from COVID-19.Thus, we are not obligated to pay for services not rendered and must be refunded the complete payment for the services never performed by ANOUSH BANQUET HALLS & CATERING.We are currently seeking legal action.

Anoush Catering is the best catering company! Not only their food, but their customer service from when we walked in to plan our event to the waiters that arrived at our home...phenomenal! The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and the beautiful finger foods before we went to the hall. Without a doubt, Anoush Catering and LA Banquets will have our business for the birthdays, anniversaries and many other celebrations. We LOVE Anoush!

Choosing Anoush Catering for my wedding was the easiest decision I made during the planning process. Sevada and his team are attentive, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable-they truly exceeded all expectations!The presentation of the food and the food itself was incredible, the servers/bartenders were friendly, and the rentals made the room look amazing. Everyone had a great time at the wedding and we thank Anoush Catering for being a big part of that! I couldnt have asked for a better catering/rental company to work with on my wedding day.

Anoush Catering served my wedding two weekends ago, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They were quite patient with all of our questions, and provided most excellent service to us and all of our guests! EVERYONE at our wedding had nothing but good things to say about the food, as well as the professional staff. Additionally, we were really impressed that all of their meal service choices came out to the same price, which helped make our choices that much easier. There was absolutely nothing in my interactions with them that made things difficult - only simple, all the way through. I would recommend Anoush to anyone looking for professional, delicious, gourmet catering.

We put a deposit for a wedding, and because of COVId-19, they can not open for group gathering like wedding we try to get refund for our money but Anoush refused to return it and keep it.I don’t know how you can trust a business, which take people’s moneyand refused to return, and we have to file lawsuit to get our money back. I don’t know how they sleep at night

Planned my dad’s birthday with Anoush and absolutely fell in love with everything. Sevan helped plan the event. She was so helpful! On the day of the event we were introduced to Hovik and let me just say, service was amazing. From start to finish they took such great care of us and our guests. Food was delicious as well. So many options of appetizers and main courses. Highly recommend them to anyone planning any sort of event.

The food was amazing! My favorite was the salmon. It was cooked to perfection. The presentation was great and the food was all fresh. We had several options to choose from and the quantity of our selections was abundant. Your guests are sure to satisfied.

Just had our annual holiday party with Anoush. It’s always been a great venue with friendly staff and fantastic food. They are definitely on our list when it comes to our events.

Ive attended many events here, and its always fantastic food. What I love is that they keep evolving the menu, keeping the amazing stuff I always love, but periodically adding in very delicious and new entrees. Definite pick for your wedding, but Im actually looking at them for the catering at our school PTA meetings and silent auction.

Enough catering was an excellent choice my bride and I made to cater our wedding! The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and all along the way leading up to the wedding they routinely checked in and made sure everything was going okay. I cant recommend them enough!

This is a great catering company that i have used for years to order food, and have attended many events at all of Anoush halls. Great food and great service all accross the board. I have been a guest and a host, both A plus service!

The food here is amazing! Company I work for has been doing out Christmas party here for the last few years and we never get tired of the food. Service is fantastic and we get treated like royalty.

While their food quality is good, their operations, follow through and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.We had our wedding catered by them, as a dictated customer, ( Middle Ranch required Anoush to be used) and it was awful. From no responses from management or Seveda, to disorganized wait staff at it event. One bartender for 100 people and an open bar causing over an hour wait and I keep going.Of course there are always issues, but the worst part was, when communicating them to Anoush, they went silent. No response. I guess they got their money and thats all they cared about.So be aware. Be forewarned. They simply just dont care about they customers as they promise to do and maker you believe they will..... Until they get payment.

We recently met with Christian for our food tasting. The level of professionalism and service continued. We were able to taste every dish and even got to choose dishes that were not even on the menu. The selection is great with food to please both my future Wife and our families. Cant wait to have our final walk through.

We toured all the venues and ended up booking brandview. All event managers were amazing during the tours. Quick to the point and didn’t try to overcharge us.

Had two cousins wedding here best by far and will recommend to all my family. I hated my wedding i had it at Pacific hills wedding and catering in laguna hills orange county it was the worst place and a nightmare avoid Pacific hills!Most of our family have chosen Anoush its far better and worth the drive A+ service for ever one of my family wedding their here.Spectacular service and they always call to make sure everything is okay and going well! This is a great catering company and their banquet halls are amazing as well, they have multiple locations ( Glendale, North Hollywood, Mission hills ) . They also have different kinds of menus ( Mediterranean, Latin American etc )Highly recommend them for any sort of event . Best part is that they are available 7 days a week .

This is my first ever google review and the only reason I’m compelled to write it is because my husband + I were beyond words with the service, quality and price from Anoush catering for our wedding.Sevada was the individual who primarily guided us, but everyone we came into contact with at this phenomenal company was amazing. But back to Sevada, if there was ONE person out of all the vendors we interacted with that we would choose as our ultimate favorite person in the industry, it would be him! He was so kind, patient, informative, and friendly that we ended up feeling like we had a friend helping us plan our wedding. Sevada is the ideal representation of the amazing level of service you will get with Anoush catering.The prices were also very reasonable and fair for the quality and amount of food we received. This company isn’t about robbing your bank, it provides alternatives for every budget and will guide you in ways to help you make your dream wedding come to life. And with all that being said, the food was delicious! We didn’t get to have much the day of the wedding since we were so busy, but even the leftovers the next day tasted delicious. Our friends + family were also very pleased with the appetizers and the main courses. The salmon is a MUST HAVE amongst many others!Basically, if you want your food (which is one of, if not the single most important part of a wedding) to be great then you’re in the right place at Anoush!

Came here for a wedding. Everything was below par... food was dry, portions were very small (literally by the time the 8 pieces of 4 inch kabob went around the table of 10 it was completely done. Go figure. I would not recommend this place at all, I would recommend bel air banquet hall.

My whole family couldnt stop telling about the food. Our wedding was the day before Thanksgiving and my family wanted leftovers from the wedding instead of the traditional cuisine. Bomb food!

I used Anoush Banquet Halls & Catering for my wedding in April 2017. We went with Anoush because the venue we booked (Middle Ranch) works very closely with them and it was part of the package we picked. Middle Ranch chose them for a reason and we literally could not have been more pleased with how everything worked out.First of all, meeting with Sevada to do our taste testing was super easy and professional. We went to one of their beautiful banquet halls where we were served our top picks and EVERYTHING was delicious! The short ribs were out of this world and the salmon and chicken followed closely behind. Fat and happy we then discussed which package we wanted to have and it was so crystal clear with Sevada - no hidden fees, no gray areas, just the facts.. which made us feel super confident in booking our choices.The day of the wedding came and the catering team arrived around 11 AM to start setting everything up and prepping the food. They set it all up beautifully - the bar, the appetizer table, the buffet area and even served us appetizers and champagne in the bridal suite while we were getting ready. I know they say brides dont eat on their wedding day, but this bride did! I cleared my plate and enjoyed every bite!The feedback I got from all my guests after the wedding was outstanding. They could not stop talking about how delicious the food was (true story) and how friendly the bar tenders were. We really lucked out with these guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, fresh and tasty meal!Thank you Sevada, Alex and the whole team at Anoush!

We are so glad we chose Anoush to cater our wedding, for bar service, and for all of our rentals. We got married at Adamson House, which is a very challenging venue to work with because of all of their rules and there is no kitchen there. Team Anoush brought everything they needed and made the food onsite and it was DELICIOUS. Our guests have still not stopped raving about the food. The staff was wonderful as well, always smiling and working hard. The rentals were just as expected and the staff set everything up perfectly. We worked with Sevada to plan everything and he worked so hard for us and was so professional the entire time. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted (and we were quite picky)! I cannot recommend Sevada and the rest of Team Anoush enough. If you want middle eastern food, pick them! Your guests will love it.

Use Anoush Catering for all of your catering needs. That is the best advice my husband and I can give to any brides-to-be (or anyone needing catering). The minute my husband, in laws, and my parents had the first bite of food at our tasting we were completely sold. Our wedding was on August 1st 2015 at Middle Ranch Lodge. The food is absolutely fabulous, which is obviously important, but even more than that, Sevada the Director of catering was such a complete pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. In addition Anoush Catering prices were incredibly fair compared to competitors, and once you factor in the quality of the food, it is a no-brainer. We hired Anoush Catering to prepare five passed appetizers along with a plated dinner for 155 guests. They also provided an open bar, and gave us a list of signature cocktails to choose 2 his and her cocktails to serve on our wedding day along with the beautiful open bar that they set up.. Let me just say that their fresh oven roasted salmon served with risotto, their dry rubbed tri-tip served with mashed potatoes and their lemon artichoke chicken breast served with red potatoes were all exquisite and out of this world!! You will have so many choices to choose from and we went with those 3 Family Style. Honestly, a ton of our guests told us that it was the best wedding food theyve ever had, and that is such a great feeling. It is truly a testament to their product. We would 100% recommend Anoush Catering to anyone who wants great food and great service at a terrific price. To top it off you will get the pleasure of working with such a wonderful catering director Sevada. He was so accommodating and he made sure that we were content with everything on our big day event. We will back to book more events with Anoush Catering..

Food is ok, service not as best as was before. But one of the popular places to have some fun with friends and family.

I cannot express how happy we were with Anoush Catering. Our venue changed caterers after we had already signed a contract with them and I was happy about it but after speaking with Sevada, Director of Sales, he assured me that his team could put together a meal that we would be with happy with. Well...that was an understatement because what they put together for our reception was phenomenal!!We had family style BBQ with chicken, trip tip and ribs. The mac and cheese was creamy and the mashed potatoes were buttery. I requested corn bread and it was served with butter. My guests could not believe how wonderful and plentiful the food was and Im still hearing about how great everything was months later. You cannot ask for better service. The servers were wonderful passing out hors doeuvres and the bartender was the best! He was so friendly and nice to everyone.I 100% recommend Anoush Catering for your special event. If you can get Sevada to help you, even better. He responds to emails quickly and is so nice and accommodating! You cannot go wrong with Anoush Catering!!

Words cannot express how truly grateful I am to have had Anoush cater my wedding in OC this past October, to say they went above and beyond is an understatement! To this day my guests are raving about how wonderful the food and service was, my husband and I felt so extremely spoiled by their staff!I also want to mention how hard Hrach, David, and the entire Anoush staff worked to make sure our menu and service was impeccably customized from the start - a lot of time and effort went in to logistics since we were out in Orange County, and Anoush and their outside catering staff had it down, truly hit a home run! They will most definitely be my go-to caterer of choice from now on.Generous portions that did not disappoint and such attention to detail, needless to say the food was absolutely DELICIOUS, but their service was also top notch! The wide array of entrees and appetizers will satisfy any palette, even a non-Armenian (or Middle Easterner); I am full-blooded Armenian and proud :-) but my husband and his family are Italian-Spanish-Puerto Rican and they have not stopped commenting about how flavorful the appetizers were, how tender the meat was and how satisfying everything was, and they couldnt believe the amazing fruit/dessert display. One of his aunts has even decided to use Anoush for her own wedding next Spring!I felt the need to write this review because Anoush has been SO very generous, kind, and caring in all the months leading up to my wedding, and they really shined on the big day; its not too often you see that in a catering company. When you hire Anoush you are hiring your family and they take care of you every step of the way. LOVE YOU GUYS thank you again and again for your efforts to make our special day SPECTACULAR!
