I had a problem with the cheaply-made back panel of my travel trailer warping and sagging. They repaired it stronger than new at a very reasonable price in just a few days (allowing the glue to properly set at each of several stages required multiple days).The owner Bob Karl offered a number of options and explained each one. At the higher end, he offered a complete rebuild which would have provided a far stronger than original new equipment and yet equally light-weight option. However, he actually recommended a second option that would be nearly as effective at a much lower price.Bob recommended that I actually see the trailer back when he opened it up, so he could better discuss the options. He gave me details of how he would make the repair. He got on the job quickly, yet allowed proper time for each step to complete – such as allowing the glue to fully set before moving to the next step. He kept me informed via text with pictures of each stage.Bob is a down to earth guy looking to offer you alternative solutions and a recommendation. Then he does the best job at the solution that you choose. He is easy to understand and personable. His rates are very reasonable.While I was there, I saw the results of his auto-body shop’s headlight re-sealing, and opted to have it done on my 15-year old vehicle. The results are amazing – the headlights are as clear as new.

I love these guys second time Ive been, they do wonderful work and in a timely matter and are very friendly, my car was so clean when I got it back, tires and all.
