Ive been coming here for 20 years and Frank and his son are to best! They give you great deals and service. I buy nice watches and earings from them. They also repair my jewelry when I need them to. Its really a great establishment.

Over 2 months on a wedding band up size & diamond reset. After 4 phone calls on our part, they were finally in & ready. Excited & a bit ticked that we werent notified, I go to pick up. Well the older gentleman corrected me on when I dropped off, because over 2 months is different from 3 months. Then the middle-aged guy rightfully declared Where was my claim ticket? Well with my wallet in hand, I went back to tare thru my van unsuccessfully. I went back in to offer all kinds of ids & our rings were already nicely sprawled out ready for me to look at. Id confirmed. Since the time issue on rings, I asked if they minded cleaning my wedding band? The older gentleman obliged. But here is where things went south. The middle aged guy decided that the conversation he was having with the older gentleman in the back didnt really need to stay private. The $333. dollar customer that I was, needed to know I had nerve after all this to come in with out a claim ticket. Vent all you want about customers AFTER they have left the store but hold your tongue till gone, if you want them to be a repeat customer, claim ticket or no claim ticket. But on the bright side, the older gentleman cleaned my ring BEAUTIFULLY.

I must admit they do very nice work they even gave me a discount on my watch band I have three more that I truly trust them to work on they do great work

Reasonable price quick help very friendly

I will start with this - I was referred by a friend to Franks with high expectations and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review.I believe the gentlemen working there are friendly & do great work.I also believe that because my project wasnt very big that I have been put on the back burner.I have called twice and stopped in once and have gotten a different story each time.I left my item with them over one month ago.Dont recommend.

I recently had four repairs completed by Franks and I am more than pleased with the quality of work and the price. I took those pieces to Frank’s after receiving a pendant my husband bought there. Great selection. Great customer service.

Stopped by to get my watch battery changed. Was very quick and inexpensive, they also let me know I had a cracked plastic gasket inside the movement. Staff was kind, will return for any jewelry purchase needs or other repairs.

Needed to have a delicate anklet repaired, and they were able to fix it. It was done so well that no one can see that it was fixed. Recieved it back a week later ready to wear. That was a surprise considering I gave it to them during a holiday.

Had batteries replaced in two watches. Quick, reasonably priced service. Nice to have places like Frank’s Jewelry right in downtown.

Excellent repair, cleaning, and polishing service!

I drove 15 miles, passing several jewelry stores, to Franks in Graham where I had shopped many times before. I needed to have a date engraved in two rings. I asked the owner how much this would cost and it started at $10 per ring then as he continued to talk it jumped to $15 and finally $24 per ring! I was pressed for time so I just left the rings and agreed to pay the $48. Needless to say, I was disappointed with the cost. I wont bothering going out of my way in the future to shop here.

Franks has a bit of everything and can DO a lot of repairs in house!!! Excellent customer rapport... makes people want to come back to shop there!!! Ive been a customer for 48 years and counting!!!

Having a chain repaired, very quaint, friendly, beautiful jewelery.

Took an engagement ring to Franks to have sized and sautered together with my bands. Went back after 2 weeks, never received a call, I called to ask if they were ready. Get to the store to find that my ring had something that appeared to be chips on the bottom of platinum band where it was sautered together. When I asked the young guy what it was, he said it was the best they could do. I refused to pick it up that day until my fiancé was with me. Fiance went to pick up and chips looked better but was marked and chipped on inside of band at this point. From our stand point, they did not care that we were not happy... :-( Dont know that I will be back in Franks for any jewelry need.Also ordered my sons class ring from Franks 2014. Told it should come in within 3 weeks. I wasnt called until 5 weeks later... Class ring is nice though, props to the class ring company.
