Completely unreliable. Be prepared to give up your vehicle for weeks at a time, have ongoing problems, and hear all the excuses in the world as to why its not the mechanics fault that your transmission still doesnt run properly. We met other customers in the parking lot with the same frustrations as well as a local shop owner that said his car has been with this shop for a year, and still isnt fixed right. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. You will save a lot of money and frustration if you do.

Didnt get the job done fast enough thy dont even do the job in house

Hi I have a friend who took the car here on Labor Day I had helped him drop his car off and that was like weeks ago and apparently this guy at AZ quality transmission still hasn’t even got back to my friend with why his car is overheating and now my friend had lost his job because he has had no transportation and he has two kids and his kids need food so I had to take my friend to the food bank because now he’s having financial struggles losing his job In the middle of a pandemic because this guy at AZ quality transmission won’t answer the phone and I had even got on my friends phone and tried to call AZ quality transmission and it’ll ring four times and then it’ll just stop ringing like as if somebody would pick up the phone and hang it back up then I called AZ quality transmission from my phone and it rang and rang and rang and rang so we all know what that means this guy at AZ quality transmission is avoiding the phone calls from my friend. The guy from AZ quality transmission replaced an engine in my friends car and now the engine won’t run without overheating and the guy don’t face the problem he just keeps running away from this engine and avoiding my friend like it’s just gonna go away but it’s not going away do you live that’s happening is this family is struggling and these kids are needing to get Fed and their dad just lost her job because of this unprofessional conduct at AZ quality transmission

Rebuilt my transmission and replaced my radiator for a very reasonable price in comparison to other shops. 2 year warranty on top of that! Would DEFINITELY recommend!

I had George rebuild the transmission in my 1999 F350 Superduty Crewcab 4X4 Dually in March after my Motra build gave it up and they were in the breeze = no warranty. This is the third one of these I have had done. He called me in to show that what I paid Motra Transmission for was not done by Motra, and how/why the transmission had finally given it up. He then built me the best transmission I have ever had in the truck. It shifts better, cleaner, firmer and drives better than at any time in the 10 years I have owned the truck. That was 3000 miles ago and nothing has changed, still very happy with the transmission, the work, and George is a very good man to do business with. Ill be back the next time I need a transmission fixed right! Thanks George

If you are looking for straight answers to your automotive problems, you need to call George. I met him, by chance, when my sister needed transmission work. Since then, I have been nothing but pleased. I have 5 corvettes, a Shelby Cobra, as well as several other modes of transportation. If I trust him with any one of my cars, I am sure you can trust him too. Never overpriced and always willing to give you the time to sort out your problems. Keep in mind, I drive across town because he is that good.

I would highly recommend George to anyone. A little more than a week ago I had him install a new clutch kit for my 2005 RX-8 and couldnt be happier with the results.The best part about coming here is that you can supply your own parts and the labor will still get warrantied. I got quoted $973 by another shop I liked for a clutch kit they picked but I couldnt afford it at the time. When I asked if theyd install a kit I chose (from Exedy the OEM) they said they wouldnt warranty their labor, meaning if anything failed Id be responsible for paying for it again. So I called a few other shops and asked if theyd warranty the labor and none would except this place. When I asked George if he could warranty his work on installing the kit I ordered he seemed more than glad too (a cool two year-warranty on it), and little surprised other places wouldnt. So, as soon as the parts arrived it was done on the same day. He even gave me a ride back to his shop to pickup the car, when hes the only one there! I wouldnt make that an expectation though, hes not a cab driver. Definitely will bring back more work.
