I met Chris approx 2yrs ago. I was looking for a man of honor and integrity to work on my vehicle. I called Chris on a Friday afternoon while driving home, due to a concerning light message in my Audi. Chris educated me on what the message was for and kept me calm while I pulled over to park the car and turn off. I was very stressed after learning that I should not be driving the car, Chris kept me calm and even offered to set up a tow truck for me. I called him the next day and he was able to get me in that Monday for an appointment. All I was expecting was a diagnostic test to make sure I had not caused permanent damage to the vehicle. .... He did more than that!!! Going above and beyond he ran to the Audi dealership to pick up parts, changed spark plugs, oil and took care of a couple other things. I am beyond thankful and Grateful! Last year, while searching for a used vehicle for our son, we found a possibility but wanted to have the vehicle inspected before purchasing.After doing a google search, we found ASE Complete Auto and had them inspect the vehicle.
