Very good and knowledgable on what insurance I needed.

I cannot begin to tell you how disgusted.. i am with State Farm and My so called agent. I have.. i mean WAS a 15+year customer with State Farm..in that time. only I auto accident, (NOT MY FAULT)..no tickets .. and 1 Home Insurance claim. State Farm sent me a very generic letter on July 6 stating they were terminating my home owners insurance due to the claim. which I am still waiting to be paid for the items that were damaged by the water leak........The letter said I had until July 31st to find new insurance.Joe Lait never CALLED ME NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS Just overall poor customer service.. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS>> SERIOUSLY>>>>>>>#statefarmsucks #whatisaninsuranceagentreally for.. I will tell all my friends and family to get rid of state farm, I will never never EVER recommend State Farm to any one! I will also make sure to complain where ever I canPS I HAD TO GIVE A 1 STAR RATING .. YOU DONT DESERVE EVEN THAT.. BUT I COULD NOT WRITE THE REVIEW IF I DID NOT PICK A STAR. BOOOOOOOOOOOO
