Great Experience! I was with GEICO for almost 6 yrs and called them couple of times but they never give me discount rates though I was loyal customer to them. I called Luke Atkins office yesterday (June 7, 2018) to have someone go over our multi-line policy with me. I spoke with Richa. who was extremely knowledgeable when it came to all the details of the policy, and very patiently explained what everything meant, including when I asked her to repeat certain parts. She helped us to make sure we were getting the best possible discounts, as well as quoted what it would cost to bring the deductibles down. She did everything in her power to help, and was the most friendly agent I think Ive ever dealt with. She resolved all my issues, and we also had a nice conversation before we got off the phone. I was very happy with my service, and I am very happy with the policy and the price. I have been with Luke Atkins since about 2014 when we first moved to Arizona. I dont see myself switching agents as long as we are living in this state. Thank you!

I waited a couple of years before finally making the decision to leave Luke Atkins - State Farm.Ultimately my decisions for leaving were based solely on poor customer service, from the whole team. The staff in the office seem under-trained. I dont feel its necessarily their own fault, but at a certain point you should just pick it up.I purchased a new car and when I went to get the policy I had to go back and forth more than 5 times. The woman kept listing the wrong car, a more expensive model. I let it slide of course, but I would think drafting an auto policy would be the equivalent to brushing ones teeth for someone who does it daily.Then our card was declined due to fraud and the only notification I received was a Policy Cancellation in the mail. No phone call. No email. Nothing.While I was writing this review, Luke called me back to make that payment and I informed him of all my reasons for leaving. He said he doesnt know what he could have done differently for anything I mentioned. He then addressed me as hun. I told him I felt that was unprofessional and he said he cant say anything right, so we ended the phone call.I do not recommend working with this agent

I recently moved to AZ from MN so I had to switch from my State Farm agent who I have been with for 20 years and really loved their service.
